I been there twice. Just visit Morinville town due to my Job. I noticed customer service was so Fast, accurate & friendly. Staff in good manner. Defiantly recommended this subway location for sandwiches.

This is a good example of Subway food. They always seem to have slow servers. The line at lunch time is to the door and around the store.

All good staff leave and shit staff employed who just clock in and out. The customer dont matterand the management dont care. Shows by the staff he keeps

Rubbish service and subs do not taste as good as the others. Staff have a rubbish attitude and couldnt care less. If you really want Subway i suggest you go to Green Lane Subway.

no one but me in store 2 workers and no service or eye contact for 3 minutes before I left, but they had time to answer the phone twice

What a fantastic service, I asked for a veggie patty and the gent serving even changed his gloves so there was no meat cross contamination, great service and tasting great too

Everyone at this location is a great worker and has a great attitude and I definitely recommend going there to eat. Everyone who works there is an amazing person especially a certain someone who does nothing short of making sure her customers are happy and taken care of fast and efficiently.

The Subway owner became rude after he approached the employee that was preparing my sandwich and I requested that he not talk over my food. He had nothing to do with preparing my food, he stood over my food talking. Mouth particles was coming from his mouth and that's nasty and unsantized. Rated a 1 by force in order to submit complaint.

When I watched my sub being made it was clear they were making every effort to skimp on the tuna. The product I got no way looked like the picture they post all over the store, internet, tv. When I called they said it is what is it, basically admitting the product didn't match the and said bye

I want to the subways at 38433 Granf River and their customer service is terrible!. the lady got my phone was wrong and then decided to cuss at me because she got it wrong! I was talking to a coworker about it he said every time he goes there he gets sick. all the vegetables with brown everything was just all over the place. please don't no one ever go to that one terrible! I wanted to give it a negative star but it wouldn't let me

This subway has to be the cleanest subway I have ever seen.

One of the girls who work at night is nice, but there is this little one who is very rude.

They open at 7 and that's when they start backing the bread. They have a group of people that have been there for awhile and still mess up orders as ur telling them and constantly out of bread. Hours very? They are open till ten every night yet 8pm they are out and not making anymore bread. Then Close!!!! Just needs to shut down all together. .. Will be going to the new subay in pudgies plaza.

First time at this Subway and was very disappointed. The fixing bar was very messy and unappetizing (they weren’t busy). It made the place look dirty. We decided to leave without ordering and will NEVER go back.

Only had two people working during the lunch rush. No crowd, and soon we found out why: bad service, took the guy in front of us twenty minutes to get checked out. Guy working the counter was snotty, gave us an attitude then walked away. Steer Clear.

Service was okay, ordered a foot long turkey on wheat..got spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoni, onions, salt pepper light on the vinegar light on the oil, mayo and mustard...felt ill about 2 hours after eating 1/4....Had stomach cramps into the night didn't think much about it. Finished it on Friday and was floored for 3 days with food poisoning. I called to let then know and instead of asking if they could help with anything the "Senior worker" as she put it just said sorry then hung up..I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Service is terrible, employee's were joking with each other, moving in slow motion. Cashier, talking with a person that didn't even buy anything. I guess their issues are more important then their customer service. I could not get service, I was there about 15 minutes, left with no sandwich, only had a 30 minute break which was wasted at Subway. Non-professional Subway employees. Sandwiches are very small compared to other restaurants, and are highly over priced. Definitely not worth the time and effort required to get a sandwich. I will never go back there. The worst Subway restaurant.

I have been to this store several times a year and they never have tuna. she said the girl went out to get it and their is not a demand in the African American community for tuna!

This Location is the worst Subway experience of my life!!!!! The worker on 9/18/2014 at 8:10 pm verbally assaulted threatened and deliberately did not make our sandwich's as we asked for them politely! Rude , Obnoxious behavior and utter ignorance displayed at this location. Appalled at the level of employee hired for a customer service position. Will not ever eat at a Subway restaurant again!!! Almost resorted to call on duty law enforcement to de-escalate the employee! I will be calling management and filing formal complaints. I wanted to get the word out about our experience!!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

Don't use your credit/debit card here. After being told that the transactions didn't go through after swiping my card, my mom paid cash. When I got home I learned that my card had been charged. I contacted the manager and was told that the district manager would contact me. That never happened. I contacted the 800# and was told the owner would contact me. The owner called and we agreed that I would receive a gift card in the amount since the money couldn't be returned without him having the physical card. I live out-of-town an had only stopped by during my trip. Nevertheless, the issue hasn't been resolved, I haven't received my gift card, and I am out of my money.

Worst place ever, management sucks bad food, old and expired never have anything ready and poor attitudes. And plus and Indian woman owns it now so that makes it 10x Taking buisness elsewhere!!!

Went to get a salad with three different meats and was told I couldn't get that. I could only get one meat on my salad. Horrible way to find out especially after i have gotten the salad of my choice plenty of times. I would go to the one at Walmart or the one on Walton Way before going to this one

I been here from almost last 3 years for my regular breakfast. The staff is been so awesome and very friendly. Best customer service i ever found in regina.. I love the subway and the staff add more flavour into it with smile and friendly attitude. Keep it up good work.

Gal grabbed my bread and cut it and then realized that she did not have gloves on! Then I watched her make me a BMT and there was barely any meat. I was like excuse me miss isn`t there supposed to be 6 pep,6 salomi and 4 ham, she replied oh yeah.. sorry, I`m new and its been a long day.. Isn`t cleanliness a factor or knowing what you are doing? I knew more then she did .Hhmm.. makes you wonder if you are really eating fresh?

Every time it go there they never have any bread or there is a wait no soup. For instance if you see your running low on something why you make more so you don't run out. It's my 4th time going in there and they don't have what I want or it's cooking bad service. I see customers leave because they don't have what they want like whose the manager leaving these kids unattended

Slow as molasses. If you have a "large" order, they will service customers behind you first and keep you waiting.

I ordered 2 six foot subs for a family get together, and you guys knocked it out of the park. The subs were delivered on time and everything was fresh. The guy who delivered the subs was polite and very helpful. We will definitely be using you guys in the future! Great food, and g great service!!!!!

This subway on rivers ave. is so dirty . The floors and tables were so filthy and dirty !!!!!!! Garbage cans were full too ! Will never go back !!!!!!! People that work there don't care but the owner of the subway should care !!!!!!!

Great place to go if you want your car towed!! The managers towed my wife's car and left my 2 young children crying. My wife was intimidated and had to drive to an ATM to get cash to keep her car. Great place!!

Worst subway ever. None of the salad, bell peppers, or really any of the produce is fresh. Looks old. Asked if they had any that was fresh, the worker had an attitude. Poor service & nasty food? Drive to Blimpies or the subway in the walmart in brusly.

First they can't understand English so they never get it right then it appears they must do hair cuts part time in there from the amount of hair found in the lettuce that had fallen off my sandwich I'm still sicking thinking of what I actually ate. This is by far the worse subway I have ever been to!!!!

Stood in line for ten mins at lunchtime. Two people working, one trainee doing her best. I ordered a cold cut sub to be informed no cold cuts, they ran out yesterday. Ask for a turkey at same price....flat no. Did not care. Terrible customer service. Will not return....EVER
