The rates are so high, it will seem like it takes forever to pay loan off. You may need the money, try other places first!!!!

I went here and use my car for a loan, they want back 3 times as much back. Service isn't that great there either!!

Don't go here. They over charge you for loans. 3-4 times as much as what you borrow. Customer service is terrible, the managers are worst. They don't try to work with you if you can't keep your payment on time. They talk to you like you are a little kid, and want you to bring in paperwork just for an extension to pay on your loan. Don't waste your time here at this location. Across from the donut shop. Beware of this Title Max.

You will get the loan, but have to pay back about 3 times as much as what you borrow. They are nice to you giving you the check, but don't never be late making a payment then you will have to bring in a pay stub or bank statement just to get an extra week to pay your loan for the month

These people are nothing but loansharks. You can never pay them off. Do not do business with these people. They hide everything from you.

This place is awful they have poor service & the manager is so rude, its not worth it their interest rates are so high , they always have a ton of people waiting around to be attended , they should at least have somewhere to sign in so they could know who is next in line, their bathrooms do not work either not to mention their so slow, I do not recommend anyone to this hell hole!

Just don't tell you the whole truth. They hide hidden fees, make it impossible to pay them back off. Not explained up front. They either make double money or keep your car.

I have been doing business here for well over a year and I have always been pleased with the service but today that all ended the new person there is very rude and I will take my loans elsewhere from now on he ruined a great place to go when you need a little help

I have put my car in title max when I needed extra cash. I had never had a problem before but when they got new staff it became a very shady place. They towed one of my cars WITHOUT telling me and are now going to tow my second but never sent a first right to cure notice. This place is full of liars and cheaters. They DO NOT help you but instead they cheat you. DO NOT PUT YOUR CAR IN TITLEMAX!

This should be ILLEGAL, get ready to get ripped off. They charge this fee and make it look like it’s a onetime charge, BUT IT’S EVERY MONTH!!!

This place is awful. It's a trailer off 290 and only half the trailer is used for taking out loans and paying on loans. It's a really small area, there's never a place to sit and rarely even a place to stand. I just want to pay on the loan but I have to wait, wait, and wait more. There's always a bunch of managers in the back doing NOTHING. They rarely show their face or do anything of help. They lie and try to get more interest out of their customers. It's terrible the business conduct. Just FYI I always have paid loan on time I'm nit trying to get out of paying they just need an easier way to pay. With the interest and fees they charge it should be more than affordable! Being the person paying for it I would appreciate an intelligent person helping me. Is that so much to ask.for?

I have been to two different titlemax places and the servicehere is superb. I would recommend to anyone in need for cash but with limited options.
