I called the store to find out hours of operation . The voice mail message does not list the store hours or any helpful information to the customer. Neither does the thomasville website does not list the stores hours. It says store hours fluctuate ??? How do you run any business's without set,specified hours is beyond me. Which can only lead to customers dissatisfaction. Thomasville home furnishings should change their policy.

I purchased a couch and chair last year, immediately noticed the seat cushions hung over the bottom of couch. I called the store and they sent someone who preceded to tell me every day I should turn cushions! which I did but they are awful,I did try and speak to manager but they kept telling me to turn cushions. The couch looks awful, stay away.
