Well this store does not reflect the telus prices at all, as all the accessories are priced higher than the real telus stores and way more than the webpage itself ? shop online !

How can this store not have anyone that knows what to do ? OMG! This is so frustrating.

Can't agree more with the other negative reviews. The guy that works at this location is rude ad impatient with his customers. Bad attitude and should not be in any sort of customer service position.

This dealer is fantastic, consistent and our rates with telus our the lowest we have ever had and we have been with telus 15 plus years and we have been to multiple Telus dealers in the city over the last 15 years and they have had our business here ever since they opened

I am reading some of the reviews and could not disagree more with the negative ones. My family went in to see about getting a family plan and the service was our best experience to date with a telephone company. The agent took the time to listen to our habits and patterns and was able to find a solution that was tailored to each user under one bill. He set every thing up including emails and even our online account to view our usage. it truly was a exceptional experience.

The workers went out of their way to help, stayed for a long time to work with me step by step trying to give me the best deals under realistic expectations.

We are very disappointed at the salesperson about unlocking the Koodo phone to change to pay as you go. He said that he can't do it as it in the contract. What he said if he does it, he will loose the business. If he does loose his business , he asked us if he can live wth us. We said no. That's not the way he treated us. We will never go back.

they absolutely suck for personal service, better off going to aldergrove or abbotsford.

I went in this store, looking for a cheap prepaied phone that i saw on the web site. huyweii? for 100.00. i told the sales gentleman i would like that and he told me no. i dont like it and you wont to. he told me the cheapest would be 200.00. i wanted the 100.00 but he said i dont carry it. after he relized my buget he was usless. thak yu sales guy!

Went into the Banff Telus store with my nexus 5 completed dead would not turn on it had the re boot screen. The agent plugged it in and within minutes had it working again. I was impressed by his willingness to help resolve my issue. Didn't make me feel like it was fault but also explained to me what to do if it happened again. Am encouraged to know there are good people willing to help those who don't always know it all.

Good thing I had the day off, as it took the telus rep a long time to get me sorted with my new device. two people working hard to get me up and running.Finally got my new phone.

Went into telus Banff to get an upgrade on my device thinking I had to spend 75 or more to get the iPhone nope! the agent was very informative and asked me enough questions to find out that I can actually get it for 60 a month on a share plan and yup so happy my husband and I both get new iphones and we save a bit more than expected. very happy we have such a great rep in Banff that looks out for us locals unlike telus itself thank you very very much

Went into my local Telus dealer to get my new mobile phone to find that my rep was no longer working at Telus :( She was the only one that knows anything!

Went into the Banff store with an ongoing issue for the past 3 months, Bang this guy solved the issue in just under 5 minutes. He was kind and well mannered.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Quite handy if I need to pop in and get quick help with my smartphone.

The guy in this store have no manners and don't know how to give good customer service..and even argue with the customer...

Tried to say my samsung S3 had water damage even though nine of the indicators were showing not the slightest water exposure. Tried to tell me telus doesn't deal in used phones and my only option was to buy a new one. Very shameful. I will never deal with them again

Went to buy two phones from this location, quoted us prices higher than London Drugs on same phones. Three months have passed, one of the phones has broken and I called for customer service at 2 pm, got the answering machine so I left a message.It is now 3 pm, no call back yet so I called again and got the answering machine again. Not pleased.

Has one of the worst managers in retail business. Scammed me out of a phone. Signed up for a contracted phone, and it was used. Came upon bringing it back, and he harassed me and wouldn't take it back. If I EVER see this guy in public, his brains will be crushed on to the hood of his engine.

The staff at Tleus on Faithful, Saskatoon are always very helpful--not pushy and great to deal with. I am very happy with their service

Strongly advice anyone from purchasing a phone from, 19 Riedel St Unit 19, Fort Mcmurray AB a Telus dealer.(by Sobeys)I paid for extra insurance on three I-Phones & found out today there is no record of this .Which means someone stole my money & pocketed it .Never knew this was possible but it happened .Share this to stop Fraud!

I don't work there but I use them for my businness' mobile phones. This is a business to business oriented store. If you're a consumer then you would be best to call first or to go to a kiosk storefront.

Son's cell phone that had been sent for repair came back without a back cover. Staff refused to replace it. No accountability. I recommend avoiding this location due to bad customer service.

The service I received at the mobility store at Robson and Bidwell was outstanding. I had two fellows assist me who made the process (for a newby) of purchasing an iPhone simple and quick.

Every time I go to this store no one there. I have gone 3 times in the past month and there is always a couple people standing outside wondering what to do no. They have a sign displaying their hours but they do not follow them. I have called to Telus to let them know and they say the store is independently own and to take my business to an actual Telus store.

If it is reliability you are looking for then I would advise against this store. Don't waste your time driving there, go to the one in Limeridge or elsewhere.

Would like to say the staff is very knowledgeable,helpful and don't mind spending time with you.

I do however have a major complaint. THE HOURS. For working people the hours don't work. They should be opened either late one night a week or Saturdays.

I will only and exclusively work with this location merivale and medeawlands dr. The staff are friendly extensively trained on top quality product. I use Telus for my corporate phones and personal. If your tierd of being misled or dealing with scam artist cellular sales staff then this is the spot for you. Thank you as always to there General manager KM and all her amazing staff

The employees here are the worst bunch crooks I've come across. They will argue online promotions to save their commission. Go to the st Laurent shopping centre for excellent telus customer service.

The worst customer service I have experienced. When I came in I felt as if I immediately irritated the guy working. He didn't help me with my problem at all and just sent my on my way. Now I am going to another Telus location to see if they can fix what he wasn't willing to do.

bought a phone there - would never buy anything from them again!!!! Would never recommend them to anyone ever!!!!!!!! Tried to return a phone or get a new one the day after I purchased it - did not work - would save numbers - told they would have to send it away and I would be without a phone for 6 to 8 weeks - they didn't stand behind their products - should have tried the phone out in the store and not take their word for it that it worked!!!!!! BAD SERVICE

The associates at this site are very pateint and know how to get the customers through and problems or questions without second guessing what they are doing or talking about. I drive out of my way to go to this site due to good in store service.
