The nite crew is so fast, clean, and very friendly always offering the specials they have the workers named SABRINA & JERRY are a good team will continue to eat there ;)

this place is terrible they have mice they always have some type of flying bugs and the service is beyond horrible that's truely what you'd call ghetto. They only get one star because the site won't let me post without one.

I would never eat at this subway again.. customer service is poor. My bread was hard and when i ask for another one they caught a attitude

Very dirty. Employees do not work together. Display Case not clean. Manager sitting in restaurant reading paper in middle of the lunch hours. Other employees sitting down in the back. They were not aware that I was standing there waiting.

Mechem Subway in Ruidoso is AWSOME ! The staff, the Ambiance is set as a comfy hometown friendly place which is AMAZING for ANY fast-food establishment. There you are a HUMAN BEING not rushed in rushed out. I highly recommend this place to many. They have AWSOME catering services and deliver caterings too.

The place was clean and what not but they didn't have any cookies and very little chips to choose from.

I just called Subway and someone with no knowledge on answering a phone left the hook off and never got the manager. I could hear him taking orders. I called from another line and no answer. Very bad business for a store on Michigan Ave. It makes me want to call the inspectors on your services.

When ask serial times the store refused to give any cup to have tap water after making a purchase. The were cup for soda, but refuse to gave any style cup for water.

I was at subway next to Costco in Tumwater. While there an employee came out at the booth got out his Chinese food and began to eat it in front of all of us customers. Wow we where so shocked .I kind of said great advertisement for restaurant in the shopping area few shops away.what was so funny we had pulled up to it first,kids didn't want it. Next time we'll go there.

Sorry guys but you better stepup your game...a new Subway opened on Richmond Ave and they blow your sandwiches AWAY! their salad bar is always stocked ( your ALWAYS out of something!) & they have no problem piling the sandwich till its hard to close with all the fresh saladbar items!

Worst subway ever not from emplyoees but owners suck just my opinion

4/13/13 (Saturday @ 5:30 PM) Walk in the store and find 3 customers waiting to order. One employee counting change at the register. One employee looking at cash register receipts. One employee in the back. None of them ever looked up and the first customer was looking a bit bewildered with the no service. I waited a few minutes and said forget this and went elsewhere.

The employees are extremely arrogant and screw you out of money. They prey on the younger kids that go in their and screw them out of money also. Very bad service.

The restaurant was dirty and the woman who was making our sub was a hot mess. Our subs were thrown together and when we got home to eat them the contains fell out of the roll. Another disappointing sandwich at Subway.

The bread was stale and the sub in general was skimpy. I did not expect the sub to be overflowing with meat and toppings but you at least wanted to taste the meat.

This is subway is always so friendly. They always greet me as I cone throu the door. They're rarely out of products. The staff is very welcoming. I go out of my way to come to this subway. I am a for sure regular. Keep up the good work!!!

This store is always dirty when I walk in they never have what I want and they aren't ever welcoming. Unlike the subway off cooper and sublet they are very welcoming when I walk in and always have the place clean and everything preped when I'm there

This subway has the worst customer service. They never have products no matter what it is, they're always out of something. Plus the store isn't very clean. I started going to the one on cooper and sublet and they're so friendly. I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door. Good customer service is hard to come by and they have excellent customer service.

I have to say that this location has one of the friendliest employees that I have seen lately at any restaurant. He is always well mannered and courteous. A reason to keep coming back to this location. I'm impressed.

Best subway i've ever been to ever!

I came in and ordered on a Herbs and Cheese foot long bun a Buffalo Chicken, and said not heated. Then the girl who spoke very little english puts cheese on the bun and lettuce while the chicken is heated up in the moicrowave. I exlained the meat goes on the bottom. The chicken comes out she puts it on top, in which I had said I didnt want done. I sighed and blew that off then tell her I want light onions and she puts 3 little tiny specs on it. and I said you know what? forget it and left. I begin to walk away and Ihear her throw it hard into the waste basket. I have been eating there for years and never again. Rotten little attitude and defiant. I dont nee that. Thats for sure.

Normaly i have good things to say but today was a bad atitude and my pizza was not even cooked all the way.

This subway should honestly be on the southside of Saint pete If you know what i mean. Its filled with nasty mean and racist employees. Ive sat and eaten inside meanwhile hearing "cracker" referred to white people. Also,most of the employees never wash their hand. The only girl who works there has like 3 inch nails and refused to make my sandwhich but stood at the register to show off her ugly nails. The manager is "never in". You know, maybe If he was he would correct things unless, of course, If he is the One all the employees learned from. This use to be a pleasant place to get my lunch, but I will not be returning to this subway.

It is digusting the knives that Subway uses are never cleaned between each customer. I personally do not like mayonaise, the customer before me did and you used that knife on my sandwich without cleaning it. But it should be cleaned every time. Or find another method to close up the sandwich. Last, but not least please try not as the employee to act offended by something that disgusts me. I will not be back!

These guys are lame and skimpy. Bummer, Bummer, Sad, Sad. I asked for extra lettuce and they act as though they have to count shreads. One of the Managers said they could be fined $250 for going outide of company specs. Really happened.

Just wanted the manager of this Subway to know what an excellent employee he has in a young man named Matt. I was there on Friday night at the very busiest time. He was alone and had at least 8 people waiting in line. He kept his composure and was very polite. If he was my employee, I would be very proud.

My husband and I often stop at this subway on our way to Nashville. We have always had great service. However this changed. On our most recent at what is to be our last visit we were treated to a hateful middle aged women. They were out of everything we wanted. When she misunderstood what we ordered she became angry and rolled her eyes at us.

They have the freshest bread in any other subway I ever been to and they're very understanding!

The woman refused to make my sandwich the way I asked for it, then told me that wasnt the sanwich I had chosen, then made the sandwich they way she wanted. Did not listen and try to provide any type of pleasant service experience

Ordered a big philly with etra cheese got a steak with no cheese called guy told me to come back in 20 min and he would give me more meat and cheese what a joke deffently got charged for it ill never eat at this one again they suck bigtime

The best part of my day is going to my very favorite subway, Nora the manager is always ready to work hard and with a smile. Fresh food and cookies every morning and even great staff, they have my favorite sandwich memorized! Tuna, on wheat with pickles and black Olives and salt pepper with provolone. They are great

This subway WAS going to be my regular one stop shop for dinner but the customer service is SO FAKE and with no smile!! Initially they were good. but as i kept returning, it got worse and worse. perhaps they don't like that i ask for extra jalepenos?? but so what-if i like my sandwiches with a kick! aren't you known for making it fresh and how the customer wants it?

As i walk in, I'm sure they recognize me. they snickered about jalapenos while looking at me. Really?! If you are so stingy about giving out extra, then charge me! Ugh. So I asked for extra jalapeños in my second sandwich. The petite girl and the guy created a "distraction"-she went to ring me up so the guy employee could finish my sandwich, that I won't focus on my sandwiches. When I went to eat my sandwich, it only had THREE jalapeños, less than what you would give another customer who doesn't make any special request. The worse, don't work in this establishment if you are going to talk crap about customers and without a smile on your face!

I ordered one of the $5 foot long subs and the worker was giving me a hard sell to add more items to increase the cost. Unbelievable! He was actually obnoxious. I guess they're not happy with the pricing. Let them take it up with their headquarters!

Went there paid £9 for 3 meals my little brother nocked the table and his drink went all over his sandwich I asked for another one and they made me pay he hasn't even had a bit of the other one and the lady was rude

I have been a regular customer at this Subway for years and after being screwed over several times on money, terrible service, and very poor quality of food I am finally done! I will never go back to that location again. I was there last night and got over charged again and the food was not fresh and terrible.

The advertised special of "2 for $10" has exceptions that are not obvious and that change without notice to the consumer. We ordered a roast beef sub and meatball sub and got charged $14, about 40% more than the advertised price. We had had the same special about ten days before. However, the smirking cashier informed us that the management had changed the signs and the roast beef no longer fit within the special. I hope that they enjoyed their cleverness little fiddle this time because we won't be back.

I was served very stale bread that had been saved for some unknown reason. Then, he started to push the tea on me really and was almost not giving up. I figured it was old and he would be throwing it out. Never again.

This subway is not a very customer friendly place. I work in the area, and my coworkers feel the same way. If someone goes in with 2 or 3 different orders,they have an issue.They also have issues with using coupons. I will never go back and my coworkers won't either

Ever since the recent owner change things have gone down tremendiously. The bread is very under proofed, at times being burnt or undercooked. He also is very cheap and rips the customers off by not giving u the minimum amounts, the "subway formula" ei 8 pieces of turkey is s.f. but they give u 6 if ur lucky... same with veggies too. He has also fired all employees that had been there for 5 plus years, when they were very friendly fast and made great neat subs. Place is always dirty which has me question the sanitation in the place. Employees now are rude and very unprofessional. I watched a female employee touch the owners butt and have noticed unprofessional sexual actions from owner as well toward employees and patrons. Epic fail. Go somewhere else unless u like getting ripped off

Strangest subway EVER...been going to subway for years....

This place is always so dirty, the bain glass always has dried food and finger prints on it, the veggies are always just thrown on a sub without care, the dressings are smothered on my sub making it so messy to eat! Also, you are supposed to change your gloves when you use the register, but of course the worker just puts on a new pair and gets to my sub. This is poor training at this place, I have worked for subways in 3 states and have never been in a more dirty and unprofessional subway ever!!

The employee at subway tried to keep my change. My total was $11. I gave her a $20. Instead of her giving me $9 back she only gave my $5. When i noticed it i was at the front door and i look back and she was taking the $4 out of the register and putting it in her pocket.

We were at this location Sunday February 24, 2013 around 7PM. After waiting our turn to order, your pleasantly plump sandwich engineer promptly began taking another group's order instead, even though they came into the store after us. Hey ... there are just too many other places around. No need to ever subject ourselves to your "sorry" level of service again. And, yes, we just went elsewhere (not Subway) and were being served less than 10 minutes later. You suck!

Do not go to this subway. They are not only extremely rude at EVERY visit but they also like to close up to an hour early. And instead of cleaning up or leaving they literally LAY on the same counter they make the food and text. I have plenty of pictures and intend to show corporate exactly what they do every night!! One girl had her hair all over the counter while the other had her dirty tennis shoes. This is disgusting and something needs to be done!!!!

I have visited here a few times over the years, last time I went in I was met with good music, pleasant service, clean seating and a great sub. I learned that there are new owners who obviously care about my meal. Worth driving to.

When I arrived at the restaurant, there were 5 young men who were not employees or diners, The two young women behind the counter focused their attention on the young men and not on customers If I were the owner of this franchise, I would seriously be more involved in operations. Sandwich was makeshift and no interaction with paying customers. There is usually an older Black lady who is really nice. She was absent. More supervision is needed.

Although the food at this Subway is perfectly fine, there's a lot to be said for good customer service or lack thereof. I am used to the "Good morning, welcome to Subway" greeting, but there is one young man whom I encounter in the mornings who doesn't even ask "May I take your order?" He just stands there and waits for me to speak. There is no "thank you" when he rings up the order. He literally asks three questions "Do you want that toasted? What do you want on that? and "Is that all?" This morning as I was leaving he looked startled when I said "And you have a nice day!" This lack of good customer service bothers me to the point that I will no longer be spending my money at that restaurant.

Take your hard-earned dollars and spend them at a local eatery that respects your business. Help Wanted sign on door, so owner can't keep employees OR customers. Owner/relative of owner with a bad attitude was "serving me" at my last visit. Skimpy portions, broken drink fountain (health concern there), and poor customer service.

It is laugh out loud hilarious to compare the pics online to the sandwich you receive. We ordered steak and it was maybe 2 tablespoons of mush meat that was tasteless and so overwhelmed by the bread. We will never go back nor recommend to anyone. A rip-off joint.

This is by far the WORST Subway I've ever been too! They are so cheap they use the same sandwhich liner over and wrap just the sandwhich. Also, if you ask for "extra" make sure you get what you pay for.

This subway is great. The staff and management are great to deal with. Very friendly and professional. They take pride in there work and job. The food is made the way you ad and with pride. Overall a very good place for lunch or any meal at that.
