If I could give minus stars, I would. Disgusting dealership, horrible service, employees are rude and uninterested

My family and I just purchased my daughters first new car from the moment we got to the Dealership we were welcomed at the door and offered coffee or water the Sales Manager came over Steve and thanked us.its was an easy experience no negotiations they gave me the BEST price right from the get go also they offered to deliver the car and put a bow to surprise my daughter Thank you Warren Toyota we will be back.

I didnt have a good impression of the dealer ship when I first purchase my Toyota Camry on 04/27/13. I didnt think they earn my trust or my business. Everything that could have gone wrong (in my opinion) did, from being rushed to sign the paperwork to being left in the parking lot at 11 at night without properly knowing how to operate the vehicle. After expressing my concerns with the GM, Jay Frank he did go over and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal that I made and I am. I will just caution potential buyers to take their time and make sure you are gettimg what you want and your sales person is own your side, not owm his own agenda. But thanks to Jamie Olson and Jay Frank, I am a happy new owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry.

Worst car shopping experience EVER!!!! DO NOT have Roman as your salesman, you will be disappointed. I was rushed through the whole shopping experience, left in the parking lot at 11 at night with no idea how to operate the vechicle I just purchase. They didn't seem to care. Will never go back and will not recommend it to know one.

Very horrible service! I bought a car there recently about 2 months ago and I have still not received my tag!!!! While I was there I over heard other customers talking and they actually lost a lot of her application or so they say "missed place". I would not want my worst enemy to purchase a car there! Next time ill take my purchase else where.
