I'm not a 00 and I can find things! I absolutely love this store! And I have found the staff very helpful when I've needed them! I like that they aren't always down your throat and pushy like some other stores!

The staff was very helpful when they weren't really busy. I went in on a Saturday and it seemed like only 2 people were working. The store was very busy and the staff seemed overworked.

I had an amazing time well in this store the girls there were very helpful and sweet i did though have a problem with what look to me like he was in from head office he did screem and two of the staff members this how ever made my shopping excperince distasteful

I too have nothing good to say about this store...I used to love shopping at Urban Planet..Now they have nothing unless your a size 00 ....I find the staff not very helpful...and rude actually..I will not be going back.
