Keep trying to call store to change my appt. I dial 822-4933 but it connects me to the south park store?

This is the worst experience in my life. I can honestly say this place is the worst. The staff is the worst ..they lost my file its been two weeks and i still don't have my glasses or my contacts. You expect great service for the money that you are paying, but that is not the case here. I wished i saw these reviews before i went to this place..DON'T GO!!!!

Staff was clumsy and rushed didn't seem to know what was going on.. I won't be a return customer

I also have had rude experience with Sterling, wouldn't recommend
