Two people in line ahead of me,,took fifteen minutes,,tables dirty, counter top dirty, both muffins in same bag,,,staff busy talking. Yes it was a Saturday morning but not that busy. Cleaning supplies blocking bathroom door.
being away from home it is so nice to walk in and the staff is geat. what can I say . Its like im a regular client. That is customer service. Great job to the staff. I will see you next Thursday. :)
I don't know how many times I have been to this store, they cant get it right be it walk in or drive through, unless you check every single order and sip your dirink you enver know what you are getting

Twice ive ordered breakfast sandwiches and recieved bagels one with a peice of sausage dry one with just mayonnaise along with ruining every coffee ordered thanks for wasing my time an money
Not what we are used to at Tim Hortons. Eating area very, and I mean very dirty. My wife cleaned up the mess on the tables and the floors before we sat down. We are long time Tim Horton advocates, back to the original Hamilton location. Very disappointed.

Early morning service is terrible - faster to go 5 min farther to McDonalds. If there is a car in front of you in drive through - they will not take another order until 1st car is gone. Painfully slow. Not worth the 1 star review
I stop there every morning and get Coffee and I gave them a 10 bill and they gave me back a counterfeit 5 bill was a good coffee. Shop but now they lost my business the midnight shift staff do it so watch out people
What a great Tims we have in PR. Fast accurate service every time and fresh products. Staff also are so smiley and happy to be there. Great job everyone
We stopped in after the movies for coffee and a bagel...our favorite Tim''s was closed. Took a half hour to get our decaf coffee at 9:30 at night. They 'forgot to put it on!!! Our bagel was finished by the taime it was ready! Service for everyone was slow....not just us!
By far the worst Tim Hortons location I've ever been to! Wait times are way too long, and typically never get your order right...the most unfortunate part is that it's the only location on my way to work, try and avoid this one if possible, until they get it together anyway....
Whenever I get coffee I make sure to come here. Whether through the drive thru or inside, the service is consistently friendly, efficient and welcoming. Keep it up!

This location NEVER had any food made at prime times such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Went in on four occasions asking for different kinds of soups, sandwiches, and muffins and nothing was ever made. Also the service is shit, they can never get the order right every time we go there something is wrong. Will not be returning ever
Very slow drive through service at night. You would think with one customer in the shop, it wouldn't take 5 minutes for 2 double doubles. And this is on multiple occasions.
I just left Tims and ordered a breakfast sandwich inside..service was fine..order taken correctly..then went to arena and tried to eat the hash brown! Had to stop after two bites I was worried about breaking a tooth..worst thing ever!!!

Today dec 1/14 at about 12:20 went to the drive through and ordered 2 English breakfast tea (lg) my order came to $4.09 after about 15 min in the line up I arrived at the window only to be told that there was no English breakfast tea in stock today I replied why didn't you tell me 15 min ago not happy with the service
They are very nice and customers friends service. No complaint so far, I always go there.the apple fitter is the best of best in the Winnipeg it so yummy little crunchy so delicious
Never have I ever endulged in such luxurious delights as I had at this time hortons. If was impeccable. Every possible thing you could wish for was there. I thought I had been dreaming it was such a delight to dine at this location of superb gloriousness
Went through drive through today and only got about two thirds of a cup of coffee for my full payment of $1.41.....ripoff....they count on the fact most drive through customers do not open lid and check coffee.....maybe they should be cause they are ripping you off....ridiculous!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced at a tim hortons. I gave this location several chances and every time I was disappointed and I tried the drive through and the inside counter. Its a shame because this location is on my way to work but now I find myself either hitting the one on ridge rd or rt 5 in hamburg. The manager of this store should be embarrassed as long as everyone of the employees.
Only visit this Tim if you have plenty of time and don't care if you receive the correct order. I rarely go here anymore. When I do, I never order tea because they always pour coffee. I've tried calling to complain but no one answers the phone, even when I've waited for 30 minutes.
Could you at least put an estimated time of opening to close and end with hours may fluctuate please? I start work at 7am which means I need to know where I can get my coffee at 6am. I can't have a good morning without my double double. Thanks, I have always had great service at this location, here's hoping you're open when I bike by.

Horrendous drive thru 90 per cent of the time!!! Understandably there will sometimes be a customer that "decides on more"..at the window, however-still horrid!! Cant tell you how many times ive wanted to jump the curb and go elsewhere. Today there were 3cars ahead of me...11am...I waited15minutes for a coffee.....unacceptable! Ive decided to not bother with this location anymore...

Service is slow, employees always in a bad mood especially the nighttime workers. Boston cream donut doesnt have enough cream basically a tiny blob of cream, might as well call it boston donut. Everytime i go there i hear customers complaining.
Charged 75 cents for Piece of lettuce and one tomato slice on Bacon and egg English muffin (more than bagel belt). No notice of charge. Hashbrown cold and old. Bagel and english muffin hardly warmed let alone toasted.
I would just like to say that I love Tim Horton's but every time I go to the one in the Junction area of Mission I am so disappointed that the staff never says thank you or even have a good day. Sometimes I feel like they just are to busy to be polite and do not even wish people a good day.

My family and I go to this location two to three times a day. As it is the only location in our area. But we are sick and tired of getting the wrong orders. Tonight I got two sugar in stead of two cream. Come on already this happens every few day's. Wrong muffin, wrong type of coffee.
Sage Creek location in Winnipeg...today is September 29th and is the last day for the dark roast coffee special for $1...went through drive through at 5:30 today and was charged $1.25...when I asked the person at window said the terminals were changed over and even though the last day for the promotion is today the price is $1.25.now...total BS
I have asked for double-toasted bagels only to receive them very slightly toasted. Partly because they are busy I have not complained and also because the staff is very rushed all the time and snappy. But the next time the bagel goes back! I find the bagels very chewy and gummy if not toasted properly. Also, on one occasion at the take-out window I received the wrong change and had to return to the window in the lineup. Not cool!!!
Wow , there are 5 people behind the counter and 5 - 6 people in line and all they were doing instead of serving was walking back and forth filling up stuff/ and stalking things , OKAY some of us have a job WE need to get to so how about getting all that done when the line up is down or your "down" time , the line up outside of cars was ridiculous !! You really need to manage that location better , where is the shift supervisor ???

They treat their workers like crap and have a massive turn over. Don't eventhink about asking for a day off for a doctors appointment. It's a very busy store and the managers are more concerned with socializing. The owner comes in the door and is quick to point out anything that is wrong, god forbid he actually take an order or put forth a helping hand if they are short staffed or busy.

Timmies is the place to be! Their customer service was good overall. However, their coffee is great, the sandwich selections are good and I LOVE the ICE CAP aaaand Mixed Berry Smoothie! Yumm!
Ok, I did that. However, they must not have, because one cookie was missing. And, always people waiting behind you in the drive-thru, so no time to check the contents in my bag.

Everytime I go to Mt.Pleasant , MI I go to Tim Horton's for a cup of coffee. Well on my way home today I stopped and got 2 coffer's and after I got home and was finishing my coffee the last sip of such good coffee and to my surprise a mouth full of grounds oh so bad not good. But I called them and to my surprise they have made it right. Oh I still love Tim Horton in Mt Pleasant one more reason y. The young lady that answered the phone first and formost will make sure nobody will get grounds again. Thank you. .... Love your coffee.

Supervisor in the evening team always give me a warm welcome with a cute big smile and serve me my order perfectly . I enjoyed my coffee while talking to them sometimes . They are so good at up selling items to other customers as well . they are real hero in customer service skills.
Hello; I had asked for a turkey and swiss on Brown easy sauce. I had to repeat it several times. When I got my order home it was Ham and swiss with tons of sauce. This isn't complicated and really no reason for it.
This place rips people off! I will never go to this Tim Horton's again! Check your receipt at the drive thru! I was over charged and the cashier kept my gift card claiming it was empty. When I called the manager they couldn't find my gift card! I wish I could rate it negative stars!

The staff on the day I went there were very loud when talking to themselves. Their person day to day is not what customers want to listen to when they are trying to enjoy a coffee with friends.

I have been to Tim Horton’s all over Canada, and obviously once in a while my coffee will taste burnt(not always). Tim Horton’s on Granville has yet to give me a coffee that doesn’t taste like it has been sitting around for at least three hours. It's just disgusting, I'll NEVER go there again!
Doesn't carry advertised items, only hortons with no jelly filled, loud talking unprofessional staff. Fits in well with west broad st. business's

The coffee is always fresh, hot, and delish. Every baked good is worth a try because it is fresh. Many varieties differ from DD's in distinctive ways. Always a quality product.
Très bon service la nuit. Mon seul commentaire c'est que je trouve ça dommage que la petite avec les broches fait tout le travail. Chaque soir que je vient elle est la seule a l'intérieure et sa collègue à l'extérieure avec la dame du dépanneur. Parfois nous sommes plusieur a attendre en ligne et elle ne rentre pas aidé sa petite collègue. Une chance quelle donne un très bon service et toujours souriante! Ma commande est toujours prète avant que je rentre dans le restaurent. C'est géniale.

The manager and main supervisor do not no what they are doing and are extremely condescending towards their employees. They also use the same rags to wipe the counters as they do to wipe off their drink lids. Worst Tim Horton's ever. DO NOT support this business.
i have been trying to get a job there since fall. they seem nice but all i got was excuse after excuse, now since there considering my app. the phone number is no longer working. this may seem pointless but a store needs to have a working phone number even when they are hiring people.

Today I purchased one dozen doughnuts from the location near food land , included we're two Krullers which were raw inside. I called the store and they said to bring the back and they would give me two more......first I had eaten half of the one and it certainly would not be efficient to drive all the way back from my home and get to doughnuts, and second The male on the phone was quite short with me and quite gruff. I am definitely not trying to get something free and I'm sure you don't care about one customer but thought I would let you know you have lost one. I also don't expect you to reply to this e mail as I am sure you get many if the store personnel answer the phone that way

I have used this drive through twice, and walked in for service once. That makes three strikes. Both times in the drive through my wait was in excess of 7 minutes. They do not move cars with difficult orders through to wait and allow the rest to get their coffee and leave. Instead, everybody waits. Inside is no better. I counted 9 employees milling about while I waited second in line for over 5 minutes. I now enjoy a competitor's coffee instead.
I stop by this location every morning on my way to the office and the morning girls know my order by heart. It feels like I am walking into a friend's house almost. I've been a couple of times later on during the day, and the whole staff is quite friendly, but not as much as the morning girls. Everything about this location is great.
