I always have had good service and always get asked if I need help.
Well sign said open at 9 pm its now 920 and the gate is still across the door but outside glass door is open Called still nothing Do they not want people to shop here in summerside Pei Guess maybe someone should call head office and then see
Love the staff in this store! I get honest feedback and I have been going back to them for years because the same trustworthy staff have been there each and every time I go. Wouldn't go anywhere else for cell phones!
Purchased a tablet and staff was very helpful setting me up and helping with new technology
Why in the heck at Christmas time would you lock your doors before your posted closing time??

Poor customer service. I've been in this store probably about seven or eight times and have never bought anything mostly because I can't get any service even though the clerks definitely have time to visit with each other.
Are we supposed to guess the hours of operation? For good customer service the hours should be consistent and posted.

The mgr. and apprentice sales person spent hours getting a new cell phone and up grading my current cell program Virgin. Tried to add a long distance pgm . Would not do it.
Disappointed, this store isn't on the source web page. I had to google it after cheating with a live agent that couldn't find it
pre-ordered my ps4 4 weeks in advance. was third on the list and they only got two in. they are overpriced on all games an if you want something done right go to another place. lost yourself's some $$$ with your overpriced stuff an messing up pre-orders never shopping there again.

this store sold me a d-link wireless rotor and an extended warrantee.when i had to exchange the machine i found they lost my file with the extended warrantee but after some talking they replaced the rotor and said they would fix the problem with the record of my warranted.then the second machine went bad and i had to return that one.well, they didn,t fix the problem with the file and would not give me the new one.now i have no rotor and the manager was not concerned with my loss.i will now find any way of letting people know of their lack of concern for their customers and their bad attitude.
They do not know much, and they don't help much. Not the same service as before.
NEVER GOING BACK
My experience has been the complete opposite of the previois reviewer. I've had nothing but friendly & good service at The Source Chilliwack, Eagle Landing. I was greeted upon entering the store, & I was assisted as soon as a clerk was free feom helping previous customers. One morning I was the first customer, & I was helped out immediatley.
I checked the return policy with the sales associate BEFORE purchase of a headset which I was not sure would be comfortable and I was told it had a 30 day return policy. It turned out to be extremely uncomfortable so I attempted to return the product, I was then told the policy was "yes 30 days if returned unopened".
These people obviously know you cannot try a product without opening it. Therefore their return policy is basically a scam.
I will never purchase from them again and I would recommend you do the same.

My several experiences at this particular 'Source' have been outstanding. The staff there have always taken great time to go over and above taking care of my needs, taking the time to explain how to operate and or set up any of my electronic items. Being a 'techo dinosaur' this so appreciated . They are so highly knowledgeable I wouldn't go anywhere else. I completely trust their recommendations for my needs.
I went to The Sorce this afternoon and was tataly ignored in the store a young gentleman said Hello to Me, I'll give Him that, then I walked around several aisles looking for HDMI cable, couldn't find one, stood at the front counter and looked at 4 clerks, like Hello I need help, no one acknowledged Me, I kept standing there, looking at Them, no reaction, so I walked out..
