Terrible customer service!!! Financial advisors appear to have little to no knowledge. Will never step foot in this branch again and will proudly take my business elsewhere!!!!

Great Bank BUT

Great bank except they never answer the phone calls,…they depend on voice mail too often. Replying by 6 pm when you call at 10 am is not businesslike ML

Thank you Marika and Oliver (managers for Branch # 1579) for taking prompt action regarding my complaint. Accepting the fault and rectifying it right away is what great customer service is all about. This branch is definitely a role model for other branches. I'm glad be a TD Canada customer.
