Every time I've been to this location I've experienced extremely long wait times. They are under equipped to handle the volume of clients. I went today and had 42 people in front of me. There were 3 people working and the turn around time was extremely sluggish.

Run while you can

The $89 per month bundle deal turns into over $120. They will quote you one price and then bill you for a higher amount. When you call customer service they just try to wear you out by shifting (they say "escalating") you from one girl to another. These customer service reps are all just con artists who are trained to do nothing but wear you out. Buyer beware!

TWC is ridiculously over priced! I completely agree with the prior reviews. To need to pay close to $170 for what they call "200" channels and other basic services is outrageous. I'll be changing to Direct TV...I'd rather pay their price than to be ripped off here. They have got to make it more affordable!

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks trying to transfer my phone into TWC (i.e. giving them more business) and it is still not done. I go into the W Mason office - no help. I have received every excuse and still no phone and no follow-up. No one in customer service will take ownership of the problem and see it through 'til the end. They just kicked the problem down the road - Not their problem. Very disappointing.

Told they could see order but somehow they didn't get it right so they never sent installation out and didn't call or email me. I recieve a door tag saying i will be disconnected if i do not schedule a service call to make sure there are no FCC regulations being violated. I call to take care of this matter and they have no clue what i am talking about. They just keep repeating there is no problem with your account you've paid your bill. Horrible Horrible Horrible!

This company is horrible in every way possible. When they came to install. They just draped the cable over everything in my back yard. Children's toys, the grill across our back door. They left it like that and said it could be a month before they could come and fix it. We finally got a manager to come out and tack it to the house. The way they bill is ridiculous. It takes 2-3 months to get auto pay set up and they won't send you a bill while you wait so of course you rack up tons of late fees when you thought it was automatically being drafted out. Our internet went out today and they had no idea what is wrong with it. They stated the don't know when they will be able to have a tech come out and look at it.

Terrible Service

We switched from Directv - which we're beginning to think was a huge mistake. When our service was installed, the tech didn't bother to check the amplifier. One week later, after being on the phone for almost one hour to schedule a service call, a tech had to come back and replace the amplifier and two remote controls. This evening we were packing up the Directv equipment to mail back and found out that when our dvr's were installed, the tech didn't use the power cords that came with them. Instead, he used the Directv power cords! We had to wait on the phone for 35 minutes for someone at TWC to say they had to schedule a service call just for 2 power cords! Or we were given the option of traveling to the WS store during my work hours to get power cords. Directv equipment has to be mailed tomorrow so I'll be leaving work early to get to TWC store before they close - use my gas and time.

We know the Canadians that come to the desert for the winter number in the 100,000's so I cannot understand why we have so many problems getting a phone hooked up with internet service every year...I get the same response..we need to have a US drivers licence or US I.D. of some form and until I get a service rep online..that has done Canadian stuff before I end up waiting online for at least 1/2 an hour and end up with nothing ...the worst is the offshore ones..they don't have any idea...the fort lauderdale ones try but with no success!!...I like Time Warner ...its just getting it hooked up that is a real pain!!!

I just upgraded my account to add Digital TV and was told the earliest date they could install it is a week away. Now I understand that people get busy but I've had Cable TV before and all the installation tech has to do is hook up the cable box and make a phone call to activate it. Viva at the TWC Cary exchange depot has an attitude problem; instead of doing her job and exchanging equipment, she tries to make me have one of incompetent TWC service technicians come out to my house (which I've done several times to no avail). The last exchange I made, Viva gave be a set top box that was older and more defective (many channels and on demand "unavailable at this time") than the one I brought in.

Absolutely appalling!

TWC must be one of the most tangle-footed companies in America. Their stores open and close without notice (mostly they just close.) The equipment is outdated. On-line help is impossible to use, just taking customers in an endless loop. Then there is the losing battle with CBS. We're dropping TWC like a cast-iron crow. Even that is difficult because they don't answer the phone. Best way around it? Just tell them you are moving, rather than cancelling. It gets them off your back and you can find another provider. But don't tell TWC you are leaving until the new service is hooked up.

I just arrived at the TWC store 1307 NW Maynard Rd. after talking to a service/tech rep on the phone(where I waited 15 mins. to talk to a human being) & am blown away at the size of the line. There are at least 35 people here & growing with only TWO people to serve the customers...on a Saturday! Wow! I continue to be pretty disgusted w/ this company. Once I finally did talk to someone on the phone she was very nice but this wait time on the phone & in person is ridiculous for the prices we pay for your service.

I moved to Columbia. Prior to moving here, I had phone, internet and wifi from Verizon Fios and Comcast. I never had service issues with either company vs. Time Warner. When you call Time Warner, you talk to service reps in El Salvador. The phone connections are terrible and the language barrier is bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came out and installed my cable, only to leave it running across the ground in the back yard. I have 2 dogs and one is still a puppy so of course he chewed it up. It took 4 days for them to rehook it up and they say it will be 10 more days till they can put it in the ground. This is crazy, I call almost every day. Then today stayed home just to wait on a guy to not even show up. The bad thing is you can never talk to anyone local, it's all national and they can never get you answers. Seriously considering going back to Windstream.

Review for: Time Warner Cable in Fayetteville, NC

Extremely slow customer service

Went into the store on a Thursday just to exchange a remote... Only 2 workers and a line of 17 people!!! Needless to say, I have to go back another day.
