This subway is so friendly and welcoming. There's always some one cleaning something. They make the food look and taste good.

This subway needs proper training the lady with the short curly hair is very disrespectful. I'm led to believe that she's the manager but yet still she has a nasty attitude!

This place is great and the workers are usually welcoming.

Ive ate in a variety of subways across the country but this was the worst experience I've had. The food was the usual value for money but the customer service was just awful. Very rude staff along with trying to short change me fir nearly £3. Ordered two £3 lunches and it cost £8.70!!!!

I'm not a big fan of this place. I try to eat healthy, but food that has not been properly prepared is not appetizing. The meat is rubbery, the vegetables are mushy, and the breads have a funny texture to them. The service is fair. No one is impolite, but they are slow and need the orders to repeated alot. I feel I could make my own sub, fresher and with less hassle, just fine at home.

On 7/23/13 I purchased a cold cut footlong sandwich. All I got on it was meat, mayo, and lettuce. The lettuce was wilted but I figured that happens sometimes. 2 hrs after eating I had severe stomach ache, which lasted all night and woke up at 2 am running to make it to bathroom. I had diarrhea so bad and stomach cramps lasted till the next afternoon. I had nothing to eat b4 or after eating that sandwich. Not sure I will eat there ever again!

Subways all serve the same sandwiches but they are not all the same. This one is a very good one. The employees are always nice and fast. The restaurant is kept clean.

This is the second time they short changed me. The cashier likes to keep your money.

I will never again dine at this location at Oaklawn and Cedar Springs. I complained to corporate about this location never having coffee in the morning. I received a phone call from the owner stating that I was a liar and that I had in fact never been to his location even though I still have the receipt from my previous visit. He then told me when I mess with this store I mess with him and I took this as harassment. I called corporate once more to complain about the owners harassing phone call and I was told there was nothing corporate could do since each store has its own owner. When asked what Subway was going to do to make this situation right the customer service representative stated to me it is not her job to keep me as a customer. I was absolutely appalled I will never dine at this location nor any other subway.

Spoiled roast beef, meatball sub tasted brunt lady behind counter was rude and not nice at all .Will never return also reported to Heath Department.......

subway food is great, but you all need help serving people at the silverstar location. you can't have more people than you can serve. and only one person making sandwiches. and taking orders over the phone. That ain't right.5;33pm. one person has fooled themselve that they can man a food chain by his or herself. unbeleivable to any person that has buisnees to allow that to fly.

subway have great tasting sandwiches ever!

I go in often. I am greeted as I walk in each time. They recognize me and know my favorites. I am always offered a free cookie. Service is quick and efficient.

The store mgr is rude & like she is doing you a favor. Don't ask for any extra on your sandwich she will only give you 3 of veggies for a 6 in and 6 veggies for a 12 inch. What good is 3 olives or banana peppers on a 6 inch sub. States is corporate policy that all she could give. It doesn't matter, Ill visit the other subway where customer are put first.

Got a fresh fit kids meal, sandwich was only 2-1/2" long! Smallest ever! Used a scrap piece of bread. I complained to sandwich maker, to no avail. I should have just left and not taken order! Wrote two times to Subway customer care, they never answered! Also sent picture of small sandwich. Subway doesn't care about customer service. Won't go to this location ever again.

The old lady there definetly has attitude !!!! The food was cold. Rang it all up wrong. And made the wrong sub for my sister, i woild reccomend to NOT go to 3636 w 5th ave post falls subway at flying j!!! Horrible! Just terrible!

OMG!!! Went to the drive thru, poor service. Didn't get what I ordered, took the food inside and got yelled at by the Manager. NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I used to go there but, the last to times weren't good at all. First I bought a salad and I asked the lady what else she suggested me and she didn't care, she I don't know and, the second one was today I ordered buffalo chicken nd they did not have it really so she put chicken on the bread and then squeezed the bottle of buffalo salsa on the top. I did not say anything because I wasn't sure, but now I know she was totally wrong and by the way didn't taste good. I don't think so than I coming back.

Excellent. Terrific staff, store is always very clean & staff is always very prompt & courteous. I live nearby & eat there on a regular basis.

I go to this Subway at least 4 times a week and two of those times I go in the morning. They advertise that they open at 7 but I always end up waiting til at least 7:20 am. Even after I am let into the doors the person working makes me wait another 5 minutes while they get ready. That's terrible for business!

I have never had such bad service at a subway. When I complained about my service and how they were making my sandwiches, they simply said when their busy they make them the fast way. And they did not listen to anything I was telling them on how to prepare my sandwiches...

I was walking across from fry's to get me and my son a sub sandwich, when I see a female subway employee with two guys on the side of the building smoking pot very unprofessional so me and my son turned around and left the management should be more aware of who they hire!

I visit this location often and I was so disappointed when the server was so ugly. Her attitude was beyond rude. Slamming her hand on the counter, smacking her lips and huffing and puffing. I asked the sweet young man who was assisting her if I could only tip him and if they have to split tips. They have to share?! There all too many people needing jobs for that ungrateful rude woman to be serving people with that foul attitude. Rude!! 7-5-13

Hi. I frequently visit this particular Subway due to the type of work i do and normally I'm usually unable to get in and out un a timely matter for numerous reasons. The cookie box is NEVER filled with choices, flies fly comfortably around the food, the employees are loud, rude and ALWAYS carry on side conversations when taking the customer's order. I even witnessed an employee yelling, rolling her eyes and swearing to a fellow co worker because a customer was holding the entrance door open so her family can exit the restaurant. I strongly feel this particuler store should re-evaluate the people they hire as the "face" of their establishment. I would not be returning to this Subway.

This is the cheapest Subway store that I have ever been to! They will skimp so badly on toppings, and if you ask for more of something, they will add one little tiny piece and ask "What else?" I asked for extra spinach and olives at least five times to the point that other customers started laughing.I know a lot of other people that have said the same thing about that location.I've been to dozens of Subways and they were all great, but I recommend to steer clear of this one.

when i got my sub the weights told me how thin can you cut there meats was very disappointed with any sub from there,have not got from there in 4 months use to be weekly

Workers are not friendly. They do not replace out of stock items even though there are hours left to do business. Will not revisit this location. Slow,,,,

I send My kids to go to this subway because It's local and we support our local stores ,but after today NEVER again! So rude and unprofessional and very pushy on hurring them to make their choices. My kids felt sooo embrass and was force to pay for something they didn't want. Never again will I go there!!! Then i called for the 800# and they can't even do that. They gave me some 209 number and when I asked for the person name whom I'm calling they can't understand me. Wth???? Save a headache and go somewhere else!!! My review ----0.

This was by far the best subway I've been to, ever. The staff was the friendliest I have encountered and exactly what they were doing. Definitely going back to this one next time.

stopped in yesterday for a sandwich, staff were not friendly, felt as if we were being herded through even though no one else was behind us. first time I have ever been to a restaurant where they dole out napkins and limit you to one. paid for a pop, took three attempts to get my cup for the pop machine and they I was looked at like I was trying to get more than one cup. Definitely not your highest class subway in town.

If you see a rather large woman, with glasses, heads up- she is a class A bitch. I have been in there several times and she is always yelling at someone. She has yelled at a little kid before for dropping a tad of water! The manager and EVERYBODY else is just fantastic, with amazing service and more of like a friend figure to me. If she was fired, I would be there a lot more often.

At ~7:00pm today I visited the Subway at 99 and Bellaire. They messed up my order. Glad I don't have food allergies. What concerned me was the hand scribbled sign that read: credit card machine down, cash only. I should have asked for a receipt. Hmmmm, wonder if the owners knew their cc machine was down.

Out of some items and no ice they said ice machine was broken they have really gone down hill cookie was not cooked all the way

I went there on 06/13/2013 at about 9:27 pm they close at 9:30 pm. I know I was cutting it close. When I showed up there was a young lady working I asked her if it was to late she said no come on in. As i looked over I could see that they had already cleaned everything up and was ready to close for the night. I felt really bad and I wanted to just leave. But this lady insisted that I could have anything I wanted and it wouldnt be a problem to re open everything. Well I had the chicken Bacon ranch and tons of veggys . This lady smiled and was happy to serve me. I give this a 5 star rating for how nice she was to me. Her name is Brandy. Go see her!!!

There are two other locations close by that are way faster. This location is always under staffed during the busy hours and the staff that is there are under trained. A quick stop can easily turn into a 35 min wait just to order.

They dont put any meat on the sandwhich. I asked for Ham Roast beef And turkey, I Got 6 total Pieces of meat. The i Ask for Lettuce And they Give Me 2 Big Hand fulls. I Asked For Mayonnaise and I saw They put So Much on thats All I Tastes

Today I received the worst service ever from a subway manager. After she barely sprinkled enough veggies to cover half of a six inch I politely asked her to add more. She said no. I visit this location twice a week and order the exact same salad. I asked her why not and she just said no I can't. I asked to speak to the manager and she said it was her and that's it. Save yourself the trip and visit one of the other five locations.

Place is always clean, workers are American and not Indian which I like because I don't like repeating my order and not being understood.

Portions are really good and not skimpy, other Subways I've tried I always seem to get more bread than anything.

There is also ample free parking!

I been eating Subway Sandwiches for lunch for more than 6 years and never had an experience like this in my life.Went to get two footlongs on 6/11/2013 and while paying asked for two seperate bags since the Manager/Cashier was trying to squeeze both footlongs into one bag. Offended by my request the lady started a sarcastic lecture on her 10 years of experince in store management as well as customer relations which was irrevalent at that time. Being a customer I don't care how long she been working in that store or she had a bad day at work as long as I get good Service. I felt so bad because of the rude and unproffessional way I was treated after spending thousands of dollars over the years at this location. This kind of service is unacceptable from a reputable Restauarant chain like Subway.

Had lunch there. Overcharged for sub. Got charged for different sub than what I got. The fat chick working there put the sub together like crap, then smash sub with her man hands. Won't be going back.

The one who made our subway was rude and very disrespectful, when I told her tk wait she rolled her eyes at me and then I wanted to use a coupon since im not rich and she thought I didn't know how to read or something, she said I had to buy one 6 inch sub and get one free but she said the coupon said I had to buy a mediumsize drink to receive that offer. She was out of control. Im NEVER in my life going to that subway again

The sandwich I got tasted like old baloney. It was supposed to be a Cold Cut Combo. Meat sliced too thin. I will not go back to this location.

Went to this location while serving jury duty. Meat for cold Cut Combo was so thin it was transparent. Told I could order "double meat" for extra money. The double meat would be the amount that should go on the sandwich to begin with. I will not return. Same thing applies to the location in the 8000 block of E. 38th St. at Post Rd.

I have been to this location twice hoping for different results but how disappointed was I. This place is always filthy and the people making you sub never wash their hands after just watching them using a broom and cleaning etc. When ever they make your sandwich it is so sloppy looks disgusting!! The employees there have a horrible attitude and are extremely lazy!!! I hope they shut this place down it is a disgusting location. I love subway but it is a shame that the one in my home town has lazy and filthy employees! Will never be back to this location!!!

All of the employees were very rude and snippy to my teammates and I when we came in expecting a heathy lunch. Everyone ignored their attitude and stayed respectful except the employees.

I called the number several times on Sunday at 2:30pm May 19, 2013 to see if they still offer a free 6 inch on your birthday-- NO ANSWeR-- after 30 or so rings....

We went to your subway about 12:30 on Sun, May 19 and ordered the 12" chicken sandwich on a sourdough roll to go. We got home and discovered the bread was by NO means fresh. The oven was totally full but they must have baked it hours before or left over from the previous day. It was NOT fresh and in no way up to the quality you usually get from Subway. The sandwich was the WORST I have EVER had. It was dry, bland, and had a very weird taste...Maybe because it is a preformed, pre cooked product. This left such a bad taste in our mouths that I don't know if we will be back. You can be assured we will pass this along to our friends.

I went to this subway one day after work bc i was starving & it sounded sooo good. I was literally in line for 25 minutes. There was maybe 5 people in front of me. My food came out fine but the wait was ridiculous. The 2 guys working were sooo slow & didn't have anything prepared. I was polite but super annoyed the whole time. Also, the whole time this creepy man was staring at me. Subway is always good, but I think I'm gonna start going to a different one.

everytime I visit this location I am told different things, I came in here last week at about 7 pm, Iordered a sausage egg and cheese sub and was told that they dont serve breakfast after 11 am. The sausage egg end cheese sub is not even listed on the breakfast menu. Ivisited the same location yestertday evening at 6pm and ordered the 6 in sausage egg and cheese sub, the employee made the sandwidh but he put a sausage patty about the size of a quarter on the sub then he cut that in half. what ever happened to the customer is always wright.

I went into this store Wednesday evening and they had 2 options for bread. ITalian Herb and flatbread. The girl said they were out of all other kinds of bread. This is pretty hard for me as I usually go in and get my sandwiches on wheat bread. I'm not suppose to eat anything with white flour. The staff letting the bread supply get down as low as they did was unexcusable. I know this store gets busy at times but it was later in the evening and I can't beleive they were too busy to have bread on hand. I will go to the other store in Granite City to see if I can't get my sandwiches on something beside Italian Herb bread.

I bought a combo sub from hyannis subway in the tj Maxx plaza I ate half and got seriously sick. My boyfriend ate the other half the next day and got sick! We won't be going there again!!

I went there total of three times never again i will go back. They have poor customer services,always out of supplies or FOOD, extremely nasty very unsanitary and cross contamination, the.store.is hoorible never any tabled clean and bathrooms, i rather hold it and go to a gas station.

This is one of the best subways I've been to definitely the best in Goldsboro. The employees are very courteous everytime you again they say quotation "welcome to subway," with a smile on their face. My most favorite employee is Mr Devante. he's always nice to talk to while he makes my sandwich and always has something to talk about, and makes my sandwhich perfect everytime! He knows his customers and what they want on thier subs!

Everytime I have entered subway I was greeted. Employees r very polite and friendly. There is one staff member who always goes the extra mile to make his customers feel welcome his name is david. In my opinion he should be a manager because he has a specialness about him that make people glad 2 come back.

I went in to get a sub about 9pm on may 4th. The store was empty I was the only customer there. I walked up to the counter and the girl started pulling the indivdual containers out and wiping them down. I waited about 7 mins. She totaly ignored me. I guess she wanted me to wait until she was done. She didn't speak say I wil be with u n a few or anything. No direct eye contact she just kept glancing up at me. So I told her I. Would just go some where else. I left went to sheetz next door...they were busy....but I still was n waited on and out the door n less than 7 min. With service like I had tonight no wonder they weren't busy. By the way the sheetz sub was good....go there if u want one!

I have ordered multiple 5 ft sub platters from this location. It is always an easy process to do and if its close enough they will deliver. I would recommend this subway location to anyone. Thanks guys!

We live close and love ring able to go through drive thru but two times I have went thru and got home and found hair in my sub :( I tried to give them benefit of the doubt but the workers are very rude and not nice and pretty much it's just a dirty subway such a shame though :(

The employee that made my sandwich has always been very professional and proficient and treated me with respect the multiple times I have been in there. However when I went in there today I saw this employee being mistreated by someone who must have been the owner. It almost seemed like she was being picked on or singled out but I see nothing but positive things about this employee. It seemed as if she was being intentionally humiliated by the owner in front my friend and I. I'm not sure if I would want to come here again after that.

As I sit here and eat my sandwich, I just saw the guy who made my sandwich in the back SNEEZE twice without covering his mouth. I wanted to puke. This is the last time I will eat here.
