I have been banking at SunTrust since moving here and I still find the bank to be approachable, easy to deal with and always willing to help.

Thanks for closing right on time. Doors locked at 4:59pm. I would never close early on my customers!

It's alway nice to have a close member of the family know all there is to know about banking and investments ...in my case..it's my family at Sun Trust on Memorial Hwy. in Tampa Bay, Florida. That's all I need to know ..about safe banking and.... people who care about me.

I have had an account with SunTrust Bank at three different cities in North Carolina. I also had three mortgages. There could never be a better bank to do business with in whatever product one chooses. I have moved to Massachusetts and unfortunately SunTrust does not serve this part of the country. Sadly I will be closing my current account in Roxboro, NC. Thank you SunTrust for having me as a customer and I do feel sad to have to leave you.

This branch inside safeway has been a tremendous help for my husband and I. The moment I walked in I was treated like I was apart of their family. The manager was so genuine in making sure I was informed and my issue was resolved quickly. The thing that really got my attention, was that he informed me about the joint accounts with my husband and how he truly valued the relationship we had with Suntrust bank. He even recognized that we had been banking with them for so many years, so he gave us a huge intrest rate increase on the spot. No conditions, penalties, or hoops to jump through. I really thank you Quince Orchard Suntrust, you may have made a customer for life!!!

Impossible to reach by phone during normal banking hours.

Every time I go to this bank my experience is great the branch manger santo is always willing to help if your looking for great customer service and a safe place for your money this is the place.

I remember when this branch moved from McIntosh to Katie Lane, while I miss Mo, and Betty, there are loads of other very friendly faces. The staff make a point to know their clients and are very helpful. In my books it is the best place to bank and I know they will go the extra mile for you too!

I am new in town and went into the bank to get some info and the lady that manages the bank was a tremendous help and very helpful. I will be back to open my new accounts with this location. Went to a Wells Fargo and could not get out of there quick enough.

Extremely polite. Told me I could set up my new account over the phone. Located across the street in Safeway, it couldn't be more convenient.

This SunTrust branch on Katie Lane has been my new local bank for just over one year and they have provided me with efficient, courteous, and timely service on a number of things including routine deposit withdrawals but also Notary service, money order purchase, wire transfers for a home purchase and other matters. I rate them TOPS !

PLEASE hire more tellers. Two of them is not enough for the high volume of customers that come in.
