it seems like every time i have gone up to get food, my order gets messed up. it feustrates me because its every time. im sick.of it.

I always hope that they fix the problem and since it is close by I go. Unfortunately, the orders are wrong more often than they are right. The employee and manager this time showed how much they care - zero.

Everytime I visit this location I receive great and accurate service. I drive from another side of town for that. No complaints from this satisfied customer!

Worst taco bell ive ever been to staff is rude!! Manager is horrible i went there wit my husband drive through and this "woman" i guess manager decides that its ok to tell us that we offended her employee?? The last time we were there ummm i dont know how they would not say i dont know if they confused us but if this is the way you talk to your customers than you shouldnt b a manager we are not kids for you to talk to us in that way!! This is a complaint not only for thomasvilles taco bell. You have ruined the meals by adding rice to taco salads not mention burritos. I know yall will leave it off but you wont add extra lettuce andeat and beans like yall use too. Ive dicided not to eat anymore at taco bell. Yall have literally ruined your food. Its not only me. I drove by today and it is closed. The sign is down and there widows are covered from inside. Nobody answers the phone and the corporate office doesn't know anything.

I went in today 08/7/13 at 2:00pm. I ordered the combo taco pizza. Requesting no tomato. I also ordered 3 supreme crunchy tacos to go. When I got home 7minutes later. Its was a big disappointment with my orders. the pizza have tomatoes. All my crunchy tacos was stale and soggy. The reasons I ordered it for to go was the place was so filthy..

The worst taco bell service i have ever had. was there at 2:10am on sat. I ordered 3 reg. tacos. The told me they were about to close and could not open or cook anymore meat. When i pulled up to the window the Mgr. gave me the finger. I have been there on other times and they were closed before 2am. And if you look next door McDonald's has a line out to the road. Now that's good business. You can believe i will tell everyone i know not to go to this taco bell.

I would not recommend this specific Taco Bell to anyone. The food is fair, depending who's working, service is slow, most of the employees seem mute or distracted, and the inside of this place is not that clean. The menu is out of date and unorganized, yet it's apparently the customer's fault when they can't find an item or have a question about it. The only thing that seems to be working for this location is the survey, which makes sure they can receive a low rating. I was told by one employee to take another survey so she "could make more money," which, I'm sorry, I find completely unprofessional. If you want me to put in a good word for you, treat your customers with respect and don't beg. If you need more money, find another job. The annoyances of this place alone are enough to keep me away. Time to find somewhere new to eat.

Wow this restaurant,they have the best selction never seen so much different variety of food in the same food category and the cooks keep it comin hot and fresh and on top of the cooks being on there games the cashiers were as well always respectful 5 stars all the way I wouldn't mind going back here and I also almost forgot to mention its all at a low price very affordable they have happy hour everyday 2-5pm daily cant get no better then that

I made a stop for food on Sunday July 14th, 2013. Taco Bell prides itself in being veggie and vegan friendly but not here! I have a brain tumor and cannot eat any type of animal product due to not being able to digest it. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos with no cheese no beef substitute rice. This is the first Taco Bell that had refused to substitute! I was given the option of having a taco shell with Lettuce or paying .60 extra for rice! I opted out and just purchased food for my son! This Taco Bell clearly discriminates against health conditions and or food allergies! I would highly suggest finding another Bell to eat at or Del Taco accross the street! There is also McDonalds and Arby's a minute away!!!

From the start I have had horrible service from this store. I have given them chance and chance again to be adequate...but each time they fail... 4 visits have taken more than 15 minutes each at the drive through. I have seen workers loitering inside in the empty lobby while I wait and there has never been more than 1 car ahead of me at the drive through.

Today the store manager cussed at me and tried to make up for unacceptable behavior by giving me cinnamon twists... which I don't eat! I was astounded when. She said she was the manager with behavior like that. I waited at the drive through and she refused to give me the regional manager's name and number... continued cussing at me and then called the police on me !! This store is a complete nightmare! I have never been treated so poorly. That store manager needs to be fired immediately!

I would rather drive an extra 15 min. to the next closest taco bell than to step foot at this place again. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what the deal is, but the drive through service is HORENDOUS!! Consider yourself lucky if you get through in a reasonable time. Expect to wait about 10-15 minutes. I sat and sat and sat today, infact I do believe the car infront of me shut his off as he too waited. Once he got through I pulled up to the speaker and she told me she would be with me when she could. That was enough for me, I just pulled out and left! If you have the patience to wait, you may or may not get the right order. Your food may or may not be leaking through its wrapper and you may get enough sauces to use for 10 tacos, they sometimes just toss in a whole 2 handfuls of sauce you don't even use. Is this short staffed or just lack of motivation. I don't know, but someone who works here feel free to answer.

July 4 waiting to go fireworks with my kids and all Ir here while I am eating is the employees complaining about working on the holidays I feel that they have been complaining for the halfanhour I here and I am leaving and the two yhat are off Ir hope are still complaining about the management this is such a negative place that the whole crew needs to be replaced .Customers do not want to see this poor act !

I have seen management cuss and throw items at employees. I have seen one person working while others are sitting or standing watching. Its not good business.

The food here is fine. I love Taco Bell food, but one in three visits I get my order filled incorrectly. I don't mind waiting when they are busy, but having to go back inside to correct my order that often is a real inconvenience!!!

Nice, new, very clean, extremely upscale looking place with lots of greenery; normal Taco Bell food (I like it, but not all the time), but in a great setting right near a beautiful lake.

My son ordered two beef taco salads for us today, when we got them at work we were both very shocked. Used to be that the shell was almost filled to the top. Today the shells were each filled one quarter with lots of empty shell. Over $5 is not cheap and to get so little for our money was not right. That is uncalled for.

I just went to Taco Bell off of the rock road, all the signs and lights were on but there were no employees around . I even called the store and it rang forever button answer. I thought this store was better than the one on Lindbergh but I guess they are all the same. I love Taco Bell and it would be a shame to never eat it again.

I just left Taco Bell in middletown 2 mins ago and I felt like I had to write a review. I never write reviews but this one had to be done. The staff working this Friday 6/14/13 is fantastic. They are a happy bunch. They joke around and have a light hearted sense of humor. They did not rush us when ordering and smiled as we pulled up to pay. Just wanted to say this staff put a smile on our face. Something you don't ever get anymore. Our order is missing something so I don't want to drive back through the long line but the customer service was exceptional.

Cashier was very friendly and nice but the tacos sold to us were not surpreme like we had ordered. They were also cold and soggy like they were sitting for hours under a heat lamp. The wrapper was stuck to the tacos and blended in with the shell so the wrapper was accidently eaten on one of the tacos. Heath department needs to visit this location asap

Been eating there for 8 years. No more> Done with these jerks. Place is always filthy when I go inside. Kids have no business in there working. Management sucks there and they have screwed up my orders for the last time. Now they even have a sign posted in the drive thru about all credits have to be redeemed 24 hours from the time the food was purchased and the food and receipt must be turned in at that time. You wont see a dime from me anymore. Do yourself a favor and close!

I went there in January and I got the wrong order, but let it slide. Today I went there and got a Taco 12 Pack with half Cool Ranch and half Nacho Cheese Locos Tacos. Just regular, not supreme. The 6 Nacho Cheese were right but the Cool Ranch were regular hard shell tacos. I tried to call the number listed but their phone line is deactivated and won't accept calls. Extremely upset. Both times I've been there they've messed up and it's not acceptable. Don't go there. Very poor quality.

I was into the Taco Bell on Hauck Road just a few days ago. The Customer Service was great! The employees are also very helpful!

So. Go to the drive thru tonight. Steak soft tacos advertised on board for $1.49. Get to the window, Im charged $1.99. When I told the punk at the window the error he replied "I'm not responsible for changing the prices. So ... you just don't want them?" I say, "Oh yea .. I want them and I want them for $1.49! I'm the customer. I'm not responsible to change it!" Finally, a lady comes to the window and says she's just going to charge me for a taco supreme.

Good service, they never mess up my order unlike a lot of other taco bells. They talk to their customers and ask how we are doing while we are waiting on food, they are all very nice, hard workers. I appreciate all the good service, I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone who is in the Delavan area, you will not regret going there!

I have visited countless Taco Bells but this one stands out to me as the best. The employees are kind and always welcome me with a smile. I love to eat inside the restaurant because unlike many fast food eateries, this Taco Bell tends to be spotless! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes a good meal with a side dish of courtesy.

we visited this place in January this year in the evening. The asst manager was really poorly trained and lacked interest in his job. The place was pretty dirty and there was no sauce available. We wont go back

this location looks fifthly and runned down. it has horrible service. you do not get greeted when you come in, and have to shout in the back for someone to assist you. i have been to this location for years on and off hoping it changes and yet im still let down. no use talking to the manager because they are useless. This taco bell has finally gotten better!!! Its not like the past.Recently they hired some new empolyees but the best time to go is when this new male empolyee I think his name is Richard something like that but its always clean and the back looks clean! I went to Taco on 76th street and ordered a big order of cool ranch taco supremes. Instead I received lazy service because the workers didn't make taco supremes they gave me regular cool ranch tacos. I'm out of the money I paid. This is why I hardly do fast food restaurants.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, even for a fast food place. The girl who took my order, Elexia Hairston, was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Just because she clearly hates herself and her job, don't take it out on customers. I don't know if this girl is on drugs, has emotional or mental issues or what, but I have a hard time believing anyone gave her a job, even at Taco Bell. Why work at a fast food place if you clearly hate serving customers?

One of the worst place to eat food in Stamford. Staff is inexperienced and they always give you incorrect order if you order food using driveway. Charge incorrect amount and after charging the incorrect amount they will offer you cash instead of returning on your credit card.

Well, as much as I don't like doing this sort of thing I couldn't just brush off the fact that this is the second time in as many months that I have had food from this Toco bell and each time it didn't agree with my stomach. Even as I write this I am in pain from serve stomach ache. I don't have good things to say about this store right now. I think it is time for some serious product quality check at this particular store location. Have to give this one 1 star

I usually do not write too many reviews, but I have just about had it with this Taco Bell location. We go to this one quite often because it is not far from our house. Now, we don't always get bad service, sometimes it awesome, but mostly it's terrible! When we went last night we were going to dine in, we were looking over the menu and as I went to order the girl informed us that they were out of beef, now why she didn't tell us that before we ordered is beyond me! She was very nice about it, but who ever was working in the back was very rude. The girl up front apologized and told us it would be like 10-15 mins for meat, then the person yelled from the back that it would be more like 25 mins, so we decided that we would go somewhere else. We thanked the girl up front and she apologized again, but then the same rude person yelled from the back "bye" in a not so nice manner! It really pissed me off to say the least, like it was our fault they ran out of beef!

This place sucks. My mom and I had lunch there yesterday and we both suffered food poisoning. I will not recommend any of my friends or acquaintances to eat here.

Everytime I go to this Taco Bell I am disappointed. Either my food is cold, not fresh or very poor quality. The reason I decided to never go back again is on this occasions I do not get everything I order.Then when I spent 10 minutes waiting to talk to the cashier again they accused me of eating it already and would not make me one without purchasing it. By now the rest of my food is cold. What a waste of time and money. Take the extra time and make the trip to Zion, Il Taco Bell. I have never had a problem with that store.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time and with all the press decided to go. The food was great. I was new at ordering and asked if the new item was done as a burito...no it was not...and then when I picked up the food I failed to ask for the sauces and then after I got my bag and asked for sauce...more silence, but she did throwm them in the bag when I asked what the Verdue was. Tell the sever with the attitude on Wednesday, 3/27/13 I was real sorry for not being quicker and for bothering her with question. She may need a break. Next time I will be less of a P.I.T.A. She was enoughof a negative experience to rate with a 4 instead of a five...but if it continues I will go our of my way not to bother this obviously overworked server again.

I used 2 visit this Taco Bell 2 or 3 times a week. I won't go anymore. The food has changed for the worst. Everything was fresh.Now the meat taste like it's been reheated too many times or is old. Lettuce is old or frozen. It's not good quality food anymore. They are cutting to many corners. The manager is rude and she will throw anything in the bag even if it's broken. Broken taco shells crushed Biscuits it doesn't matter. The help isn't the same either. Only 1 good employee left, all new hires I guess, but even that 1 excellent employee can't make me throw my $ away there anymore.

They are always upbeat and pleasant, they have a commitment that is unusual in fast food today. My order is never incorrect and they have double checked with me at the window incase of any confusion. The number one thing is that their food is always very hot which tells me im not going to get sick, other locations foods come out very cool in comparison. Thank You.

EVERY single time I request extra beef/cheese on ANYTHING they don't put it on there. I have complained to this Taco Bell NUMEROUS times and STILL nothing is done! I order tonight and I was charged for extra sour cream, beef, and cheese, did I get them NO! I try calling the store and can't get through because the fax machine is on do no one can get through! Mywife and son went to this location and was reviewing the menu...the were asked three times if they could be helped...my wife told the girl twice to give them a minute. when she went to finally place the order....the order taker shouted rudely at them....you will have to repeat your order i didt hear a thing you said.....my wife then repeated the order.....the drive through attendant then repeated it back....WRONG. my said forget it and left but as she was pulling through the drive through.....he order taker leaned out the window and spat on my truck.....We ar Fumeing mad.......

I hardly ever go to this taco bell because I have had some bad experiences in the past. But this night I was out late with my family and decided to give them a try regardless of the past. Unfortunately, the food was cold,but, service was somewhat speedy.So I decided to call the store and ask for the manager even though he apoligized for the bad food he said there was nothing he could do for me if I could not bring the food back tonite. I work in fastfood and in no way would our managers tell a disatisfied customer something like that no matter how bad our sales may be. I am very disappointed and more than likely I probably would not have went back for a replacement but it was just the principle.

No receipt... can't complain to corporate without a corporate ID (which is on the receipt)... when you call, the Manager On Duty is not "authortized" to give you that information... Bueno & Rosa's are both less then 1/2 mile away-and neither would treat you this poorly... be smart, and move along!

Our helpful & patient order-taker, Sara, helped with menu choices (limited by tomato allergies) while taking drive-thru orders, too. Later, looking for a "sweet treat" I asked abt cinnamon twists & Patti offered me a bag to try on her. I was personally & very warmly greeted by all 4 girls working; The experience was one of the most pleasant "fast-food" dining experiences I have ever had. Patti, you and your crew are "one heckuva" team. Thanks for the fun, we will be back soon!

We came in during the crazy lunch time when loads of high schoolers are eating. We are from out of town and didn't know it'd be so nutty. But the helper-girl (handicapped) who wipes tables, empties the garbage and clears up any messes was really good to us. She opened the door as we entered and welcomed us. Later, she asked to take our trays so we would have more room on our table (we have 5 people in a 4 person space.) The high schoolers were being crazy, but she worked around them like a professional. We were all so impressed with her work ethics and told her how amazing she is! She said she has worked for Taco bell for like 20 years! That's impressive. You guys need to be praised for hiring and keeping such a loyal employee in times when cute, young girls are all the rage. Nice work Taco Bell!

I usually go between 2 and 3am. The food comes out fast, correct, and warm. The workers are also always very nice and smiling.
