Terrible service

Worst jewlery store I've ever been into, no one greets you when you walk in, always rude on the phone like they don't need your service. I will never shop here again or recommend to anyone.

Poor - they could not understand me

I called this location and asked if they carry Swarovski crystal charms. I had to repeat myself several times & the man I spoke with could not understand me. I asked if they were a jewelry store - he still could not understand me. He handed the phone to a woman who confirmed they are a jewelry store and do not carry Swarovski. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Customer Service

The customer service at this location was outstanding. I went to purchase a ring from downtown Toronto where I was told this ring was available in the US and only online according to their records however at the Square One location they were in stock and ordered my size from a Calgary location.

Swarovski Service

I went in to get my necklace repaired and none of the lady's could find the time to assist me pretending they were busy with cleaning and staring at cabinets. After a few moments the manager who I was speaking too made me wait so long because she apparently had a important phone call that was worth more of her time and didn't return to check up at all. Suddenly, A Gentleman saw I was waiting for quite some time. He apologized for the wait and continued to help me with my repair, I was completely honest with him I explained that I hardly wore this necklace and in less than 2 months several crystals fell out. He told me he would make an exception to replace it for me. He was very helpful and walked me through how to polish and clean my necklace after I wear it with the handy gloves to avoid future problems. I can tell he saved me from a lot of conflict and because of his great customer service I will definitely return as a shopper to this particular company knowing there is someone helpful at that location.

Horrible customer service

I came to this store Tuesday night and was shocked at how two employees could just stand behind a counter chatting and ignore a customer the way they did. I was there around 830 and they both were very snooty with me when I had to ask for help. Do you not close at 9? I ended up purchasing a necklace, one rang me through and the other packaged it up, not once did they say thank you to me. Just handed the bag to me and went back to their conversation. They both made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. I think I may just return the necklace and go elsewhere where I am appreciated as a customer, not treated like I'm intruding on a coffee date.

Biased service

I have been in this store several times wanting to buy earrings. They continually service people of Caucasian descent and continually ignored me on many different occasions. I basically had to beg to buy the earrings. I would recommend this store to start treating visible minorities like paying customers instead of thieves.
