Is Tim Hortons at Brooks Landing having a staff change. The last few weeks I have noticed the service is very slow, much slower than usual and several customers have made comments while in line. I frequent T.H. several times a week so am raisng my concern for the lack of service. Please look into this as many of us will go elsewhere for our daily coffee

On October 18, 2013 I forgot my purse at the Tim Horton’s in Penetanguishene. After a lovely day of hiking, I stopped in for a snack and left my purse on the chair. I reached Orillia to find out I did not have a purse. The Manager at Tim Horton’s and staff who recovered the purse are exemplary. I even called to see if the credit cards were still there while I rushed to return to this location. Not only was everything there but your lovely Manager was terrific. Please accept this thank you from a customer who not only was happy her purse was found but it was found intact! You are all terrific! Thank you again and again, Suzanne

At least 1 out of 3 times I go to this location my food order is incorrect, it's quite a joke. I understand it can get really busy in there but that shouldn't be an excuse to have such awful quality and service.
This is simply the worst Timmy's, they have a difficult time getting even a simple donut order correct. They're rude when asked to do their job. The washrooms are always closed for cleaning however, there rarely clean. They have told any one who is Caucasian, don't bother handing in their résumé. My daughter was one of them. I also know for a fact they have said this to others... Only go there if you have a lot of time and need stress in your life.
I have never had better service at ANY restaurant. Excellent staff, amazing service and speed. Very friendly people work here. Very well run and nice and clean. As a customer, I couldn't ask for anything more.

I live near Tim Horton's in Sage Creek. I visit this site often and have to say the service at this location is less than satisfactory. Wait time inside has been long on occasions to be served and food orders have taken a long time and not what ordered.
Took me a while to try Tim Hortons, that's a lot to pay for Coffee, but the Coffee is most excellent and so is the food when they are not out of what you order. What I have problems with is mainly service. I use the drive thru (every day) and order more than one HOT Coffee and am the only one in the car. Since I'm driving I cannot juggle the cups without a drink carrier... not to mention extra large HOT coffee that are handed out without a sleeves. I'm sure in a cost saving measure that they have been told not to offer these Items unless asked. Since I do not live in Piqua or Troy I drive every day to one or the other from Covington, thought they might over the past year remember me, instead I feel more like "It's that guy again". Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, please stop putting the napkin in the bag with the sticky glazed or Iced donuts so the napkin can be used. I don't mind the wait in the drive thru, I don't mind the price, but I would like to see some thought go into the service and customer.
we always stop on the way home from Mtl or Ott in mid afternoon, this time saturday around 2pm, great staff, they always work very hard , and very polite, but not enough staff to serve the crowd quickly, this sat we waited 20min, Sept 7,2013, it is either a wait of 15 or 20 min....please, help your staff and customers and more staff...people are travelling and the wait is way to long! as we still have another 4 hours to go to our destination.
Just picked up a cup of coffee, decaf, medium with two milk and one sweetner. They obviously didn't have enough coffee to fill the cup as I witnessed the server pour some hot water and add it to my cup of coffee.

Was very disappointed with the service. We waited for someone to help us for ice cream and was ignored by three different employees. We ended up leaving. Very disappointed my kid was crying she wanted ice cream.
We had friends drop in so my husband went and got a tea and coffees..and of course donuts..well we had Boston cream,chocolate etc..the donuts were thrown in to a bag well what a mess, the donuts were stuck together and on the icing on bag not donuts..
This location is the "ONLY" one in the city that has not served me hot water instead if my French vanilla each morning. Not sure why it comes rich and frothy here and nowhere else but I do not go to the other locations any more

I am a big Tim Hortons fan-I visit them daily. But the restaurant on Sunbury Road in Westerville Ohio lacks in customer service and regularly gets my order wrong! It's usually the afternoon/early evening staff that are less than stellar. If you ask for a bagel with butter, you get it with cream cheese. Does not sound like a big deal, but when you leave the drive through and have something other than what you ordered, it is irritating. Luckily there are several locations in my town, so I can go elsewhere.
One of the workers was very hepful and made a mean snoothie, not to mention she was hot
the service at this location is very poor especially in the early morning hours.Something has to be done,the wait time is far too long ,the store is rarely open on time and the customer service is not very good,nobody seems to smile.
Tim Horton's Manager threatened public with 6-8 kids inside and over 2 dozen people to leave premises while multiple lighting strikes per sound and extreme dangerous down pour and lost of power, and calling the police to be removed during a Tornado watch issued by Theweathernetwork Canada in Niagara Region.

I have been to the location on abbott and southfield a total of 4 times I order a triple triple and its never enough so this 4th time I decided to order extra large 4 creams 4 sugar and breakfast well it was ten to 12 so they say breakfast is over I can't get my sandwich I was ok with that then I went to drink the coffee not hot at all and I think its 90 percent cream litterly I do not think there is hardly any coffee so I try to call and see if they can make me another and no one answers so that is why I'm leaving this review
I give this store an overall rating of 0. I go to this store daily for coffee, this store is very busy after wating in the line up for minimum 20 min you end up with cold coffee. I have gone back in line a few times now to complain and the employees are sarcastic, they say they will put a temperature probe in the coffee. very disappointing especially when you pay $4.21 for two xlarge coffee
Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons I receive the worst service. The staff seem to be lost most of the time and are slower than molasses. There will be a line up out the door and one person on cash with no one else helping. It is not often that I manage to get in and out with two coffees within 5 minutes. Today I went in and was the only person in line and waited at least 2 minutes for the cashier to take my order (a tea and a coffee) and then it took her at least 6-7 minutes to make these two drinks. There were no distractions. It's unacceptable and completely frustrating.
The wife regularly picks coffee up at this location and when she gets it home we find that the cup is very seldom filled up. I opened my large coffee up tonight and there was less in there than normal, it was 1.75 inches from the top. The normal is 1 - 1.25 inches from the top. Yet we have picked up coffee at all the other Brandon locations and they are always filled.
My experiences with Tim Hortons over the past couple of months has been wonderful, however this morning I was served by one of the rudest men I have ever met in my life. No reguards towards the customers what so ever. I recommend going to the Tim Hortons on Bridge Street. I know for a fact I will never go to this one again.
I go through the drive through at this Tim Horton's every day, I believe Helen is the manager, just wanted to compliment this store they are efficient, courteous & professional, their food is great & they always get the orders correctly . They do a great job.

I go to this location every day. I always buy 1 med and 1 decaf. To many times there is no decaf made! My husband cannot drink reg so i have to go elsewhere and wait in another line. I have mentioned it at this location but nothing changes. Please look into this. TC

The young man who works 3rd shift there is rude. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Serves customers with his nasty WET hands. Now I drive across town to the new store on Hill RD. They are much nicer over there.
This is one of the worst Tim Hortons ever!! Besides from the obvious language barrier that some of its staff has by not speaking or understanding English or French properly, their toaster is broken or they don't care to toast your bagels or sandwiches (nobody likes a raw bagel!!) I just moved to the area and thought this would be my Tim's of choice for logistical purposes but I'll never go there again, they have messed up my orders everyday I've been there. I just ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich and I got a mayo soaked bread with 2 slices of cheese bacon and lettuce!! Sounds like a good sandwich NOT!! Oh and their DD is black coffee. Yummy!! Puke!! Stay away from this location, there are others down the road. It's time to stand up Winnipeg don't take this crap from local establishments!!

I am very, very disappointed to the verge of angered at how unqualified, rude, lazy and the lack of customer service the staff at this location provides.
This evening I stopped by for some food on my way to work, in which there were a total of 2 other people in line before me, in which the young negro lady took way longer than it was supposed to take to fulfill 2 orders. After the 5 minutes I waited for her to process the person in front of me.
I was addressed with another ungodly wait time, only to have her shuffle her feet, appear to not really want to work there at all, not listen to a single word that came out of my mouth, completely screw up my order and then provide an excuse why I am "wrong" and all that jazz.
On top of that, the person supposed to be making the food was off in dreamland and eventually comes up to me to ask what I had ordered, in which I told him and he still screwed it up.
I have never been so offended by the ATROCIOUS quality staff at this location.
As an afterthought, PLEASE HIRE INTELLIGENT, QUALIFIED STAFF. Fire these dimwits!

Easter is soft pastels - light pink, light yellow, light blue, light purple..... even white with pastel sprinkles. Make a child smile- and please use traditional colorings. Thank you.

I called and the manager of the Tim Horton's on Allen Rd., advised that was all they had..... last week Red/Blue Easter Donuts. Get with the season & with the $$$ profits buy pastels ! Please. My children & grandchildren don't want Christmas or 4th of July donuts !

I went to this Tim Horton's when I visited Nanaimo, and I ordered some drinks and a BLT. All of the people in front and behind got their orders right away, and I was just standing there waiting. I finally waited 23 minutes! I was angry, so I got mad at them and asked why my BLT is taking over 20 minutes! They did not seem to care, and they just gave me the sandwich. I am not going to this location anymore.
I purchased coffee at this location everyday for the past 5 years. Lately when i go at 430am the coffee is so old. I never get a fresh coffee. I went this morning and the coffee was so weak I just tossed it. Something has to be done over there. If it doesnt improve I will be going to a new location.

Just stop and got myself a extra large as I do every nite, 3 cream 4 Splenda, he hands me my cup with 4 bags of Splenda on the top, I ask is this extra or what he said no I'm not allowed to put it in while the sugar machine is being cleaned, I ask your kidding right, no he said, then I asked is there sugar in mine? No there's not you wanted Splenda. Ok so now at 12:20 am I'm mixing my own coffe and as the window shuts I yelled what do I mix it with my freaking finger, oh I forgot here's a straw.. You got to kidding me.. That service sucked bad, second street Tim hortons no thanks next you will have to make your own coffe.. Get freaking real !!!!!!!!

se restaurant Tim Horton a St Basile est le meilleur que nous connaissont. Mon mari et moi sommes sur le route comme travail et a chaque fois que nous arretons a se restaurant nous avons toujours se que nous cherchons. Il y as toujours un choix enorme que se soit pour la soupe, les beignes ou meme des muffins. Le personnel est tellement acceuillant avec un beau sourire et tres polis. Mon mari aime bien quand le proprietaire M Delorme un ancien du Canadiens parle de hockey avec ses clients. Un tres beau sentiment d'appartenance que nous sentons a chaque visite. A recommender au la main!!!
Had gone through drive through on way to working a night shift ordered an extra large english toffee.....and it tasted like water with touch flavor, called and got attitude told then come get new one, and then hung up on. Guess will be driving past this Tims to either McDonalds or to other Tims

Unfortunately, to my disappointment, this Tim Horton's does not efficiently serve customers at their location nor do they treat you with the Tim Horton's service we all know and love. The workers are rude and joke around instead of helping with orders and I have waited for upwards of 20 minutes for something as simple as a sandwich. Would not recommend anyone visit this Tim Horton's unless you have a really long lunch break!
floors need to be swept and mopped more, tables need to be cleaned more often, trash removed more often and washrooms need to be policed more often
I love this Tim hortons the people are always nice and polite and always have a smile on their face and they are always making fresh coffee. If anothertim hortons makes a mistake they are willing to fix it.

i purchased a Ham And Swiss Sandwich Donut Combo and asked for extra Lettuce because they only put 1 little piece on the sandwich and they charged me an extra $1.00 for a couple of extra pieces of lettuce this is a ripe off . bad way to show customers they appreciate there business i stop her ever Sunday evening for this sandwich and they have never charged me before and neither has any other Tim Hortons Charged me extra , the only place that has charged me extra was MacDonald's for extra Sauce ... but now this Tims Location has charged extra , why ??? are they that greedy ?? come on it is only lettuce !!!! and if you would put enough on i=n the first place would not need to ask for extra !!!
I have never had such terrible service at any Tim Hortons except at this location. The employees are not friendly the owner has an attitude and shows no type of customer service skills. The owner is very condensending I requested a bag to put my bagel in and he went OFF. I will never stop there again
One of the worst Tim Horton's in the area. The bathrooms are dirty. The urinal in the men's room leaks all over the floor. The heat registers need to be replaced and the bathrooms cleaned--really cleaned. The food prep counter is pressed board, no Formica; it is a breeding ground for bacteria no matter how clean the employees are. The owner has heard these complaints from customers and Corporate Tim Horton's was notified as well.
Last night I visited the o.p. Tim horton's. while pulling into the drive thru during a winter snow storm, my vehicle got stuck. I backed up and tried to get out but could not completely. 2 employees that were at the dumpster helped as well as 2 young ladies, who even pushed my traverse. I laughed at the same time I was amazed at their kindness. The 1 girl was the asst mgr and even offered to go inside to get my order. They got my coffee, got me unstuck and on my way.. With a laugh and smile.. Young people are not all bad.. These 4 were great. Their names were Shannon Kelsey ans "smile" I believe along with another that I am not sure of. If your looking for a coffee made with no problems from the drive thru you may want to look elsewhere.
80% of the time I find myself having to pull over to stir the coffee in order to mix the sugar. I always ask for cream yet 30% of the time I get milk
I wouldn't stop at this tims again. 4 out 5 trips were wrong. I once actually went back into the store, asked the young man to take off the lid and tell me what was in it. He said its milk when I ordered cream, and never took off the lid
During the month of november of this year i was working in the area of this tim hortons and well, having coffe there almost daily wasa pleasant experience ,the staff was courteous,had good decorum,excellent customer service ,i recall one staff singing(softly )as she served me (Rowena)by her nametag..even though she was in training as i noticed!...i'd definitely recommend this store!
