it would be nice if I could leave a message to change an appointment. Full mailbox on phone. also would be nice not to feel pressured to buy products and not have to pair the hair stylist with the color tech.

I NEVER can make contact by phone. The mailbox is always full. the website will not display the hours. Its frustrating and you will los LOTS of business if this isn't fixed.
True creative talent, my hair was a mess and Anh (pronounced On) fixed me right up. He rocks hair!!!
