very frustrating when you call or look up on line banking hours only to find "hours may fluctuate" should at least post usual hours and then state may fluctuate eg depending holidays etc.

This branch never has enough people working. There is always a wait.

Gotta say that these people are doing a smashing job of looking after customers. I have been banking there for some time and I always enjoy going in for some catch up conversation and easy going banking..very professional and expert service.

Tired of them loosing paper work! Several times I had to resubmit documents and have them signed. Now they tell me the last document will have to replaced by a lawyer, because they can't find the original physical copy. Even though the know it exists.

They close at 3:00 on Sunday not 4!! And I can't get a captcha

Drove all the way there on a Sunday to discover they are NOT open from 9-6 as the hours posted here suggest. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The drive up hours is not update. On Saturdays it is not up to 6pm as stated but only 4pm. What an inconvenience.

I have been dealing with this branch now for a lot of years now, in this time I have always been greeted with a smile and they have always been knowledgeable and professional when answering any questions I have had.

The worst bank Ever. Dont even know the meaning of customer service. You always have to wait even though you have appointment. Dont even know proper English. They should fire all the staff and get new people.

mixed.the bank machines are user friendly and we get free lollipops. green of course. bit unfortunately whenever you want to meet with a per there seems to be a long wait....but they also have at least one French speaking person. hence mixed reviews.

This branch seems much less accommodating then any other I have been to. If you need something other then at the teller make an appointment as they will tell you they are fully booked, (even to open an account which seems ridiculous).

On Friday, I have an appointment with one of the representive at 5:00 pm. We were told to wait and she will see me in a minutes. I was there waiting, and waiting. I thought she was with another client, but I see no one. I just see she going through files after files. Instead of greeting customer who had appointment. She keep us waiting and waiting. I am so mad, that I just work out the door and do business with other bank. Thank a lot TD.

This branch has gone downhill over the last two years - sorry it is such a hassle to change banks ... but I will do it anyway, most like to Scotia Bank.

All of the staff (desk and window cashiers and account specialists) at the Plymouth Meeting branch of TD Bank with whom I have interacted were approachable, friendly polite, and helpful.

I would really appreciate if you would show hour of operation on web site.

The bank has a policy if your account is in the negative not more than $5.00 you will not be charged an overdraft fee. Apparently even though it's a policy, written in black and white, they do whatever they want and will charge the $20 overdraft fee anyway. I forgot about that account and they kept charging $4.99 for online statements! So done with the ridiculous fees, and not following policy.

This is a very poor site, I can not see what hours they are open. Drove there only to find out they closed five minutes prior to.

I've been a customer of TD Bank for almost 10 years and I'm always impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, especially at the W. Boylston Street branch. It's my favorite location and I'll drive out of my way to go there. Thank You to everyone working there!

I have dealt with this bank for some twenty years and all along I have received outstanding costumer service. The staff is efficient and effective and make you feel like you are among friends.

they are a great bank they take care of your issues right away you never have top stand in line and they are open sundays now so they have great hours 8 am to 8 pm

The tellers are the worst I have ever come across. They forget that the customer is the reason they are working at the bank.

I like TD Bank, they are open seven days a week. Friendly and helpful workers make sure that I am a very satisfied customer.

Your web site posts your drive thru hours start at 7:30am......need to fix it......I just wasted a half hour on a snowy morning waiting in your parking lot.

Never return phone calls

We use the TD Bank in Westborough, MA on 800 Union Avenue in Westborough. We have been customers for over a year and have been TD Bak customers for about 20 years. This bank makes you feel comfortable, goes out of their way for you and is great. I have my son and a friend switching over. Not to mention the hours!

Fix your store hours. Went today at 2 supposably closes at 3 and it's was already closed.

All the people that work in this branch are amazing ! They go well beyond their bank duties to help you, and make you feel like part of their family. Never have I walked in there without a big hello from all the employees. They smile all the time. They are very helpful & Happy. I love this TD Branch !!

Great! I'm young (highschool) and have my first checking acount with TD. Never had any problems with the Beaumont TD or any other TD bank for that matter. The people who work there are always friendly with me. Great bank.

You need to change your hours of operations. Needed service tonight @ 7:15pm and you were closed. Says here and always was 8pm for drive up.

I just raced to get to the Mansfield office by 3:00 on this Saturday and the bank closes at 2:00. Also, your site says it closes on Sunday at 4:00, but the door says 3:00. Very aggravating!

Opened both personal and business less than 45 minutes, next day needed a bank letter sent over to a merchant done.

Posted chg to "drive through" hours without drawing customers attn to the change. Website still reflects old hours. Lax management. Teller failed to alert "regular" customers to the chg. Poor customer service.

Why can you not put the hours of operation for each bank with the phone numbers or the bank on the internet.

This is quite possibly the worst bank I have ever been to. The staff are so unpleasant that I have actually switched to a different TD branch. Going a little further to get to the bank is worth it to avoid this pit.

This branch in particular has the nicest and fastest staff you can imagine, and I can never think of any less than a 110% ideal trip to this Bank.

I love TD, BUT, lately they have been taking things away that were really definite positives for me. They HAD an ATM machine that allowed you to buy stamps. I was showing a new supervisor and it was gone. They have GREAT HOURS and they almost ALWAYS ask for photo ID which I think is an added safeguard. They recently added certain charges to the great things that caused me to be a customer.

The customer service at this bank was horrible, after waiting on line for a whole hour. No one tended to us when the coin machine was not working and when I asked again for help I was given attitude. I will not come back to this bank location.

TD Moncton is a full service bank and the staff are most helpful - IF you go into the bank. However, the branch is at the mercy of the head office and in these economic times has seemingly been affected by staff shortages. Calls from out of town clients are seldom answered - they are left to an answering machine that promises a call back. Unfortunately, the call back either never comes or comes so much later the client is no longer available.

This location has been closed for months now due to a water pipe issue for the entire mini strip mall (it's only 4 little shops). I am writing this review on 8/19/13 and it is still closed.

This bank was not open on a Sunday, when the hours are supposedly 11-4

Td bank is suppose to open drive through at 7:30am. Well it is now 7:41 and the woman comes to the window and says " I'll be with you in a few minutes." Its already been 12 minutes. And i think its crazy that if you don't have an account with them they charge $5 to cash a check. Worse bank ever.

Customer service is very bad. Phone calls left over 48 hours and some times never received a call back. Customer service (Tellers) are not friendly. They think they own the bank!

the way banking should be! when you walk in its like Cheers where everybody knows your name. Total convenience! What other bank can you leave your office late, deposit A check via the drive thru before 8 p.m, and the check Still clears by the next morning!

I cant stand the service they provide, they are really slow and they don't ever try to help you if you need assistance with your banking they give you a lot of attitude and take their sweet time!!

put an hold on my money for no reason, try to pay my taxi fare and my card declined, when i just deposited $1000.00, i was late for work, embarrassed, and was stranded with no money to pay the driver, i suffer from anxiety, I HAD AN ATTACK, i was force to borrow money from an friend and had to make three different trips. I ALREADY CALLED AN LAWYER

This branch in which every BANK should take a page out of their book. TD Bank on Wilson at Keele intersection is quick, efficient, friendly and very personable. I enjoy every visit with each and every staff member.

We've banked here since this branch opened, originally for the expanded hours. We had an especially trying situation diffused and expertly handled (as always) by the courteous and professional Tilly Puyran Daygoo. Some people are too stiff and too proffessional and you are aware they are following a script. Ms. Puran-Daygoo is effecient yet warm, and makes having to go to the branch a welcomed experience. This is rare today.

Exemplary staff and management: customer oriented, product knowledgeable, positive, cheerful presenters, always available for addressing any concerns, impressive customer recognition ... a role model for any business.

I called in to get some information about a financial advisor and a girl by the name of Reema answered , I asked her how she was doing and she replied hello so I figured she didn't hear me so I asked how are you doing today and she said what can I do for you in a rude manner .

Recently I found myself in need of some services that and ad vice that really didn't pertain to my TD account but the staff at the bank faxed and copied for me with great smiles, warmth and true concern. I just love the girls at TD Bank in Winchester.

I don't typically use TD Bank as my bank but I do go in to use certain aspects of their facility and the staff are always courteous and welcoming as if I am one of their own. Such a change of pace from many of the Downcity Providence establishments, where most businesses assume everyone is "up to no good" - to be stated politely. Every bank should also adopt the idea of no bank lines (pun intended); despite the fact that there are no designated lines to designated tellers, there is never any chaos to determine who gets waited on next. I always look forward to going there because even if it's busy, I know I won't wait three (exaggerated) hours for a teller to stop goofing off or taking their time. Cheers!

had to wait 10 minutes for receptionist to finish a personal phone call. While I waited I was treated to a description of the poor quality and terrible working conditions and the fact that she was going to find another job right away. Oh and nobody was available to help me.

this bank has poor customer service starting with the branch manger. problems do not get taken care of and service is slow.

Nice, friendly staff but never enough tellers working. The Glassboro branch is ALWAYS busy and they schedule 1 or 2 tellers to handle the customers. You'll wait unnecessarily for long periods of time simply because of only one teller working

I love the team here. They always help me access my cash before my checks clear. They know I come every other week with my work check and they recognize that fact, rather than being unreasonable and making me wait for my work check to clear.

very poor customer service at this branch. Waited and waited for help. Came back 3 times. No branch manager on site. Beautiful, new structure but poorly managed. One teller. No protective glass partition for tellers. Very vulnerable for a bank robbery, Florida has the highest incident of bank robberies in the counrtry., Tried to get in touch with regional manager with no luck. Stay away from this branch, Also, employees park their cars near front door so customers have to use the auxilliary parking lot. Not at all customer friendly'
