Got my hair cut at the Saginaw location today. Wanted a bob hair cut that's short in the back and angled to the face. The lady cutting my hair had this style yet after telling her about 10 different times that it was angled at all, and after she totally butchered my hair and giving me nothing close to what I wanted I will never step a foot inside this store again. Don't ever get a hair cut here unless like having shitty hair.

Went in for brow care and wanted threading. One young lady there worked another shop in the mall and had done my brows and lip before. Then another young lady said it was painful and awful and that I should let her wax instead. Threading is superior! I went for the threading and the "waxer" dissed my threader right in front of me. I know that beaticians are competitive and times are tough but what happened to the customer always being right?
