I've been waiting in tacos bell drive thru for 15mins.. this is rediculious.. taco bell needs to stop firing everyone if they know their this slow at night. Terrible service.

The wrist taco bell I have ever been to. I have to wait in line each time I go for at least 20-30 mins because once your in line your stuck. My Oder has been wrong 80% of the time and they never read back my order. I will never go to this location again. Awful customer service as well.

was at this location Tuesday March 10th at 7 pm, was in the drive thru for 20 minutes..and I was the 4th car from the window.. when I finally reached the window they were all on their cell phones.. my 2 tacos were cold as ice and broken in 6 pieces... unbelievable..

They are always out of stuff in the last Month they been out of chili 4 times anytime you try to place an order there like we are out of this or that will never go there again and we go there a lot sometimes for breakfast and dinner but they have finely lost me as a custermer !!!!!!

I LOVE eating here! I might have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. I Understand that they cant do everything all at once. I don't mind waiting. And I know things happen, but I'm willing to wait for my food. I like the people who are there. They're fantastic!!!

After waiting a long time for my food, I had to take a seat inches from another patron. The place has a strange arrangement for seating. My food was stingy, especially the rice. Barely an ounce, for which I paid 1.49 Not worth the moeny, not worth my time. I will not be back

How about you put sauce on the menu so I know to order it. They don't ask and you don't get any salsa.

If you like Taco Bell you'll love this place. It's as good as a Taco Bell gets.

Although the customer service was good the food was foul. I spent nearly $20 on my order tonight which $3.00 paid for a 7 Layer Buritto. Pregnant and on the run I was prepared to start eating in my car. To my dismay the burrito was cold! The lettuce tasted like a refrigerator. My son ( who I call my human garbage disposal) also took a bite and spit it out ! It was disgusting! I will never go to this Taco Bell again

New Breakfast food is a good change from the norm and once your order is taken the service is fairly fast. The problem is having someone take your order. I have stopped by there on several occasions at the 6:00am opening time or shortly after with no one taking my order. On one occasion I showed up at 6:10am and was told it would be another 5 min. on 10/10/2014 I went thru the drive thru about 8:30 and waited without anyone taking my order. So, I went into the restaurant (was only customer)and waited for a few minutes and no one came to the register to take my order. Hard to have a breakfast business when McDonald's next door is open and serving.

went for the happy hour ( $1 items ) . ordered 4 beef wraps , two potato and two chilli wraps + 2 churros . Never got the churros . Tried calling , always busy

As much as I like taco bell, the one in Tillsonburg, Ontario is one to avoid. The food is carelessly tossed together, its usually served cold, the restaurant eating area always seems to be in need of a cleaning and the employees are unattentive and, as a result, alot of orders wind up wrong. Other locations I've been to have cleaner eating areas, more attentive and organized workers, and better looking and tasting food.

After a long day of driving to West Virginia, enjoying a WVU football game and then driving 35 minutes to Fairmont I was hungry, so stopped at the Taco Bell. It was the first time I'd ever seen a drive-through window with traffic backed onto the access road. Taco Bell makes things as they're ordered as opposed to making things up and sitting them under a heat lamp, but they usually can make things up quickly. We waited at least 20 minutes only to be told that they forgot about the football game and ran out of beef. We weren't told that when we placed the order. They waited until we finally got to the window and said "Oops". Pathetic. There are plenty of other places in the Morgantown/Fairmont area.

If u love Taco Bell you'll definately love this one. Very easy to park, new and a great area and environment. They even gave me an extra Doritos taco once (Probably a mistake).

On my way into work on a Sunday. The sign says they open at 8:00 a.m.. No one was in the store. I guess they make up whatever hours they feel like. Today 08-14-2014 on my way into work the drive thru open sign was on. I pulled up to speaker some guy asked for my order. I pulled up to window, sat for ten minutes. Two girls open the window and tell me they don't open till 7:00 a.m.. I told them someone took my order. They argued with me about it. They realized it was some recording. I'm never going back!

This location no longer exists. I don't know for sure, but maybe it was because of people getting sick with food poisoning. I know I did shortly before it was emptied out and closed down.

Ok, I ordered 2 # 8's which was one set of beef crip tacos, one chicken crisp tacos. What I got was 3 chicken, and 3 of something squishy and goopy... it all was so mushy, when I got home I threw it out. Very sad and hungry in Shoreline.

This taco bell is the cleanest friendliest and the most caring taco bell I've ever ate at. I love going there mostly st the late nights because of the main 2 night shift managers im pretty sure their names r shawanee and wilma. They r the nicest most caring managers I've ever met. I would give this taco bell a 10 and I will continue to eat there especially if these 2 r there. Guys stop in and see for yourself.

I just ordered six tacos. They refused to take my order over the phone. I drove to the Taco Bell & ordered them from the window. They were all in different types of wrappings. Guess they were running short on some of them. Half of them didn't even have meat in them. They were cold. This was at 11:30 (lunchtime). Someone needs to come manage this place. I love the food at Taco Bell .today was not one of those days I ordered 2 beef chalupa supremes and the tortilla was tough and hard to chew I think they were left out or just old.suffice to say me or my daughter did not eat them.i did not go back as I live in San Juan Bautista and went thru drivethru.i know the Laabs would not appreciate this quality of food being served .

First, the staff is FANTASTIC! They work hard and fast, and are very friendly and professional...so no problems there. My primary complaint is that they completely water down the refried beans at night; you have to seal the bottom of your burrito with rubber cement to keep the contents from dripping out!!! I don't expect upscale quality; I know its Mex-fast food. But it has hit a new, unacceptable low. :(

Substandard palce by any means. I was accused od stealing the soda from soad disspenser. I am old giy and diabetic. Can even dring anythng with sugar. Hard to understand the employees because no1 seems to speak any type of English or something to it. I would rate this place bellow any stars but website doesn't allow me. My daughter had told the girl on drive thru that she can play twinkle little star and the girl that had pink nails responded to her very appropriately and she took my order very well and when she handed the food to my husband she clearly repeated the order over again I enjoy coming to this taco bell because all the employees are great

Store not clean

If Taco Bell is serious about doing breakfast, to compete with McDonalds they need to be open EARLY, 9 am is NOT early, and it's really too bad. This store is very good with their service and food otherwise, but as far as breakfast hours are concerned, they just don't get it. ~ If I am mistaken here, then they need to update their site.

They have great food(for a taco bell) and service. Coming here for lunch or after a game you can spend 6-7 dollars and you get your filling.

I had a bad experience at this particular Taco Bell months ago, but since then the service has been outstanding. I asked the manager what changed and turns out he replaced the entire staff.

This Taco Bell is clean and the General Manager is very polite and courteous. He always makes sure our food is hot and correct. I have eaten at alot of Taco Bells and I would and do highly recommend this one. I go there at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Went to your restaurant on 1-30-14 at 12:15 (lunch time) and your place of business was as empty as our taco and burrito shells. Put two and two together.

The man taking my order today 1.22.14 at about 520 was very rude to me and made me upset. After giving him our order he went in back to make the food and I could see he didn't even use gloves after it was finished he took our tray around the long way in back then brought it to the counter I decided to just take it home so when I got home I noticed in the 2nd taco I opened their was a huge wad of spit.. Sometimes when you eat here the food is stale and gross, but lastnight it was awesome!idk if they hired someone new or what but it was way better than it has been in a while. So for this recent awesomeness i give it a 3!

Went to Cassopolis Elkhart store at 7:30 tonight. Went inside and no one was at the counter. No one acknowledged my presence. Stood there for 7 or 8 minutes. No one said anything to me. I did get a couple of glares from some of the workers. I simply left and went to another restaurant. Will not go back to this Taco Bell. I work in retail sales. You need to send these people back to training class. They are clueless. While I was standing there I noticed workers throwing trash on the floor. Not impressed.

the food wasn't like the big bountiful photo's all over the restaurant, taco's lacked meat, mostly salad, smaller then the advertised size, leads one to believe you are getting a deal.

The service at the window was terrible! It was only 9:30 pm. I asked the man a question aboit a burrito and he was highly irritated with me, he said under his breath ,"OMG!" I heard it, and decided not to even order anything at all. He was really rude!

#1 did not get a receipt. #2 messed up my order- asked for Burrito Supreme without sour cream (allergies). I got it, but when opened it- it had sour cream in it. #3 was not asked if I wanted Taco Sauce, during the order or pickup.. As being thru the drive thru often some is put into bag. #4 the meat seemed bland, I really could not taste your famous flavor. Thank you.

Last night on the way home (Saturday night) a friend and I decided to stop in for some late night food, where we waited in a line of ten cars for 15 minutes before the workers just decided they were going to close and told everyone in line that they were now "closed" and they had "another location on Manchester" and as we drove away 3-4 workers were just standing around inside 'finished for the night'. It was annoying and rude (though at this particular location rudeness from the workers should be expected) and I will never visit this location again.

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to, The people in the drive through are very sweet and my food has never been messed up. The staff and managers are very nice. I will always take a drive just for this taco bell.

I love the drive thru! Every time I go to Taco Bell I see this sweet young red headed girl who always checks my order before sending it out the window. If something is missing she tells her fellow staff members and they have it out with no problem. She always confirms which sauces I asked for and makes sure I have enough for my food in my bag. She never forgets straws and keeps a smile on her face no matter what! I love the Taco Bell in Bellevue !!!

This Taco Bell is the best. Everytime I go the employees are always so nice. The inside of the store is clean. This my favorite place to eat. Thanks for being awsome!!!

Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 8:30pm-Drive thru attendant was rude and could not articulate her words. I asked for a minute to decide on what to order and when I placed my order for a Crunch Wrap Supreme Box, the attendant replied, "So you wanna' Box or the Crunch Wrap Box?" I replied, "May I please have the box meal," and she retorted, "That's what I axed you." with full blown attitude. I drove through and went to Sonics down the road. It is apparent someone missed the Customer Service class!!!!!!

The workers are very polite and quick to get your order ready! It's the best service around here bc of the workers!!!

At this location is not $5 bucks! Is 5.99. Liars! Great food, nice location, false advertisement.

I visited this establishment on October 1, 2013. Not only was the establishment dirty, but the employees were too busy moving equipment to serve customers. The ceiling tiles are falling in, plastic wrap had been placed over the areas where some had already fallen out, the restaurant appeared to be very filthy. We were constantly assaulted by flies from the time we walked in until the time we left. Nobody called our number to pick up our food, another customer had to tell us it was on the counter and had been for 5 minutes. Our order was wrong and when I confronted the employees, no manager stepped forward to handle the issues. The employees just stood there, saying nothing.

I have been to Taco Bell a couple times in the past two months and every time I order they mess something up. I ordered a STEAK quesadilla only to find out THERE WAS NO STEAK just cheese and sauce and its happened multiple times. Every time I've been there it takes a long time and the food is cold, stale, or is missing ingredients. I recommend going somewhere else because this Taco Bell is awful.

As someone who lives close by, the convenience factor had become the ONLY factor for going to this location. This is hands down the nastiest taco bell I have ever been in. The floors were slippery with grease, the counter was covered with spilled tea that had been left to dry, the whole place had a smell. I was worried if we should even eat there or not but my husband wanted it so we did and immediately regretted it. The food tasted and smelled of old, nasty grease. It was disgusting!! I couldnt eat it. I got some cinnamon twist in hopes of getting the nasty grease taste out of my mouth only to find that they were even worse than the food!! My husband vomited several times after we left. I will never go to that taco bell again. I will tell others not to go there. I have posted this on facebook and twitter as well. No one should eat from there. This taco bell is going to make someone really sick.

I was at the drive thru today at 12:10pm with only 4 vehicles in front of me.By the time i reached the service window it was now 12:35 and my order was still not ready.Told them to keep it as i told them by the time i get back to work i would need to put my lunch in the fridge and go back to work without lunch.I will never go back to Taco bell or KFC in Leduc again.No we are so sorry or anything.

My recent visits have been unsatisfactory. My orders have been either minorly or completely wrong. I've spoken with the manager but nothing has changed.

I waited at the counter for service as the acting manager was at the drive through texting instead of helping me he yelled back for someone to come to the counter the person in the back said I'm not working the front counter the acting manager still texting on his phone yelled for someone else and I still got no service I walked out this is unacceptable and for the manager to act the way he did was highly unprofessional. I will never visit this store again and will tell everyone I know to never visit it either. This all happened around 5:30 so disgusted with the treatment I received.

It may have took a little longer than usual but they have people that take the time to make sure your orders right and they don't rush you out the talk to you and let you know it'll be a few.min and once u get the food its fresh and not just thrown together!!! I will NEVER go to this location again. My husband, our 2 girls & I were there on Sunday & the food was disgusting & the service was even worse. The employees continuously spoke in their own language & were ignorant. They screwed up orders & never apologized for their mistake. Their napkin dispenser were empty, we asked for some & never got anything, not even a reply. The order our girls & myself got should have come in a box, but instead the front worker threw all the orders in a big bag all together. When we asked her for 3 boxes, that were supposed to come with it, we were told that they didn't come with boxes & that they didn't have any. My opinion is that if you are working & there are customers in the store, speak ENGLISH. It's rude to talk in another language when you have customers. I will go to McDonalds up the street from now on, they have better food & their staff is A LOT BETTER. I have NEVER been so offended as I was that evening.

This place is crap, the service is horrible, the food is made like monkeys run the kitchen, and the orders are only right about 1/3 at best. I've never seen such a lack of customer friendliness, these people are too busy talking amongst themselves that they don't even pay attention to the customers, these people don't act like workers they act like children. Just stay away for your own sake.

I went to Taco Bell/KFC this evening around 11 pm and over half of the employees were sitting out side smoking cigarettes with their friends. When I got to the drive up window the man on the other end was messing around and making funny voices coming to find out that he was also sitting outside, and I had to repeat my order at least 3-4 times to him. There was not one employee there that was not messing around. The food was cold and tasted old. I love going to this restaurant but that was terrible.

This location has all my previous visits to others beat by a landslide. Everyone is so cheerful and pleasant to talk to. Will definitely go back.
