After making 2. Trips to the foreign exchange making a special journey I was left frustrated ..couple of weeks ago with little time it was closed with a man sat inside saying open in an hour ..I didn't have time ..then at 1820 hours on weds the 16th of July when it should have been open the women was in there with a sign up. Saying open at ten tomorrow ..when I was trying to read it she blurted out something about I've got to sort this first open ten tomorrow her behavior wasn't good ..probably not get a reply about this but there you go

0845 numbers cost too much to call. Please make a normal land line number available, for those of us that only have a mobile phone. I won't be phoning your store again, to check on anything, as it costs way too much. The result of this will be loss of sales!!!!

first trip to Tesco in Launceston. good choice of food and goods but overall experience poor. Used hand held machines for first time in this store and compared to other stores was not impressed. the font on the screen was so small that I was unable to read it as my reading glasses at home and not had this problem with other store hand held machines. the staff at the payment till unhelpful and couldnt care less atttitude ensured that I wont be coming back here again.

Two days ago I spoke with the manager at Tesco's. I reported the fact that six of the cars that were parked within the disabled bays were cars that belonged to fit and healthy drivers and the manager said that he could do nothing about it, he also told me that he did not wish to offend the owners of those wrongly parked cars. Months ago I wrote to the manager of Tesco - Gallagher Park, I mentioned to the manager of that store (in writing) the fact that two of the staff were outstandingly kind and helpful and that they happily put their-selves out to help people - the manager did not even reply to my letter.

Great convenient store but please make the outer area non smoking, it gets horrible in there

Far larger choice at lanark than lesmahagow. However with no clothing stores in the town center (other than charity shops) it would be handy if lanark Tesco had a range of clothing in the store!

I had an eye examination on 16/4/13 by Keith Martin. Thanks to his detailed and very thorough examination I was then sent to the hospital that day to have two opticians examine my eyes to confirm Keith's findings, as the piece of retina was at the very perimeter of my eye, I have now to go for a specialist examination Thank you so much for your opticians care and attention without which my eye may have gone on unnoticed. .
