Worst post office in area. The lady that works there does not measure your mail properly (adds 1-2 inches) which results in oversize surcharges. My advice - go to Ooltewah office, couple of miles away, but you'll get much more for your money.

This PO never answers its phone. I think the employees just take it off the hook and avoid talking to customers.
I did not get my mail today nor did anyone on my block i would like to now why and now I will be a day late on a bill this is out of order

I really like going to this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful - you can rely on their expertise and good customer service skills! The hours are convenient, too. It was even better when it was open till 7PM but even 6:30PM is not bad, if you need to mail something after work.
It's 7:30 pm and still no mail delivered to my house in Jacaranda Lakes! That's pretty poor service. Ever since our mail person Debbie retired the service has been terrible. What's the excuse? I reluctantly give one star.....No star is more appropriate.

I've been calling your location for a long time trying to track down a package that was to be delivered before noon. It is now 2:00, I still have no package and I can't even reach you because the ph continues to be busy!!
every time iv been in the office she has always been kind and courtious, she has went out of her way several times to help me just wanted to let someone know what a good job she is doing !!!

Will not answer the phone during business hours. It's about 2:45pm on a non-government holiday, but yet no answer. They left no adequate information to get a package redelivered. It baffled the representative at the main 800 USPS number.
I've been trying to reach the usps at Ruberte ave. by phone and that wasnt possible. Since saturday 12th. Thank you for nothing.
Each time I call no one ever answers the phone. Your mail and packages are placed in the wrong mail box or at wrong address.
I love using this small postal service rather than fighting traffic, wasting time and gas, to go to the big post office on Belfort rd.
Post office always leave notice notes when they don't even bother to knock on my door or ring the door bell. There is always people in my house everyday and the mailman just don't even bother to get out of the car and drop my delivery item. NEVER Delivers my packages on time.

the tellers here are nasty I went to ship a package after waiting in line for an hr I wanted info on shipping I asked what i needed to do/ how much I needed to pay they said it didn't matter what box I used or tape as long as its nothing dangerous inside i can ship it,i came back with my package all sealed up waited 30 mins figured yay line didn't take that long just to be told no i can't ship with the tape I used I asked if I could borrow some tape the teller yelled at me telling me no when the lady before me yelled at the teller and got items she needed i asked her what else do I need & she ignored me & called the next person I'll send my package from no on with fedex or ups I don't mind paying extra just to be treated with respect
In less than 6 months this post office has "lost" a total of 3 packages. Clearly docucmentented through tracking numbers, admitmitting their error, but yet because there is no insurance on piority mail service so I'm out over $175. Also very arrogant and rude!! They really should change their commercial to "If if fits we ship, if we lose your screwed"
Sandra & Tom- Have been taking care of my mail in my PO box for 10 years now. They are always willing to hold it if necessary, forward it,put an envelope aside if needed and much more. They are so hard working, friendly and professional. They are committed to both the customers they serve and the US Post Office and our government they work for. I would have wrote this sooner, but just came across this. I have never seen them not smile even after along day with many tough customers to deal with. I appreciate them so much & want them to know they have made a difference in my life & making it easier..not just during the holidays but always.. They are #1
Rude. Every time I have to go in or call this branch I get nothing but rude service. If I treated a customer the way this branch did.....I would surely lose my job.
Had two items needing to go priority mail for the holiday, but could not get to nearby USPS before closing. Located this post office (which is part of small pharmacy) through USPS online. They had closing time later than normal USPS. Got to satellite post office, was told they closed earlier than hours listed. Postal hours are different from store's hours. USPS site lists pharmacy operating hours. By then I was too late for any extended hours postal center. Wound up going to airport post office, A 40 minute drive.
Of all the many post offices I frequest, the best and my favorite by far is the one located on Regis Ave. They're always pleasant, polite and patient with me, no matter how long it takes me sometimes to explain all of what I need to accomplish. "First Class" (pardon the pun) all the way.
you would think a business in distress would have more accomodating hours especially during the busiest shipping time of the year, not very customer friendly.

Called today, ( Christmas Rush ) spoke with a very nice lady about Christmas packages arriving to my Family who moved recently to Scoby. She was so very helpful explaining the process of how residents in Scoby obtain their mail and packages. Of course, my grandson is there and I wanted to be reassured that mail pick up is available. Nice and very helpful,,,, thanks to ( L ) Merry Christmas to everyone in Scoby, MT. stay warm !!!!
This usps 30308 location delivery service work terrible. You can wait for your package forever!!!! As refers to me - I have impression of ignorance from usps - I ordered my package redelivery many times, but I was ignored - no one came. And this is not the first time when these things happen. I am always very stressed awaiting my packages because you never know - will you receive it!
It's no wonder the post office is billions of dollars in debt. It is run by the biggest idiots on the planet. I will just pay the extra money to use UPS from now on.
This is a great post office : friendly, efficient, helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. This post office gets my "stamp" of approval! :). kudos to each employee here that makes it so!

I came in to mail out a domestic and international packages. The box stand was easy to understand and accessible.
I'm torn on the service. As I was waiting in line, one guy came out from behind the counter and started helping people check out at the self-service stand. He was brisk, friendly and helpful. However, the counter service was rather slow and involved a lot of waiting. I've shipped from FedEx and just handed over the address; they print out a slip, stick it to the package then I pay. At the USPS I had to write out the address twice then wait for her to also print out a slip to stick to the package. Perhaps they could streamline this?
It was a real pleasure to talk to the lady at the MUK HILL PO, I explained my problem and then there was no problem, just a great place to do your PO STUFF !!

this post office needs a major over haul!!! it takes weeks for mail to reach it's location. can mail letter from martin county (stuart) and for saint lucie (midway rd.) the martin co. letter will make it to chicago in 3 days if you mail the same letter from st. lucie it will take well over a week. and if you fill out a change of address they will still deliver you mail to the old address even after they have place a notice in the box saying the address has been changed. this if after taking a few naps a day. there is 256 homes in my subdivision. the mail lady will pull around 10 am. pick up the mail at the condows then drive over to the empty lots and take a nap. after that she will then deliver to the norther half of the subdivision. then it's off to the park to take another nap. then move on to the southern side to deliver after 2 pm. and then finish up around 4 pm. my guess is by the time she gets back to the office it's time to go home. would give them less than 1 star but it will not let you.
Will love to transfer to Leominster po and have not heard from them yet. Worcester po is considering me for a transfer but I was hoping Leominster to be near my family.
I was told by the USPS customer service line that my package had been taken by UPS to this local post office location. When I arrived there was a line out the door for people waiting to be helped, which is typical for the holiday season, however, there was no sign or information provided as to where packages were to be picked up. After waiting in line I was directed to a side door whereupon I was told that my package was not at that location and was on a truck being delivered. This was dismaying news as I had to waste so much time, but not necessarily the worst news to receive. What made this experience extremely dissatisfying was that every single person I spoke with was rude to the point of abject meanness. I was treating like a moron by the person at the front desk and then blatantly told I was an idiot by the parcel pickup woman because I didn't know that my package was on a truck. Honestly I can see why no one wants to use the regular mail anymore if this is the kind of treatment given to those of us who do use it. So now I have delayed Christmas presents for my family and a hateful representation of the United States Postal Service.
I have tried all Ponce's USPS phone sevices. NO ONE ANSWERS THOSE PHONES! What is wrong with this city's USPS phone services? No supervision? This should be investigated by the Ferderal Authorities and corrected. Thank you!
Terrible!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! They don't even know THEIR OWN policy. I had to spend AN HOUR to explain it to them. After an hour of arguing with THREE post office workers, I FINALLY was able to talk to the manager of the post office, who DIDN'T help me at all! AGAIN, I had to find their policy online and show it to ALL OF THEM before they ship my package. After 1,5 hours the manager didn't even say SORRY, explaining that it was his first week on this position. DO I CARE??!!
How About answering your phone during regular business hours 10:00AM. Called four times 1st time rang 30 plus times then busy signal came on. 2nd & 3rd time same. 4th time immediate busy signal. Obviously whoever on duty can't be bothered to answer. Totally unacceptable behavior
I'm not writing to review the post office in Bellmawr, but to say that I am from Gloucester City and if you are thinking about closing the post office here, please reconsider. Many of our Senior Citizens do not/cannot drive. It's bad enough that this city does not have a supermarket and by closing this branch, I believe, the city would go downhill, even faster that it is. I hope, therefore, you reconsider. Thank you.

The telephone number on this site is incorrect. When I finally located the correct number and reported the information to be incorrect, in a friendly manner, I might add, the person who responded to my call was hateful, rude, obnoxious, unbelieveably unprofessional and is an embarrassment to the USPO. Too bad, too sad. Who hires these people? Maybe they need looking at, too.
I went in to this post office today and used the window service because I had many packages and return items. The lady at the counter, I believe her name was Joy, was most helpful in getting my packages ready for mailing. Now that's Customer Service ! I was impressed.
THE SERVICE ON PACKAGES IS ALWAYS SO POOR.... THEY NEVER DELIVER THE PACKAGES ON TIME, EVEN THOUGH THE PACKAGES ARE ALREADY IN THE TRUCK... LAZY PEOPLE IN POST OFFICE IN PUERTO RICO... SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Our mailman will not deliver our mail to us, we moved a month ago, did all address changes at both post offices and still no mail, I contacted our former post office and they have assured me that they forwarded all our mail to the one in Jamestown, but they will not deliver it to us. I am getting very upset and would love to find out where I file a complaint at because they need to do there job or stay at home and let someone else!!!!!
I think you are one of the greatest Post Offices in the U.S. My son has worked for you for a long time. He drives about 45 minutes one way to work. He loves his work. I am proud of the way he has been used and treated. I would like to know how to get him a US Postal Official Shirt as a surprise gift. Is there anyway this can be done.
The postal worker who answer the phone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. There was another postal worker in the background that was also very, very helpful!
The person ( male ) answering the did not have the phone manners . The "supposedlly" supervisor ( MALE ) hung up the phone while there was still inquiries from the caller. NOBODY TELS HIS/HER NAME WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE ...WHAT AN UGLY SYSTEM THIS BRANCH HAS... THIS INCIDENT CALLS FOR AN IMMEDIATE RE-TRAINING.
My packages were picked up on time so I am revising my review. Tracking is very slow. This was very important so I reacted too soon.
