I recently closed account because of unpleasant and unprofessional dealings with bank manager.Over the past few yrs i have had several problems with bank manager,she doesn't even greet me when i had to deal with her. I've notified corporate but they seemed to take offence that i was making complaint about bank manager. Im now at America's credit unoin and im way more happy as a customer.

Tellers are friendly,but back manager very rude and very short.
