Service is always friendly and great and this store for its size has a impressive selection of products. I was happy I went there.

We've been shopping at True Value in South Deerfield for 5 years now and are amazed by their consistency. They consistenly offer the best products at the best prices, along with the friendliest and most professional employees all around. We're a couple of young women who go in there buying lumber and just about anything else and have never felt judged, mistreated or discriminated against. This is a well run store that you'll walk away from with a smile on your face everytime...and they deliver locally, too, which came in very handy when we built the deck! 5 Stars across the board!

I ordered though Amazon 20 green 2.5 volt lights and 5 flashers. I got 5 green lights. No flashers and missing 15 green lights. No mention of a back order for the remainders. I would like the missing lights and flashers mail to me as soon as possible, or what has been delivered is going back to you. Brian Gadbois

This hardware is of the olden days hardware, tough small you can find more useful things than you thought possible. The Quality is better than a lot of larger hardware Stores!

The staff owners are friendly and very helpful.
