Food was okay. Service wasn't. Poor management

Went for a Sunday lunch. Food was delicious and warm. The staff was also friendly and courteous.

I got chicken to go. Take out service was really quick and the food was excellent. Will definitely do that again.

Horrible experience. Bad food, bad service, very very dirty and the management is very poor. Do not waste your time or money with this place! I will never return to this place. (It says one star but it forces you to a least leave a 1 star it was a total O)

This place is horrible. I could better service at macdonalds drive through at least macdonalds food isn't cold. I was so happy too see swiss chalet back in regina it took almost two hours to get my food and it was cold stale and soggy. I will never come back. I'd rather buy a hotdog from 711 where it would be warm and more fresh then here at swiss chalet in regina.

this place is garbage. its nothing like it used to be. learn how to run a business.

For a place that's super busy it's really sending out good food even if it's a little cold I'll be going back

Finally got Swiss Chalet back in Regina. I went to their new location and had the 1/2 chicken dinner. The meal came promptly, piping hot. The chicken was delicious , just like I remember. Glad Swiss Chalet is back in Regina.

Terrible service I waited for an hour and twenty five minutes before I even ordered and it took almost another hour to get the good

I just had one of the most awe full experiences any person can wish for. I and my family walked in and were ignored at the door. Another couple walked in behind us and were waited on imidiatly and had to walk around us to get in. My dad would tell stories of the old days when he would go to stores and wouldn't get served. Sad my kids had to see that.
