No reply at all... No reply at all
I wanted a price for 4 tires so I opted for the email quote last Thursday, today it had been five days with no reply so I gave them a call. I asked if they had received my email quote and he said no he gets lots of emails it must have gone somewhere else then the phone went dead. I phoned back and asked if he had hung up on me but he said no the line just went dead but he had a customer with him and if I left my number he would call me back when he was done and give me a quote, that was 8 hours ago. Guess they're busy.
