Manager should be terminated, or retrained. Location runs out of baked bread all the time, Pick a bread. Some of staff needs to be retrained and a sense of customer service needs to be instilled.

The girls that work here are excellent workers. They always have the biggest smiles one their faces, and are sweethearts. Love coming here!!

We frequent this store about once a week, & every time, it is freezing in there. People have to eat with their coats on. Then, the ceiling fans are also on. Also, they added another row of tables, & you can't even pull your chair out because their isn't enough room. They also changed the direction of the tables. Today, they didn't have any diet coke for the machine. They had to give us bottles.

The newest Subway store is open for business in the newly expanded Wal-Mart on Hoosick Rd. in Brunswick! The people who work there are very polite, very efficient, very friendly. They greet you with a smile and you are genuinely thanked for coming into their kiosk. We visited them during the first few days they were open and things were running very smoothly. The managers and personnel from nearby Subway locations in Troy were on hand, training the new staff. They all did a wonderful job! Already seems like this Subway has always been there. Thanks for opening the store in our Brunswick Wal-Marts. They accept the coupons, too!

This subway has horrible customer service. Walking in, you can tell that the people working there hate their job. I don't go in expecting quality service, just average. And when the server looks at me with a horrible expression on her face the minute I walk in, even average is what I don't receive. The people working at this location need more training. It's not good when the employees themselves don't care that they are causing their restaurant to lose customers.

I was in your establishment on yesterday which was 11-23-2013 at about 5:00 and the lady that was behind the counter was very very rude and unprofessional. I work for a business and I went there to pick up my order for the bereaved family and the lady was very rude. My order wasn't read and she tell me they tired to call the phone was disconnect which was a lie The company I work for have been here in McComb for over 50 yrs and she didn't even take the time and look or apologize for her mistake. Now that issue need to be handle and than when I ask for a refund she states she couldn't give it back the company is very unpleasing and I am very very upset

Bought sandwich found metal shavings in the process of eating it, brought sandwich to manager he was nasty and told me that i was never in the store, told me people come in all the time trying to get a free bee. Beware this is the gm of 4 stores that said this to me. I hope this stops you from dealing with this location.

i find it disrespectfull that alot of subways are giving free 6 inch to veterans but your store refuses to do so, i guess you have your reasons, as now i have mine not to visit your store.

I have come to this subway for a while now and recently their bread is AMAZING enough to write this review. The ingredients are fresh all the time and the lady that makes them is so nice and polite. Above all, the bread and fresh veggies make the sandwich craveable! Tuna on honey oat for the win!!!

Food is lovely however not as advertised on there board ie still advertising mango chicken and no longer do it, staff are very stroppy and have no customer skills, not good when dealing with customers as they do, particularly the one with the blonde hair and the hat she is really stroppy with a bad attitude, needs to get a life.

The manager is a convicted FELON. The staff has explained they are to keep rotating food which is out of date. There have been instances in which staff have cut themselves, no First Aid Kit, and told to keep working with open wounds. The so-called Human Resources Manager was FIRED from Whataburger for discrimination, and they own 35 franchises in and around the Austin, TX area. Do NOT visit this location unless you want rotten food served by unmotivated, verbally abused, employees who could care less about the communities they serve.

I visited this location about 6 months ago and swore I would never return. Chicken cutlet sub, frozen and microwaved. Horrible! But..... I went back last week and as they were makng my sandwich, I looked into the veggie bins and saw hair on the tomatoes. I called their attention to it and they picked it off the toms and told me it was bristles from their cleaning supplies. They left the toms in the bins and blew me off. NEVER AGAIN!! And they don't even speak English. smh

I like Subway. It's cheap, it's healthy and it's delicious. I can get fresh and tasty toppings, chips and a big ol' drink of my choice paying the same amount I would for a greasy Big Mac.

Went there on a Friday oct. 4 2013 was in the drive threw 2 cars in frount of me waited 15 -20 mins in line finially got up to order and no body answered finially ask if some one was going to help me and she finially said it will be a min. went and parked went in and and was asked what I would like and I told them and she said well Im sorry but the bread is to hot for me to cut,I said youhave got to be kidding me, on a Friday at 7 at night ,2 young girls in there that looked like they were lost, I white, and I black, did not see any manger, not very happy turned around and went to McDonalds down the street.

Hopefully, a "more friendly" team, and attention to detail when making sub's for food allergy sensitivities will be implemented---in the near future

Went to Subway on Cheney in Twin Falls, ID and was treated poorly. Sandwich was wrong, took back and employees argued about who made it then told us we had a 6" not a foot long and was only willing to give us a 6". Nobody in restaurant but we waited 5+ minutes in drive-thru. Very angry. Would give a negative rating if possible.

I had a 12" turkey breast on flat bread yesterday, 30 Sept, with everything and a little oil. Great sandwich. Very tasty.

I have NEVER seen more unprofessional Subway sandwich makers than the two girls I encountered at the Subway inside the Walmart In Bedford NH. They rolled their eyes, mumbled their questions and answers, threw napkins at my boyfriend, rather than handed them to him. They scoffed at him when he waited patiently in line to ask for two sandwich bags for left-overs. I am VERY unhappy with the way these employees worked and presented them-selves. I don't think I will be going back there anytime soon.

I frequent this Subway often, the service is SLOW! It doesn't appear that anyone gives a darn about quick friendly service.

I just wanted to comment on the staff working today, they were both very friendly and helpful, one employee a young girl, must have been new bc she didnt have a nametag and was using the charts still to make and price the subs but she did an excellent job as well as the other male employee 'warren' who was very kind and helpful in answering my menu questions. I specifically tipped these two employees bc of the good food and service DESPITE a lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager, she looked miserable, did not greet or smile at the customers and talked down to the employee. I think that although a fast food sandwich place, you need friendly people no matter the circumstance and no one deserves to be talked down to by management so all around great job, food and service, place looks great! but something to keep in mind.

I'm blown away by the outstanding customer service and quality of the food at Harrison subway! The store is always clean whenever I visit! I get service with a smile every time! One of my favorite restaurants in Harrison!

Tonight there was 1 employee working, he had long hair barely pulled up no hair net or anything, didnt acknowledge me even after seeing me for a few minutes, didnt change gloves once, & was VERY slow ( took more than 15 min to make 2 sandwiches!), didn't make a very good sandwich, there was an orgy of flies all over the place! Had to go to the back to get more turkey, then again for more olives & I didn't ask for jalapeños like usual because he would have had to go to the back yet again! Took way too long, not stocked, poor customer service, poor quality of product, disgusting and unclean. Good luck doing business in the future!

I gave this Subway a second chance and the experience was worse the second time. I went in for a 3" breakfast sandwich and the same two employees (one is owner or manager) were present. The two employees are more concerned with each other than the customers. When my order was incorrect, he said, "oh well, just a little", whatever that means. I really like Subway but not this one.

store needed good cleaning as well as the employees, the loudest one, that appeared to be in charge, i assumed was manager, appeared to be more interested in what was going on outside than doing her job. My bread was hard and stale. The Dennis Port store was filthy with food scraps everywhere except in the tins where food is supposed to be. No customers in house and NO CLEANING was being done.

I visited this location at about 6pm on 9/4, as I often do. The young lady was rude and argumentative when I expressed my dissatisfaction about changes in the rewards program. She accused me of "yelling" at her and responded to my opinion regarding the changes by stating "she was not responsible for the changes and she could not do about it". I clearly understand she could not rectify the issue immediately, but perhaps take my feedback to management. My intent was not to an strike up an argument with the employee. As I quickly realized this young employee clearly did not have the skill to take customer feedback as valuable information for management. I completed the transaction and turned to leave and she continued to voice her opinion and rudeness as I departed.

I had a parmesan cheese turkey sandwich and it was so good. The bread had cheese on it and was light and flaky. I was very satisfied and will go back often.

There is a tall heavier set woman who works here. She is very rude and makes you feel uneasy. She is always crabby and if she's working I won't go stop in to eat. She gives off the feeling that's she hates her job and the customers. I won't be returning because of her. There are a few others that agree with me.

I stop and get a meal there every time I go to Sinton. I enjoy several of ther food and drink items. Wish I knew how late were open, because I wanted to go there this evening but thought tgey might be closed. I will go tomorrow for a pretzel hot dog! This subway is no good, I went and order a stake sandwich and the trays was half way full, so I did not get all of my proportions of meat, once I seen that I only got not even of my meat. For 10 dollars, I told them to fix me another sandwich this time a club. Once again I got 3 ham slices, 3 turkey slices, and 3 roast beef slices, no black forest ham. I had less meat than a cold cut sandwich. All im trying to say is these people at 3909 N Richards Milwaukee WI, is not giving you the right amount of food for your money. Last time going there

I ordered a salad. The ham and turkey was tossed into the plastic bowl and pushed down the line. I was then asked by the next person if I wanted lettuce? LETTUCE?? I said yes, of course, I am want a salad. I was then given the option of toppings. The ham and turkey was roughly sliced, not completely, and dumped in a pile on top of the lettuce. Not great presentation at all. And then I was over charged. This is not a place I will return to.

This location is super-stingy with all their vegetables! If you ask for "extra" anything, you won't get it. My friends have said the same thing and said they will never go back to this Subway location. It's a shame because when the Subway shared space with the gas station, it was never like that. Don't know why they changed, perhaps to pay for the new building, but they are ruining their own business.

The title says it all. This location charged my bank debit card twice for the same order, charging me over $60 for feeding 4 people. I contacted the manager, who claimed an employee was having a medical emergency and couldn't talk. When I finally reached him again, he claimed (without looking) that the money was never taken out of my bank account, and that it was just "floating around" and would be kicked back into my account. Funny, he claims he didn't get the money, yet several months later, it's still gone from my account, and they say he DOES have my money. This said, I used to own a Subway. I know exactly what he pulled. He's lucky he wasn't reported for theft by deception.

Service was extremely slow. No one seemed to know where anything was at. Could not figure out the coupon specials. Paid fll price in the end. Manager was sympathetic but not helpful.

Went in for a chicken salad , BMT on flat bread , 1 bag of chips , 1 fountain drink and 1 bottle of water . Was charges extra for another drink and another bag of chips . When I went up to the register and spoke with sandhya she argued with me and would not return the money that she had charged for the extra food and drink until my husband had to show her the receipt and the difference and she rolled her eyes and said she didn't really care if we never came back to this store . As I was waiting for my bacon to be heated up I notice the other employee cleaning the counter tops with a wet rag. Didn't pay no mind till I saw her put the same nasty rag that she was using to clean the counter an shelves to clean the microwaves. Then come to find out she's a manager with an attitude so I just left with my foot long just sitting there. I would not recommend eating here.

Fist of all, there was too many members of staff behind the counter therefore they we all trying to talk over each other and it resulted in my not being able to hear or understand what they were asking. They also seemed to be paying more attention to having a carry on with each other considering the shop was extremely busy. Secondly the shop was very unclean, drinks had been spilt at the drink dispenser and food was left to sit on the tables AND seats, and none of the staff seemed to be cleaning anything! Last but not least, the air conditioning was set to Antarctic temperatures, it was very uncomfortable which forced us to eat quicker and exit the shop to be able to feel my toes! I certainly will not be visiting this store again!

Food was good, served at correct temperature and tasty. However, the store was not clean. Areas around the drink dispensers were not wiped clean from leaks or spills. Floor was dirty. We couldn't find a table to use that had been wiped off and only one table was being used at the time. Floor was dirty. Restroom had used paper towels all over the floor due to the overflowing trash bin. When the 2 workers weren't serving anybody (and there were hardly any customers) they just stood around doing nothing. We liked the food but will never return due to the unkempt dining room.

I called today to ask what my managers name was when I worked there and they would not give me her last name so I could fill out my application for a new job. So now I can't fill out my applications to get a job to bring money in to the house to feed my daughter. I am severely pissed that they are doing this

There is an employee at this location who is rude as hell. Every time i order my simple sandwich she is extremely rude, continually asking "ANYTHING ELSE?!" like ive just ordered the moon. then i get to the window and she practically throws my sandwich at me without a word. She is seriously going to ruin this location, which has generally been amazing because of the drivethru and the friendly manager. No one is going to want to come here if your employee doesnt shape up on her customer service skills! Such a shame because the sandwiches are always great at this location, they dont skimp on the toppings.
