Called the local store for Boxing Day hours, was directed to their web page, and found no helpful information.
Tried two locations. Cannot contact by phone. Phone just rings and rings
I called and waited on hold for a store representative, no one answered. I called back, tried again - same result. The store must be closed.
Store is CLOSED! Surely because of poorly trained and unhelpful staff. First-hand experience on this.

Bought a computer at a decent price. Little did I know that the store was not prepared to back up their product. I went back to get some assistance and was told that I had to pay several additional dollars for various packages to assist me with getting to use the computer. What a rip off.
The copy and print shop has always made my jobs look great! It is a very busy location, but the staff seems to find time for personal service.
Having problems trying to find your hours on line for Aulds Rd location?
Since the Chemong Rd Staples has closed, I find the copy center in the Park Street Staples to be extremely slow, either to get something printed or to pick up an online order. Most of the time when I go to the store there is only one associate behind the desk, who has to handle all the traffic. Even to pick up an order emailed in and paid for is the worst!!
It is so stupid not put hiurs here instead writing hours the same as Staples stores. So stupid!

I was line up on one lane waiting to pay, cashier asked me to go to another lane to pay because there is another cashier open. When I went to another lane they took another customer already. I lost my turn because I am suppose to be next on 1st line. I am very angry. The cashier said she did not know. I think they should have a better arrangement before sending the customer to another lane.

You should update your hours on line. Very disappointed that it shows that you are opened until 8 pm. I traveled a distance to your Cortland location to find that you were closed at 7 pm! Took my business elsewhere.
The manager was a piece of work. Had him for a salesman - he tried to imply we should be grateful just to come to his sh-tty store and offered no deals or courtesy .
Bad prices
The pricing for laminating shown on-line is one dollar less than the pricing in the store. When I questioned this, I was told that the pricing shown on-line is for on-line shopping only. No where on the web site does it state this.
They are now located in a mall near the corner of St. Laurent and Donald Street where Bouclairs used to be and where THEIR website still says it is. Clean layout with not a lot of floor staff, but knowledgeable when tracked down.
Terrible service for repairing computers,at the Pembroke store mine has been there a week now, They haven't looked at it yet !!! Excuses are many but unbelievable

Never heard of a large store where business "hours may fluctuate". Not exactly a "business plan". I would like to see what the "open" hours are. It's important to me, because I usually need the store early in the morning, and/or very likely just before closing time.

I went there to have 150 pages photocopied, the young man with glasses (who was doing no photocopying) said it would be a half hour, I questioned the lenght of time - went to the store on Lansdowne, done in five minutes.
great service in and out fast
Staff is helpful, courteous and personal copiers are easy to use. I do several project drafts each week. Last week, I needed a rush lamination and the staffer did a great job. Colour laser print job costs are high, but the quality is good.
I ordered an item online a month ago and still didn't receive the item

There are no words to describe this horrible place, it is impossible to get any kind of service here. If you have a question at the copy center you get a "duh" look. After many years of "dealing" and I use the term loosely, I now go a few blocks down the street to the local guys. There I get excellent service!
Not impressed with their full service copy center! Dropped off documents 4 my divorce on Sunday morning. The lady said it would take FOREVER. I said, could u give me an actual time. She said 4hrs. Never called me. I called 2 min b 4 closing. She didn't even start it. What?!
We wanted print out some pictures and the man at the picture centre told us to go talk to an agent on the computer. if i wanted to talk to a computer i would of stayed at home.

How can one figure out their hours of operation. It's not posted on the website and you try to phone and the message says "Thank you for calling. Good bye." What kind of message is that.

I came o the store t 8:56pm close to closing and they closed the doors already, so I knocked the teller made eye contact with me then turned away I waited for 5 minutes then a teller came and said sorry we are closed it's 9:01 pm and I explained and they wouldn't hear it. Just a typical staples move I'm extremely disappointed with their performance I'm never using this store again
After calling and going through the menu then waiting on hold the automated system just hung up on me. Not once, not twice but three time. This was during regular working hours. They must not need the money. Man I miss small Mom and Pop stores. I guess this is what they call progress.
Store hours at Tolmie location in Victoria should be displayed on website. Had to phone in and listen to all the many options before finally getting a real person to tell me how late the store is open. A real waste of time and very draconian, especially when it is getting close to closing time.

This place is pretty decent. At least they acknowledge you and assist. Better than Office Depot, dont go to Office Depot. their manager Ron very rude.
I baut a pencil there it was nice the store was clean and nice and the girl who sold me pencil was pretty and I want marry her make her make me babbees and cook for me I like Staples lots

I tried to find out when your store opened but all it said was that the hours of operation are flexible. As such so is where I decided to shop for my company. Hopefully you will fix this in the future.
Where do I find the store hours???? I also had to phone the store, listen to message & finally talk to a staff memebr before getting the store hours information. Found what I needed in Walmart instead.

Terrible customer service! Especially concerning electronic devices. Bought a tablet a month ago, now can't get internet. After trying all my other options ( tech. support on line, internet provider, etc.) I was told to go back to store. When I did, I was told to wait, TWICE, and to sit in the furniture dept., where the tech almost forgot about me. When he did service me, the problem was NOT solved. I was told to go home and try this...unbelievable! What happened to REAL customer service? And the reason you have a job is because we are buying your merchandise?
Was promised that my order would be ready within 6 hours, only to find that I had to wait 3 days. Never doing business with them again.
I was there at about 11:40am intending to buy a lap top computer. I looked around, walked around and not one sales person was in sight. I checked again before I left and no one was available. As I walked out, the 2 cashiers at the register did not even ask if I had found what I wanted. You lost a sale.
I do not know why a store that sells computers would not be able to update its store hours. I had to phone long distance to find out this information and then I had to listen to a recording before I got to the relevant info. This is really not very good for customer relations. How long could it take for someone to put the information on your website?
Staff is great--well informed and very helpful. Been there for computer ink about six times during the last four months and they are always out. Have now given up shopping there. When it comes to their phone message/computer information about store hours, the computer says it may fluctuate --not a good answer for the interested purchasing public. The phone message does not provide the necessary information either. When called today, it was posted as of the Labour Day weekend and does not provide info, about being opened Sundays which I know they are. I use this establishment now only as a last resort.

Since Saturday I have been trying to get a poster printed, they can't get it done. The attendant tried his best, but he only has 2 hands. The manager when addressed on the defensive. It ridiculous to wait 45 min. For something and to be told you can't get it it's going to be tomorrow.
Used to be good but yesterday went there for some color printing and the machines would not accept my CC ...asked for staff help and it only gets worse ...managerial staff must have changed and is horrible.
Brought laptop in for repair. Not fixed. Sent out again. Talked to 9 techs, asst mgr & mgr: "sorry, computer will come in soon." NO COMPUTER 42 DAYS. Am out $439.98, $2000 laptop & 42 aggravating days. CAN U AFFORD TO DO BUSINESS HERE.
No less than 5 youthful employees chatting with each other yesterday when I was shopping for either a desk top PC or a lap-top, not one offered any help. I was the only customer in the entire section. I inadvertantly made an alarm go off on a lap-top, which prompted a young man to come over. He turned it off and apologized. I said to him, "at least that's one way to get some help." He sauntered off to his social gathering of fellow employees. I left the store, likely never to return.
Just returned home from St Albert Staples from out of town. Was there to shop for or get some help on replacing my hard drive/tower on my computer. Stood in this section for 15 to 20 minutes and received no help. No less than 5 youthfulness employees all gossiping. One young man came over when an alarm of some sort went off when I touched a button on a lap-top that was displayed. He turned it off and apologized. I replied that maybe that's the only way to get help in the store, yet he returned to his social gathering of Staples employees. That's when I made my exit, never planning to return again. Thanks.
Great office / school supplies, one can always find items in store, no waiting for things to be ordered in, that is very valuable in the time crunch world we live in.
This store always has what I need, and the print services department has been very fast and easy to work with. I've also made good use of the Rewards Points--a company-wide benefit, not just this store. My only issue is that some things are hard to find, little miscellaneous office stuff is not always in the place I expect it to be. You know, all that random stuff in your top desk drawer.

I took advantage of the free tuneup at gainesville Staples store had great service and my computer is working much better. I have another computer that I will take in on May 18th when they have there Tech event.
Barry and Kate in the copy center are AWESOME. They always go out of their way to provide me with excellent and friendly service, and they are very knowledgeable. Barry and Kate are the reason I go out of my way to get my projects done at Staples!

I went there this evening, as I needed a poster printed. To my understanding, the store closes at 9 p.m. I arrived at 8:20 pm and waited at the counter for someone to approach me. Not only did it take them awhile, but when the worker behind the counter finally noticed me, she was very rude. She refused to print my poster and said they were "behind in printing since there were a lot of people coming in to print posters all day, and online." I proceeded to tell her how important it was that I have it printed my tomorrow morning. She laughed at me for waiting until the very last minute. VERY VERY RUDE. I will never go back to this staples again. I ended up going to Walmart to get my poster printed. Might I add that the gentlemen there gave me exceptional service.
You guys are life savers! I have this report due tomorrow and I don't have a way to print it. Thank goodness you guys open so early. Thank you so much!
I find myself shopping in staples like I'm at walmart :) lol I love staples like I'm always going for one thng and end up seeing there low prices and other reduced items and you come out happy and loaded with all the things you needed and more MS.DEE
I needed to do some computer work and had to bring my 2-year old daughter with me, as mothers and parents sometimes need to bring their children with them while we shop and do errands. I will admit, she was crying (she is 2), but not for very long, and I was told that I needed to get her under control or we had to leave. I was in shock and left in tears because I couldn't believe someone would say that to me/us. I thought I was a paying customer too, but apparantly not.
Always get exc service from staff. They go that extra mile to make sure you have a good shopping experience
5 star service at the Mason City, Staples location. All associates were very pleasant and I found exactly what I wanted. No complaints

Employees do not know the difference between CD-R, CD+R, DVD-R or DVD+R to give you enough information to make an informed decision.
Customer Service 101 should teach employees not to have lollipops in their mouths when speaking to customers at the checkout. How disappointing.

Since Staples at 57th and 6th closed earlier this year, I've been shopping for new spot to turn copies around quickly and professionally for my business. The 24 hour Kinko's on Columbus Circle is a nightmare - machines are always "down", they are always "backed up" and you have to beg these guys to do your copying for you. Not so at Staples on Park Ave. They're terrific! Even in the wake of Hurricane Sandy they cranked out and bound copies while I waited - with a smile and a thank you. You have a happy new customer, Staples Park Avenue. I think you're great!!
