Wonderful staff and exceptional customer service. Knowledgable and very caring staff .A phone call away..I moved from here but never call any other store.

This is not a T-Mobile store. This is a tiny section of cheap prepaid phones inside a crappy Walmart. The packaging on a few of the phones was mangled, which leads one to believe they could be returned items being sold as new.... Don't waste your time here and go to a real T-Mobile store.
As of February 2015 we have new management and staff. Come visit us again. I hope we can change these old reviews around.

I wanted to switch from AT&T to T-mobile. I went to this store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me determine the right plan for me and helped me pick a phone. The are really experienced and knowledgeable. They made my transition from AT&T to T-mobile seamless and painless. They did a great job and I will definitely go back to them as well as refer all my friends to them.

On hold to speak to manager for over 30minutes. Advised to change plans by the girl working their. because of bad advice bill went up by $100. When trying to correct the problem was told by customer service that I must speak with the store manager. Since I work the same hours the store is open I left several messages for a call back. No one ever returned my call.
Everyone in this location should be fired starting with the so called "store manager " thats supposedly not in the store. I dreed Every visit to this location. Just know that there will always be a long wait before you are even seen. Then hopefully they have the know how of how to fix the problem.
This is the best T-mob store I've ever been to. The Manager of the store personally helped us get phones for the entire family. He thoroughly explained all the options for us with pricing and Plans that would be best for needs and he was very knowledgeable about anything we asked. Everyone there was so friendly too, I almost didn't want to leave. Nice atmosphere. We are definitely doing all our future business there and will probably go in after we call to make sure he's there! Great Customer Service. It was a nice experience! We are all happy with our phones and Plan

There is no T-mobile location at this address. Not only is reception in Key West pathetic, this company is so astonishingly lazy that it cannot even keep its locations current.
If you live in Key West, do not use T-mobile.
Managers and sales staff are crooks – they do not care about integrity. They sold us phone with upgrade plan and third party insurance. When my phones were damaged they said their sales staff did mistake but we had to pay $200 per phone even though we had insurance. Never going back to this store in future.

They are good at screwing you over. They lie about how much you owe on your bill. And they put random charges on your account and say they can't fix it.
Have to wait in line for hours, always a manager in the back room who never comes out to help when the store gets crowded

Worse service ever techs have come out several times to look at towers was told by representative the service would not get better and that she would not blame me for changing companies. Service was so bad that there no longer in Walmart and there refusing to carry them any more. Changed carriers then they tried to charge me $938.05 for changing companies. Now I'm going threw hoops trying to get my money back.

I have been using this t-mobile store since I got my first phone and the man who runs it is truly a gem. He is hilarious and will give you top notch service. definitely recommend using him.
A little hard to find, since it sit off the street, but well worth it. Same parking lot at Les Schwab/Ace Hardware/QFC. The best thing about the store is the employees are really, really friendly and are willing to help. They treated me like I was family.

The managers are so crooked they sell their phones at their own expense not at the right price they give real T-MOBILE a bad name they should sell cricket not a america cell phone company. The manager is so rude he mistreats his employees everytime I go there I see it. I just stop going why bother if everytime I need help with something they send me to corporate why have the store if they can't even help you at all. Shame shame bring back the T-Mobile that was at mall of the mainland. I wouldn't rate this store but in order to post this comment I had to rate.

Well after trying the service for 4 days and paying over $200 . dollars for a phone that I returned in 4 days to the Crosby TX. Store, the manager informed me that there was a restocking fee. Now every month I get a bill in the mail after telling them about this they told me they never got anything from that store, sounds like a serious management problem but I would really like to have some of my money back, and for them to stop billing me, I am a truck driver the first time I took it out to a rig it did not work and I was not happy with the performance of the service, and returned it and 4 days and this is what I've got in every sense.
Be very careful here I went over there looking for a prepaid phone I am a truck driver I tried it out and paid cash ,four days later I return the phone, every month I get a bil! For a service I don't have, and a phone that I returned to them, , we're talking almost $300 cash.
Whent to get new iphone 5s and salesperson kept on telling me i had to get the jump and could not get the 500mg plan that i had to get the 2.5gb. So i left and called the main tmobile customer service number and got the phone with the 500mb plan without having to ad the jump program. So for some reason the employees there are trying to force customers to pay for extra servises they dont need. Love tmobile just dont like this store. Sorry for misspelings X]

When I was there there were two employees, one who didn't quite know what to do, and the other one, who knew exactly how to do what I was requesting, but couldn't be bothered to walk around the corner to show his co-worker. He spent the entire 20 minutes I was there with his back to me, refusing to answer his co-worker's questions about how to proceed. He wasn't busy, there were no other customers the whole time, but he spent the entire time with his arms folded, checking the screen on his phone. Obviously, he wasn't interested in my business.
Oh, and he lied about the service charges for the changes I was asking to be made, it cost me several hundred dollars in charges that it took days of calls to customer service to be reversed.
I have been in this store about 4 times and usually 5he employees are a little grumpy and act like they don't want to be there however this morning I went in and the employees were very friendly and so helpful they even had smiles on their faces thank you so much for making my day

I just went there and the closing time says 8:00pm and when I arrived there it was 7:44 and the sign was flashing 'CLOSED' and I could see them standing there just talking and giggling.

The manage of this location was absolutely helpful when my family werent satisfied with there iPhones they got to return them hassle free for there new galaxy phones plus I got to switch out my white iPhone for a black one. Overall the best service I've ever had with a wireless carrier I'm very impressed. Thanks t mobile and thanks to the associates in this store for making my wireless experience a pleasent one.

T-mobile sucks. Went in to get a sim card but they said I need to pay $20.00 but when you can get free sim cards online via t-mobile's website. Do a Google search on youtube and see how bad they are ripping their own customers. I cannot believe how they rip people off.

This store is one of the worse phone stores i have ever been to i wanted to get a plan with them i wanted to learn about the plans they had but the guy only said it was going to cost the same as the one i have at the moment with sprint
I went to this location and they no longer service T-Mobile customers. It's a Radio Shack and they do Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T. Someone should update this.
This morning I bought a phone from the T-Mobile store, but found out I had to return it, which I did literally (!!) within 15 minutes of purchasing it. It was still unopened, with the receipt, I had barely made it out of the mall parking lot. I went to return it and the idiots in the store tell me I have to pay a $50 restocking fee. There is a $50 fee for walking 15 feet and putting it back on a shelf. We're corporate customers and have been with T-Mobile for the last five years. They lost 7 lines over a $50 restocking fee, then scratch their heads wondering why they're bleeding customers.
Everytime I go to this store is always the same poor service. Also, BE AWARE!!!! there is a woman calling from this store saying that you went over or about to go over your data service and they are calling to change your service. I asked her if she had any information and all she said was that she was given a list to call people and have them give the OK to increase the data service. I already called TMOBILE corporate to complaint as well.
Can't begin to explain my frustration. They 'slammed' me. I went to get a new account and have a number ported over from ATT. They ported over the wrong number (not ATT) and as a result, my 'bundle' with my cable provider was cancelled, and I am now paying more for cable/phone as a result of their stupid 'mistake' as I had to renew my contract with them. MANY MANY MANY hours on the phone with TMob and my cable provider. Many trips to the store as well. AVOID this store at all costs. They have not done anything to 'make it right' as they don't view this as their problem.....
Whoever hired Jay knows how to run a store! Now hire more employees like Jay for your store in Hendersonville and send Jay to open a store on Hilton Head Island! OK, so we are on vacation and spot a TMobile store. We decide to stop to buy some accessories (cuz theres no TMobile on Hilton Head Island). We got there just as the store was closing. Rather than tell us that it was closing time, Jay welcomed us in. Then he expertly examined our phones and efficiently assesed our needs. Then to top it off he put the cases on our phones and did that tricky little screen protector! Not only did he go the extra mile....he did it with a smile!
I went into this store and was treated like a truly valued customer. The associates are very genuine in their sales and assisted me to my full satisfaction!
I brought my phone to T-Mobile to buy a sim card. the guy took my phone apart and said I needed a mini sim card. I paid thirty for this sim card and went home and it was to small. I went back to get the right card and the same guy said the only thing they could do was sell me the right sim card. He called the "boss" and made it sound like it was my fault to save his screw up. Straight talk has unlimited everything for 45 a month.

I bought iPhone recently and it was two weeks old it was not working properly so I called customer care and they went through steps to try to fix and they told me to return it to eMobile store closest to me which was this one the man over counter was no help told me he couldn't do anything and didn't even bother to pull up my account he said all he can do was have them send me a exchange over mail which was not true waisted my time I went to another Tmobile store and the said he was not being truthful he was suppose to exchange phone it was still within time frame lazy customer help I see why store was so empty never again it made me want to quit Tmobile

I took a phone in that had a a hairline crack,you told me that tmobile would charge me 600 if it was considered out of warranty ....you dont know what you r talking about ,you r full of it....resolved by calling tmobile ....and if its considered out of warranty its 131.00 ....what kind of qualifications do your people have?... None from what i can see....you guys are trying to improve your bottom line by lying ....wont be back
