Took 20 minutes to get our food. Terrible experience. Taco Bell would have been a better choice. There was no manager, the employees didn't have gloves, and one worker was on her cell phone.
Never eating here again!! I got food poisoning!! I had nothing all day and decided to have 1 taco and a small potatoe olea and got food poising!
Just a note to let you know about the wonderful people that work at the South Park Mall store. We have been going there for years and have always enjoyed the food and service.
I went to this location on my lunch hour on 3/27/13, Not only did it take 45 minutes in the drive thru, but when I received my food it was a pile of mush!!! the hard shells I ordered were busted into a thousand pieces. The soft shells were wadded up in a ball and horrible. There was no cheese on any of the tacos, ridiculous. The person who was apparently at the window stated they were very short of help, well that's fine, but when i wait that long at a drive through I do not expect my food to be destroyed. Will not be using this location again.
I am constantly having to tell them what the daily specials are .I do not know if you employing are trying to scam us or the company I used to love coming there everyday now since they have change over the place is terrible . just service is slow the garbage is always overflowing and littering outside . I hope the 1 on South Alpine will open soon and have a lot better service then North Main
