Always used Thompson until today. Waited for 15 mins before being told casually that there was a waiting list for help, despite the fact we were in front of the agents desk!!!!!

would not give us four seats only three for a day trip to see a tast of what it is like on a celebrity cruise ship.. disgusted with the deputy manager and for the sake of 25 pounds he has lost out on me booking a party of 16 worth 30 thousand pounds and also has made his team member loose out on her commission too...so anoyed
