Worst starbucks ever. My cup was only 2/3rds full and I paid $4.50 for it and was so disappointed. Will not be going there again.

All the workers at this Starbucks are amazing. The customer service is excellent and the coffee is always the best!
I love this Starbucks location..they have such great baristas, everyone is so nice, hospitable, and very attentive to special requests. I know they try very hard to be great at what they do, and it certainly comes through. thanks guys!

My husband and I find that it is usually cold in this starbuck. which we walk to from our house. I find I can't stay there because of that. We usually go to another starbuck which is fine, but have to drive to that one. On the positive side, the service is always excellent--great customer service, always. Just a problem with the temperature inside. When we have complained, they have told us they have been told not to touch the thermostat...maybe issues before?? Thank you for allowing me to post this.
These people were not the nicest. Ten minutes before closing the manager started telling everyone that they closed within 5 minutes. Then they started turning the lights out on everyone. To say the least, my friends and I will not be going back to this Starbucks.
I have visited this location several times...very disappointed that you cant get decaf coffee after 2pm..you are a coffee shop right ??? I had to go to the second cup across the road both times...wont be back! my mother is in the home across the street...she loves Starbucks coffee but she will now have to drink Second Cup..I just dont understand why when your business is coffee !
I really enjoy going here. The service is always outstanding. The employees are always so friendly and smiling. I would recommend to anyone to stop in.
The first time I visited this Starbucks I was blown away by their helpfulness,sincere concern that I get something I like, and how fast the staff fixed my drink. Mind you, they were very busy at the time! I've worked in customer service for two and a half years now and unfortunately customer service can often fall by the wayside when an establishment is very busy. Not here. They did their jobs exceedingly well. If you want coffee but not sure what kind go to this Starbucks to figure it out. They know their stuff!

Went to this locattion on 12/18/12 to buy Starbucks gift cards as stocking stuffers and asked for 2 small empty cups with lids to place gift cards in. (their idea a couple of years back). Would not give empty cups. Attendant said it was managers policy since they had envelopes. Empty coffee cups will cost $50 worth of business for the future. Plus whatever I spend during the year. Will not go back to this Starbucks EVER!!!! Poor customer service and policy. I plan on advising everyone I know in Amarillo. Don't go there!!!
Wonderful Service, wish it was open longer hours for those of us who have odd hours.
Love love love my starbucks coffee, will never again patronize this location. People that work were mocking customers. They never seem happy, they should be, they have a job! Too many times of indifferent service, will go to Tim Horton down the street before I ever give them another dollar
Visited this Starbucks twice in about two hours ... First they forgot my Americano iced then when I had said excuse me the girl said I heard you the first time... Acknowledging she was ignoring me.. the second time my coffee was made wrong and I waited about five minutes for an iced Americano. The worst ever.
I had ordered a white chocolate mocha and was given my coffee. I took a sip and it tasted like normal coffee so I handed it back to the barista where she took it and made a new one. The second one was bitter and disgusting.
I've been to this location several times early in the morning during the week. The first time I went the Barista seemed a bit moody, but I know everyone has their off days. After returning several times and seeing that this doesn't change, I became severely disappointed. Its disheartening when you try to chat or politely greet someone and they come off as rude and completely disinterested; this is horrid customer service. I would've been fired for being rude to customers when I was a Barista. I know it won't change, but figured id put my two cents in.

great staff, great atmosphere, makes you feel welcome and 'at home'. The coffee is good, too. Only wish that they had real sandwiches besides the panini variety. A must go to several times a week - a home away from home
My wife and I have been to your new store 3 times since you opened. Each time we entered there were no seats available. Most of the tables that were taken were really not customers, just laptop people without coffee. How do you expect neighborhood residents to visit your store and enjoy your coffee. Until you decide how to handle this situation, my wife and I will take our business up Cedar Rd where we can find a table to relax and enjoy coffee.

I give you guys a 5 star rating because all the staff are wonderfull and we always get a good hot coffee drink when we order. But this one time when we were in a rush to get back to Mornville, to pick up our grand daughter from school so we can take her to the dentist appiontment you guys made a Boo Boo . At 9:40 am we ordered a Grandi Carmel Maciado and a Earl Grey Chi Steamed Tea from your take out window and we didnt get what we had ordered. Now we didnt realize this until we we were on the highway heading back to Mornville. We were short of time, (for we had to pick up our grandaughter at 10 am) and couldn't turn back to return our wrong coffees. We ended up getting someones elses black coffee and some other cream tea. Boy were we every disappointed as when we left Mornville to head to Saint Albert just to pick up a couple of shopping items, so we forewent having our home coffee so that we could get one of your specialty coffees for the morning. Anyway its was Monday 19th and I'm just letting you know I will be back to Saint Ablert maybe tomorrow Tue 20th or Wed.21th and returning these two coffee drinks to get my order. Hopefully it will still be extra hot like I ordered it. Thanks Rod .
I want to give a shout-out to the Starbucks in Hoffman Estates corner of Higgins and Barrington Rd....They remembered that last time i was in the store they have me the wrong coffee so today a received my venti coffee for free. That was very awesome. Thanks

My wife and I were waiting for the Amtrak train to Chicago and were dropped off early, around 5:15 p.m. on November 5th. We decided to walk over to Starbucks I found on my Smart Phone hoping we could get a decent cup of coffee before the ride home. We had a long day and both being retired were hoping to sit a spell. When we arrived, there were two young women inside but the doors were locked, though it was a few minutes before the closing time on the door. They seemed to be in cleanup mode and could not be persuaded nor wanted to make eye contact with us. It would have been extremely hospitable for them to open the door and at least hear our request. Apart from several bars and fast food businesses downtown was pretty quiet and we could have been the first customer after 5:00 p.m. so closing early is completely understandable. Your customer protocols and service for this loction should be reviewed for others like ourselves.
