The money that is paid to have the service and then don't even have a time listed for service is ridiculous. Not everyone has a cell store in there town some of us travel 1/2 to hour to nearest store this needs attention!!!
The customer service is horrible at this store! Do every thing you can to shop at a different store. Or better yet, look for a different cellular provider altogether.
This store is excellent. There are many customer service agents to help you, so you don't have to wait very long. The store is very big and clean. They are very professional and friendly. They even held the door open for us when we left. I would recommend this store to everyone!
Need to see hours. Live 50 miles away. Long trip to find them closed!
If you have any kind of problems with your service or phone, don't even bother going here. Save yourself the time and go to Delafield. They can't do a thing there to help you out. Basically they will just tell you to go to Delafield too!!!
The wait time is uncalled for! Get some more staff!

This store is the place to go for cell service. Staff is super helpful, much better than other cell companies in Broken Bow or Idabel. Well worth your drive from Idabel or wherever you are from. This store rocks!

I purchased a new phone from Barbara Priestly. I very much enjoyed my purchase with her. She is very knowledgeable and when I left I felt like I had a friend. Then I went back a few days later and purchased my husband a new phone from her. I have been with US Cellular for over 10 yrs except for 2 years. Thank you
Just stood and waiting 45 mins just to pay a bill... Just 2 employees working and a line out the door... Seems like this store needs some management....
We waited in line for two hours. the workers were very slow some often leaving their customers to talk to other people. very rude workers. not happy and switching carriers.
The workers at this location seemed absolutely clueless about their job responsibilities. They had poor customer service and seemed to know little about phones in general. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
Best place around for phones and smart staff.
Love us cellular, yet hate when I cannot get hold of anyone for usage purposes and business upgrades.
I had trouble switching my home telephone and internet from AT&T. Dialing 611 or the toll free U.S. Cellular number resulted in 1/2 hour wait to speak to a person who then put me on hold for another 20 minutes while they switched my call. After several such attempts, I was told to go to the store in Sturgeon Bay. What a difference. Prompt attention by knowledgeable persons who immediately discovered that the company lost my order. They corrected all problems and got my phone switched within 3 days. It is so much nicer dealing directly with the store rather than by phone or internet.

You better have another phone if yours quits. Got a Samsung Galaxy 4. Six weeks later it just quit (black screen). I went back to the store. They told me I would have to wait 15 days for them to send mine off to be fixed. I use my phone for work that is why I bought the insurance. So they finally decided that if I paid $30 they would overnight me one. That was Thursday afternoon, it is Saturday night and no phone yet. They won't give me a loaner phone and they say they can't track the order to see when I will get the new phone. Bad company, they don't take care of you.
It is crazy the length of time it takes to get service in this store. A number of my friends are posting on fb how bad it is.
Post the hours of operation. Is that too much to ask?
Always great customer service and friendly employees. Don't mind making a drive to Leon Iowa to receive the best service!!!!

I have been a us cellular customer for over twelve years now. The service, or lack of this evening was terrible. We waited for almost an hour and never once was spoken to by any representative. There was no sign in sheet available to sign in on. Finally three different customers walked in behind us and got assistance right away without any question. We will not return to the beckley store again for anything
I have been a customer at this store for a number of years. I had an experience lately that was extraordinarily good. I have always been treated pretty well at this store but yesterday was exceptional. I have a serious disability and I have no feeling in my hands so I needed a phone that could handle my disability. Not only did I get the phone but they also gave it to me at the discounted upgrade price even though I was several days late on returning the phone. I have always found this US Cellular store to be an excellent place to do business!
I just want to let you know how much I appreciate your Broken Bow location, Kassie Calloway in particular. She is very helpful and sweet. I have been having an issue with a claim and she could have gotten frustrated and impatient but didn't. I started getting a little agitated, not at her, but she managed to keep me calm through all the confusion. We need more customer service representatives like her in this krazy world. Just wanted to send a special thank you!!
I haven't been to this store in while b/c of the customer service issues. Now theres new people and I don't have any complaints. Great folks and great service!
Service in there takes forever on weekends,last thing i want to do is spend 2 hours for ten min. worth of service. Never enough employees working at once.
The store had 4 employees and 3 customers to wait on. I guess customers are suppose to sign in. There was no "sign in" located in the store. No one signed in but an employee was calling names but no one was responding. After waiting for 15 Minutes I finally just walked up to the desk to pay my bill. The lady working forgot to charge me a dollar, so my phone was turned off. I went to the store to make a complaint but the manager working that day was released from his job. The other manager that works there is on "vacation" but no one knows when he will be back. This store was very unorganized and many customers were getting frustrated. I from now on will not return to this location. My issue only got resolved when I called Corporate.
I've been a customer of US Cellular for years and I will ONLY do business at this location. The customer service is outstanding. They take great care of me and my needs in a timely manner. I am never disappointed. If you are looking for service with US Cellular go to this location, you will not be disappointed.
