these people clearly keep the phone off the hook...I tried 24 times in the last 4 hours and it is busy everytime...do your job ...where's the post master general??
I've been calling for days. It rings and rings and then there's two beeps. 'Can't reach them.
I have been calling all morning and the phone rings maybe 5 times then goes directly to a busy signal and hangs up
Actually my call got though the first time. The people were friendly and my issued solved by a lady that went beyond her job to make sure everything is correct.
We keep getting everyone else's mail in our mail box. I've tried to call the post office but no one answers.
Don't bother to call the number listed for the Henry St. Post Office, since no one will answer the phone. So much for quality assurance in the U.S. Postal Service.
I love the USPS anyway and when I find a friendly, efficient post office I love it even more
They don't even ring my doorbell when a package is delivered so that sometimes valuable things are just left on my door step. The phone is always busy

This is the 4th packages have been turned over to the post office from UPS and they have NOT be delivered on time. I have called every time only to be told she forgot to deliver it.
Phone numbers are all wrong. Both 800# and local number. But the Post Mistress is awesome. Route carrier is a bit sloppy though, she only drops off my mail every 3 days.

Out of 20 deliveries on last month, 1 was done on time.
On Saturday Oct 31 I recieved a box full notice in my mailbox, I called them on Monday Nov. 2 to arrange to pick it up on the 3rd not only was the mail not there I have not been able to contact them since this is the worst post office ever

i called to this office to ask some question and they told me to call another number to get an answer which i undrstand so when i was telling them thank you before i finish saying the word they just hang up on me they were so rude.

This Post Office needs new management/Postmaster. This is the second time coming to Post Office and no come ever came to window to take care of me, had to leave to drive to Midlothians Post Office.

I was there Saturday mailing a package for foreign delivery, it took awhile. Very hot in the building. The female postal employee that waited on me was great.

The bad customer service starts with the supervisor. She is as bad as any employee. This place needs a serious look and a change of how they operate.

The phone stays busy for hours at a time never rings and there is an issue of importance and noone recognizes the phone is off the hook that location should be closed if they cant handle phone calls

Horrible service. Tried calling and person that answered said to call back in 1 Hour. The person that I needed to talk to was OUT to Lunch. I called at 3:30pm
I have had 3 packages disappear once they reached this post office, tracking shows "out for delivery then "delivered in mailbox" ! All 3 times I have been home all day, either the postal carrier is stealing or delivering to the wrong address ! grrrr Very frustrating !

The manager is rude, the staff is not well-trained, also the staff don't know about they're job, one staff said something totally different from what the other staff said.
Either their phone is busy or it rings and no one answers. Apparently, they only use it for outgoing calls.

This is the best post office. Rarely a line . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and great selection of stamps. Very quiet little post office. The blonde lady is especially nice.
I am constantly receiving my mail and packages late. They mark them delivered then 2 days later I receive them. This is a going on problem. Ever since I moved to Millville its been nothing but problems with this Post Office.

Sunday service for passport is horrible.You wait hour in line and find out that they oly give 30 ticket.we had kids waiting with us online.

Very poor communication from the post office. No one ever answers the phone. Then they take the phone off the hook when you try to call back. I will never go back to this post office, no wonder the post office is struggling financially; there is no customer service.

I requested a re-delivery for my percel to be delivered before 2pm and get nothing. what is the purpose of having the option to re-deliver if no one is going to do their job? im done with usps. im geting my items shipped by fedex. no stars for this place.

It saddens me to know that the postal system is no longer customer friendly. To be on hold for 1-hr, or no answer except through automation that cannot answer questions is terrible.
