We drove 60 miles to return their equipment only to find them closed. The web sight I was on said they were OPEN Sat. from 9:oo am to 2:pm. Please be careful when looking at TWC web sights.

Every time I've been to this location I've experienced extremely long wait times. They are under equipped to handle the volume of clients. I went today and had 42 people in front of me. There were 3 people working and the turn around time was extremely sluggish.

I drove to Time Warner Store at 3300 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland, Ohio and found note on door that they relocated to 2027 W.25th Street. Please update your website since there in no store phone listing online. Very inconvenient. Poor customer service.

Time warner cable gave me the same phone number as the Cheraw housing authority refuses to change my number unless I pay a fee of 30.00 dollars.then they came out to bury cable and left half the line on top of ground to where my dogs and child can fall and get hurt been calling them since days one month ago and they have not fix problem....

They say you need a box to receive TV signal as per FCC.

The $89 per month bundle deal turns into over $120. They will quote you one price and then bill you for a higher amount. When you call customer service they just try to wear you out by shifting (they say "escalating") you from one girl to another. These customer service reps are all just con artists who are trained to do nothing but wear you out. Buyer beware!

TWC is ridiculously over priced! I completely agree with the prior reviews. To need to pay close to $170 for what they call "200" channels and other basic services is outrageous. I'll be changing to Direct TV...I'd rather pay their price than to be ripped off here. They have got to make it more affordable!

I was directed to pick up equipment that would contain step by step instructions to install the cable and internet. What I received was a plastic grocery bag with a router and charge adapter. No cables, no instructions, no box. Cannot even call the place to get answers.

While being grossed month after month, the latest trouble is that I was actually told by collections , that any agreement I made with customer service "has no weight" with collections? this site says Time Warner Cable on Alum Creek Drive is open on Saturdays 9am to 5pm but I drove to office to pay my bill and they are not open. one more nice thing Time Warner Cable does for their customers!!!!!!

I hate having to go here because you always have to wait in line for a long time! Each time I have been in there has been at least 15 people ahead of me and you have no option but to wait. It's terrible.

Dont say you are open until 6 on Thursdays if you aren't. Change your website so you dont inconvenience other people.

Went in to swap out remote and cable box. Woman behind me in line was served 1st after I had been waiting for 10+ minutes. The man was rude to me and taboot he gave us the wrong cords to hook up the new box.

No phone number is listed - makes it difficult to speak to a human. I'm trying to correct poor service and billing questions. You don't make it easy to contact your store or resolve issues. Your agents at your customer service number were of no help.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks trying to transfer my phone into TWC (i.e. giving them more business) and it is still not done. I go into the W Mason office - no help. I have received every excuse and still no phone and no follow-up. No one in customer service will take ownership of the problem and see it through 'til the end. They just kicked the problem down the road - Not their problem. Very disappointing.

I was told a technition will be at my house between 6&7 PM I waited, No technition, then I get an automated call to rate the technitions job and my satisfaction, not satisfied, then I'm transfered to customer service and they say no technition was scheuled to come to my house and earlier that day I comfirmed the Appt. customer service rep told me it was coded wrong. Awful. We r out of internet more than have it. The tech just left the wore across the back yard and never came and fixed it. When I called 2 weeks later turned out he never even put in a work order. Then they Gave me a date they would be out so I could take off work and they never showed or called. So now I have another date and request to talk to a manager. We shall see.

I order triple play with Time Warner cable receive conformation number and installation number. Waited 1 week for installation they never showed up so I called Columbus. Told they could see order but somehow they didn't get it right so they never sent installation out and didn't call or email me. They did however increase the cost of the package I order by $3.00 if I wanted it now. No I don't I want them now!!!!!

I have never been so frustrated trying to set up a new service after moving! We have waited 2 weeks for installation and still have nothing! I have called time warner 6+ times and there is a huge lack of communication, if there was any other options in our area I would surely go through them, unfortunately time warner is the only provider!

I recieve a door tag saying i will be disconnected if i do not schedule a service call to make sure there are no FCC regulations being violated. I call to take care of this matter and they have no clue what i am talking about. They just keep repeating there is no problem with your account you've paid your bill. Then give me the wrong number to the local time warner cable to see if they know anything about this door tag i received i really wish there was another internet provider i would switch in a heart beat. What a joke.

This company is horrible in every way possible. When they came to install. They just draped the cable over everything in my back yard. Children's toys, the grill across our back door. They left it like that and said it could be a month before they could come and fix it. We finally got a manager to come out and tack it to the house. The way they bill is ridiculous. It takes 2-3 months to get auto pay set up and they won't send you a bill while you wait so of course you rack up tons of late fees when you thought it was automatically being drafted out. Our internet went out today and they had no idea what is wrong with it. They stated the don't know when they will be able to have a tech come out and look at it.

I have informed several reps that the number is incorrect. One rep gave me another number which was also BUSINESS! Finally got Chrstine in NY that was able to arrange a service call and provided excellent service!

the work of time warner is sloppy, time warner takes long time to do the work, and when they do it is usually wrong even there has been people of the same company that deals with bad customers to steal cable, be careful with your equipment, when they enter to your house, they steal your splitters, they do whatever they want and not what you tell them to do in general their service is terrible.

We switched from Directv - which we're beginning to think was a huge mistake. When our service was installed, the tech didn't bother to check the amplifier. One week later, after being on the phone for almost one hour to schedule a service call, a tech had to come back and replace the amplifier and two remote controls. This evening we were packing up the Directv equipment to mail back and found out that when our dvr's were installed, the tech didn't use the power cords that came with them. Instead, he used the Directv power cords! We had to wait on the phone for 35 minutes for someone at TWC to say they had to schedule a service call just for 2 power cords! Or we were given the option of traveling to the WS store during my work hours to get power cords. Directv equipment has to be mailed tomorrow so I'll be leaving work early to get to TWC store before they close - use my gas and time.

Service was amazing. Very kind, patient, and able to answer all questions. Will return and highly recommend.

We know the Canadians that come to the desert for the winter number in the 100,000's so I cannot understand why we have so many problems getting a phone hooked up with internet service every year...I get the same response..we need to have a US drivers licence or US I.D. of some form and until I get a service rep online..that has done Canadian stuff before I end up waiting online for at least 1/2 an hour and end up with nothing ...the worst is the offshore ones..they don't have any idea...the fort lauderdale ones try but with no success!!...I like Time Warner ...its just getting it hooked up that is a real pain!!!

I would just like to say I am very disappointed in the service and thinking about switching ...my bill is paid and service will not come back on. My wife needs to get online for school and they say it can take 24 he's before it can be restored....it's a new policy is what they tell me.....I am disappointed Time Warner Cable Sucks...I would never recommend it to no one

Long lines slow service bad system for taking care of customers.

I just upgraded my account to add Digital TV and was told the earliest date they could install it is a week away. Now I understand that people get busy but I've had Cable TV before and all the installation tech has to do is hook up the cable box and make a phone call to activate it. They don't need to install any cables in the house cause thats already been done. It seems kind of crazy that I have to wait a week for a job that shouldn't even take a half hour.

With a line of 15 customers deep the staff deemed it appropriate to close 1 of 3 windowsto open. Given lunch time has to be busy more appropriate scheduling should be considered.

Ok Lets think about this 8-5 Mon thru Fri I guess if I need replacement parts I need to take time off. No evening hours or even 8-12 on Sat. Hire an extra person with the rates you charge us!

We have been out of service for over 10 years what is up. Not happy. Two rod road scarborough. No phone my neighbor works from home. No internet

My cable box has to be rebooted at least 5-6 times a month...The ads that cable charges us to watch are getting to be an epidemic...The movies have run at least 5 times before, the internet is always suddenly shutting down, and last but not least....the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Had 3 techs give me the shaft by hanging up...I figured it out....they sent me a DOA modem. What a joke..

Viva at the TWC Cary exchange depot has an attitude problem; instead of doing her job and exchanging equipment, she tries to make me have one of incompetent TWC service technicians come out to my house (which I've done several times to no avail). The last exchange I made, Viva gave be a set top box that was older and more defective (many channels and on demand "unavailable at this time") than the one I brought in.

Went to 26 Oakatie - there is no active office there. Called the CS Call Center - waited 20 minutes - wrong info - wrong transfers - cust offs - just terrible - two days 3.5 hours of frustration. TWC is definitely a trip you don't want to take.

I had to make 7 phone calls at their number to try to get a seasonal disconnect none of which got me to a person I could talk with one on one to get it accomplished. If you want to get anything done go to their office on Eagle Ct.

TWC must be one of the most tangle-footed companies in America. Their stores open and close without notice (mostly they just close.) The equipment is outdated. On-line help is impossible to use, just taking customers in an endless loop. Then there is the losing battle with CBS. We're dropping TWC like a cast-iron crow. Even that is difficult because they don't answer the phone. Best way around it? Just tell them you are moving, rather than cancelling. It gets them off your back and you can find another provider. But don't tell TWC you are leaving until the new service is hooked up.

moved their office from 5812 21st Street and did not leave a forwarding address on the door. their internet site still lists this as their address. poor business practice.

I just arrived at the TWC store 1307 NW Maynard Rd. after talking to a service/tech rep on the phone(where I waited 15 mins. to talk to a human being) & am blown away at the size of the line. There are at least 35 people here & growing with only TWO people to serve the customers...on a Saturday! Wow! I continue to be pretty disgusted w/ this company. Once I finally did talk to someone on the phone she was very nice but this wait time on the phone & in person is ridiculous for the prices we pay for your service.

Well, I picked up my converter box from Time Warner in hopes I could watch the Packer game. Of course, it wouldn't work. After spending an hour with their tech support, who was nice, but incompetent, the box still doesn't work. So because these dumbasses are busy trying to scrounge up as much money as they can, I don't get to watch the game. Thanks, Time Warner. I really f'ing appreciate it.

I have excellent services thus far with the 3 or so times I have been there. I find the act of occasional breaks on the bill due to my discontent with service or other reasons, keeps me a happy customer when things happen. The waits not usually long and the service people have always been friendly and courteous to me.

I have visited this location on multiple occasions and have been treated fairly and been helped greatly. Sometimes when warranted, I even been discounted because of certain incidents regarding services. Overall, not a bad location and the service people are more than happy to satisfy in most cases, your disputes.

Everytime I call in they are extremely disrespecful and take me in circles to find an answer.

I turned in some equipment to the receptionist and she never noted the account!! I was sent to the credit bureau. My credit report went down 4 points because of it. I called Time Warner and they still have not been able to fix the problem. Make sure you document everything you do with this company so that you will not have to go through what I am going through!! :-(

I have been a Time Warner customer for many years, and find the office located on S. Main Street across from Walmart to be very convenient and accessible, and the personnel to be competent and caring.

This store and its employees are the most incompetent people I have met!! They credited a payment I made there to another persons account and then disconnected my account!! I went today to return a cable box, waited in line as usual only to come home wait over an hour for it to boot up to find they have me a broken box!! I moved to Columbia. Prior to moving here, I had phone, internet and wifi from Verizon Fios and Comcast. I never had service issues with either company vs. Time Warner. When you call Time Warner, you talk to service reps in El Salvador. The phone connections are terrible and the language barrier is bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came out and installed my cable, only to leave it running across the ground in the back yard. I have 2 dogs and one is still a puppy so of course he chewed it up. It took 4 days for them to rehook it up and they say it will be 10 more days till they can put it in the ground. This is crazy, I call almost every day. Then today stayed home just to wait on a guy to not even show up. The bad thing is you can never talk to anyone local, it's all national and they can never get you answers. Seriously considering going back to Windstream.

Every time I went into the TWC office with a problem, then staff was both very polite and extremely helpful. They always solved by problem very quickly without talking at me but with me. You have the best personnel working there.

worst customer service of any utility I deal with - hours are inconvenient for anyone that works a regular job. Hanes Mall employees are rude and short. Services and technicians are not very knowledgeable of products and use the company line - best I can do - when something happens that they don't understand. Not a very good value for you money.

Adding TV service to my road runner was a real benefit to my account with TWC. The installation tech, Nate353, was professional, and highly skilled. Thank you for making my entertainment package through TWC a pleasent experience.
