TGF/Pernell Thomas hair designer

The best stylist I have found anywhere. Mr Pernell Thomas is experienced, knowledgeable, and fast. I have gone TGF/Mr.Thomas only for 2 years now I have paid big bucks for hair cuts in the past at other places.No worries any more.Thanks Mr.Thomas
