IT didnt take much for the crew at this Starbucks to know what I like. And the lines they have had go o fast. The crew works rather well together and should be proud cause I have seen bad crews!

Awful service from most but not all employees

When I stay in budget motels I do NOT expect this. I found a clean room, working air conditioning, excellent location, quiet, pleasant service, and free wifi. I will stay here again for sure and will recommend it to friends and family.

The girls here know what they are doing so when it gets busy they are able to process orders quickly

This was my first time at Starbucks and I didn't know what to get, I was told about Clover Coffee and I have to say I love it. Great taste, thank you for a great start to my day.

Best starbucks in town by far. Gorgeous store and their Store Manager is by far the most involved out of any store. I go out of my daily commute just to get my coffee here.

I'm sorry you experienced this. We always have decaf available to make a personal fresh cup and gladly will. Unfortunately it isn't popular enough to be pre brewed or we would.

I got food poisoning after eating a breakfast egg sausage sandwich. Horrible way to end a vacation.

Drive thru is like a parking lot, takes 3-4 min a car.

Cashier is nice but the girl actually making the drinks is rude, don't expect a "You're Welcome" when you say thank you or for her to even look at you when handing over your drink.

I often go to this location as it is close to where I work. Drinks are incorrectly made, staff is not well informed re contents of beverages. If I'm paying over $5 for a beverage I expect it to be made to standard. Staff is very unfriendly.

I've been frequenting this Starbucks for over ten years, and through all the staff changes on thing that's never changed is the friendly faces, the knowing of my beverage, and professionalism that I've become to see as the norm.

Refused entry to a white male veteran with a service dog. Poor customer service, poor education/knowledge on the part of the employee and store manager. Have the entire staff attend disabled persons sensitivity training. And Starbucks lost a paying customer.

The employees are some of the friendliest baristas I met, especially the evening crew.

The Starbucks on Lake Blvd is the most convenient coffee shop for me because it is right up the road from my house. But I am so completely unsatisfied with the service 50% of the time. Some of the workers there really need to check themselves and how they treat customers. I might not be going back ever again.. We will see

I do not understand why the address from the internet for this Starbucks location simply does not say " inside the Target ". So simple and would have saved me 20 minutes!

Me & my husband visited this location and ordered a slice of the red velvet cheesecake. It was cut smaller than normal & tasted frozen. When i asked the cashier about the taste, she explained that it is frozen & then thawed out to serve. Needless to say, we return it & vowed to never try it again.#comeupin2014

having Leigha as the morning customer service for the drive window I cant tell what it means to have an employee that is sooo nice it makes my day and thats why I come back and back again. Personality, bueatiful smile is the best and makes my day go by faster and happier

Dreadful experience staff simply not trained in any degree of customer service including the female manager . The shop also is badly slowly run like a snail .premises clean however

I stood in line for 10 minutes, went and grocery shopped. I came back to the booth thinking my drink would be ready. I watched THREE other people get their 4 drinks. I waited FIFTEEN minutes for my drink and I left, with NO drink. I tried to ask for it but someone would get in my way. I have never been so irritated. My cashier and the person who was making the drinks was Stephanie. I will not be spending another PENNY at that location. I wasted $5 on nothing. That location definitely lost a very loyal customer. Thank you Starbucks for the WONDERFUL experience. I'm sure the drink would have been great.

This is my local Stabucks the employees are great. I almost always go through the drive through and have not ever had to wait long. My coffee is always exactly the way I order it.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and a server named Anjali was working. A few months ago, it was obvious that she was just learning. Customer service incredibly slow and not intuitive. It discouraged me from coming back. In a pinch I dropped in for a quick coffee at noon and she was working again. No improvement.

I was there on 11/25/13 around 4pm the manager I think her name is Jessica was very rude to has HMM I wonder who made her a manager...... my friend and his daughter chatting whilst I was ordering she snapped and address them saying she can here only one person at a time ..... Hmmm

I came in and ordered a venti Raspberry Lemonade with 4 pumps of classic and it was the best beverage ever. It was made correctly and in a great timely manner. Thanks alot you guys im very happy. They also work so very hard with such brillant personalities. Thanks again SB

Awful coffee. Pike else where is so much better. But here is like hot water yakh.. I just go there because it's close to my house but I won't anymore I hv tried few times and it's always the same no idea if it's their coffee maker or someone just doesn't know how to make coffee. I will never go there again! I rather drive somewhere else to get coffee that's worth my money!

All African American, female staff. They were rude, they displayed no hospititality, no smiles, and they had this "do it yourself attitude". They're all apparently miserable at their workplace. They need to hire a whole new staff because these women are making Starbucks as a corporation, look bad.

I find the customer service Starbucks on Centerplace to be beyond amazing. Their barristas make the Starbucks experience to be fun, happy, and friendly. Every guest is treated in a courteous and respectful manner. Quite simply I believe that this store is the greatest place to hang out in Greeley. Every city deserves to have an awesome world class coffee shop like the Starbucks on Centerplace. By the way I almost forgot to mention that they make the very best coffee and various food products in town. The next time you visit Starbucks, I suggest that you thank the barrista for providing exceptional customer service.

Every time I go to this store I am visited by a family of flies. It's a problem when trying to talk with someone while looking at the fly on their head. :)

This place gave me a grande vanilla coffee latte when I arrived early this morning after a rough morning and a power outage in my neighborhood.... a great thank you for this as it made my day better

My absolute number one go to spot to get my coffee. It's on the way. Easy to get to. And most of all has the best coffee of any competitors! <3

The management is really terrible there, or something. All I know is that I came in there in a good mood and left upset. This is the closest Starbucks to my work, but I am now willing to go out of my way to drive to another one. I'm a nice person, without many demands, and I'm not picky. Maybe the store manager there was having a bad day but he was not nice. If you want a good drink, go to another.

I'm a huge lover of starbucks but this time I went to starbucks I was DISGUSTED with how rude the server was then to top it the "manager" was rude(However I do not truly believe that was the manager she was much to rude and lied more then once). I need to gush about the staff of the Starbucks at 701 9th Street next to the Pepco building. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, remembering names and drinks by the regulars - but they are also heros in my book. I dropped my little Prada crossbody bag in their store and walked to my office and it was probably a half hour before I realized it was missing. My little bag contained my entire life -- iphone 5, credit cards, driver's license, cash. I walked back to the store and the wonderful staff returned it to me. Awesome!! Totally made my year!

Do you realize that you have everything on your webpage except store hours what is wrong with you?. How on earth do you expect people to know when the .... your open ?

We were trying to order something that is not on the typical on the menu and the cashier quickly said something that is on the menu it was not what we wanted and he was visibly agitated and very animatedly pecked at the register. Increased the price and grabbed the money out of my hand. We did not get what we wanted but did not want to deal with that person again

It was like little Chinatown here today there were so many Asians - loud, clapping hands, talking laughing. It like they have no sense of manners or awareness that others may want to have a conversation or visit with friends. Totally a bummer! We just left.

Well to my understanding the manger she hires felons do not do backgroung checks for certain employees n do not do drug test for drug users so anyone can basically work there n I know for a fact cuz my friend is currently working there

The staff particularly the older ones are unfriendly and lack the world famous Starbucks attitude. I've been to many Starbucks shops in the US and never had a bad experience. This is the first. I was served lukewarm coffee early morning, with no greeting or eye contact and an attitude as if they were doing me a favor and I was an inconvenience to them. My advice- go to the next Starbucks location. Avoid this one....

Dogs are allowed inside the store and at the food bar. These are not Service dogs. Otherwise, Wa State Health Regs say animals are not allowed inside the restaurant. The staff choose to ignore the animal's presence altho staff are supposed to be knowledgeable of the health rule requirements.

This starbucks is always consistent with their drinks, yummy yummy! And staff is very courteous and friendly!

Barista on duty on 05/26/2013 at around 330PM, Sunday, did not know the rules of a Gold Card Member request for coffee refill [did not leave the store]. Customer service was less than desirable. Treated the customer like he was a nuisance and a bother to the barista. Corporate Starbucks will definitely hear about this incident.

I love the coffee there, specially after talking to that sweetheart young lady Ashley (as I'm assuming her name spelling), she makes every customer like family, appreciated by just being there to have his/her coffee or any other beverage, I love her.

We just moved to Temecula and visited this location. They feature ample inside and outside seating and a very friendly staff. We will definitely be back often. In fact, this will be our official meeting place.

So I know that all Starbucks should deliver the same experience, but sometimes certain locations are nicer than others. This is the case with the Starbucks on North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey. The baristas are always friendly, they have a nice amount of seating options and the music is always great too. A perfect spot to unwind or grab a meeting ;-)

I was disappointed by the standard of cleanliness of the premises. Dirty tissues on the floor, grubby table tops and dirty floors, walls and light switches. May be Starbucks could spend some of the money they save on taxes to employ underpaid cleaners to clean the dirt?(physically, not metaphorically)

Stopped in Thursday evening for a coffee the cashier was texting on her phone and the guy who was suppose to be making drinks was handing a carton of milk to a customer so she could add more mike to her drink. The cashier did not stop texting, I gave her my order to which she responded very flippantly to him "did you get that" The whole experience was rude and not professional. The morning crew is much more friendly and professional. If I want another coffee in the evening, I'll drive to a different location.

I go to this location every weekday morning and usually once over the weekend. It's usually a very busy place both inside and drive-in and parking can be a challenge but always well worth the wait. They greet me (and most of the other morning coffee lovers)by name. My usual Trenta Iced Coffee and Blueberry Oatmeal can be an expensive daily habit but worth it. Everyone is always pleasant no matter how busy they are. It's a great start to my day.

The recent remodel of the interior is great and increased seating.

I am a customer of this location on a frequent basis on my way to work Most of the staff are friendly but a couple are surly, What a way to start the day I expect prompt service and accurate orders This has not happened on a few occasions. I will not recommend this location to anyone Upon my complaint this morning my order was thrown at me

I've never had such a great Starbucks experience until I went to the broadview Starbucks. The barista by the name of Jovana was so wonderful and sweet. Never had a problem once there. There is a few other people there that are just as great socially but she's just a beauty and honers me with her presence when she's working. This will always be my Starbucks of choice

This location was not busy one other person at the drive through. Over 5 minutes to get a short American Misto X-hot Non fat 1 pump peppermint / the drink had no peppermint in it also it was no x-hot and I had no time to go back / I also ordered oatmeal with warm milk on the side , they did not do this she added a wee bit of milk to the cereal , not what I asked for Just not a good start to my day

I live and work in gardnerville.I visit this starbucks 1 to 2 times PER DAY.I pulled in to the parking lot at 9:02 pm and called the store to see if they were still serving.My call was answard by a young man.I asked if they were still serving? The young man said yes we close at 9:10.that only gives you two mins.I quickly pulled up to the sign to place my order.needless to say I was l left sitting there with no responce.after awaiting about three mins I pulled though, l noticed that there were two employees standing in the coffee prep area talking.it appears they were ok with not making the sale.

Probably the worst starbucks in San Antonio!...No kind of customer service what so ever (unless its super selective, and im just not as lucky). Because its so close to home, I've been "forced" to come here many times,...but I prefer to take any opportunity to drive a few extra miles to the next starbucks. DRIVE THRU if you must

I love Starbucks but i suggest you go to another location. You never know the kind of service you'll receive. It's sad but I used to go this store often but no more due to the unfriendly environment. The baristas seem to be in a constant state of misery. Not sure if it's due to new management. Starbucks is suppose to be a welcoming place.

Bad customer service!! Waiting in line as several people's orders were served to them. I had to get back on the line to ask them were was my bagel, after the cashier looked at me several times as she continued to serve people that came in the door after me. She then sent someone else to get my bagel and ask that i wait for it. Yeah right after I already waited 10 minutes patiently not for any exotic coffees or tea's just a damn bagel!!

Starbucks at 3725 116th street, ne right off I-5 Exit 202 go East, in Marysville, WA is a wonderful neighborhood Coffee Shop. Employees always greet everyone with a smile and cheerfulness. When they see me they pull out my Grande mug, "Awake" Tea bag, 4 packets of honey & proceed to make me a great cup of hot tea! Tyler usually makes it for me and it is always perfect. I love this Starbucks at Exit 202 off Interstate 5 East

Star Bucks have closed all there stores to the same hours the streets roll up. Star Bucks do not advertise any of there sales, coupons,hours,new jobs. Where are the Drive thru only for late nights? Or Lets think out side of the box. Open early drive thru for the ones need a coffee before work? They have my e-mail but send nothing!? Come on Get with the program.

The customer service at Starbucks is excellent. Of course when an individual is a repeat customer it tends to be better.

The staff is kind and patient. Great coffee. Love your chai tea, and the pastries. My only complaint is not being able to locate Starbucks hours online. I understand that the hours vary, but at least provide a working phone number to call and find out if your business is open. At minimum provide what your hours tend to be, and if you're open on Sundays.

Always fast, friendly and cheerful...one time some poor dude's car broke down in the drive-thru and we all had to back out....we went in to get our drinks and they told us they were all going to be free for being understanding - now that's the old-fashioned kind of customer service that people seem to have forgotten - these guys deserve a raise!

They really are right when they say you pay for service! Every time I go to this Starbucks, I am treated with the utmost respect and orders are delivered fast and spot on every time. The atmosphere in the store is very nice. The place is clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff are always there to do their best in getting you everything you need

I stap by this location last week around 8:05pm to purchase lemond pound cake and a coffee the lady on the reigster told me that it's about to close so they can' sell the pound cake am just wondering what is the sturbucks police I have a bad experiance during my visit
