Sales Rep are very helpful....

My son ordered a phone online and opted to pick it up at the camp bowie location and they tried to convince him to cancel his on line order and re do his application in their store so they could get the sale. They tried to act as if the system was down and refused to release the phone even though they had the phone, the order and confirmation. Horrible people and service.

I went to this location once to ask a question concerning my contract and when I would be available. The people who worked there were very rude and made me feel like they just wanted me to hurry up and leave. I am going there today (only because it BY FAR the closest sprint store) and I hope to get very different service.

This is the worst place to come to. I came for a repair on my iPhone. And the people in there had no clue what they were doing A 10 minutes repair and they could not perform. After over a hour hearing excuses I took my phone back and left They are so incompetent

I had been with Sprint over ten years. My phone was stolen and I had insurance through Sprint. They said no problem my phone would be at the store the next day. I was on my way to the hospital but checked in frequently. They told mr after several days that it could noy be delivered to the store. My PO Box, work or at home unless I was there to sign for it. That was not an option since I live alone and was in the hospital. They said it was not their problem. Still no phone, big bill. They suck!!!!!

Purchased 3 phones from this store a couple of years ago. Salesman was a bit rude but we got good deals. Went back to upgrade and met with a very rude sales person. We left and went elsewhere. Went again to buy a case. Was greeted warmly until we said why we were there and were then ignored. When we asked for help it as add hard to get an answer even though the store had no other customers. Decided to leave and order online.

Doesn't matter what our issue is with Sprint, bill, phones, etc - they have always been there to answer any questions and help every way they could. I will renew my contract with Sprint next March when my agreement ends.

Will never go to Sprint again. Purchased a tablet and returned it within two days to fine out there is a $75 restocking fee other wise I had to keep the device. So $75 later I have nothing from sprint. The customer service was awful.

Went in to upgrade phone. After spending almost 2 hrs to upgrade to a bare bones call/text unit I ended up receiving an incorrect bill/problems with the rebate being denied/then received a bill and noticed my company discount wasn't applied to the bill. Prox 5 hours of trying to get this cleared up. Ofcourse when you call customer service 2 minutes are spent listening to a message in different languages asking how I want to pay my bill

Just spent the last 4 hours trying to get my old phone number back after an employee at this location changed it without my authorization or consent. Apparently someone was able to get into our account without the security pin or answers to the security questions. What a mess! Be weary of this store...

Had a great experience at this store my iphone locked up so I took it in there computers would not reset it..employee used his own personal laptop and got my phone up and going...don't know how he did it but I only lost my pics don't remember his name but awesome service we be back

I am trying to upgrade to an iPhone and called the Hendersonville location for assistance. The gentleman that answered had an ATTITUDE!! I was planning on ordering on line from the Sprint website. He said we won't be able to transfer my number, etc.. He said he would not honor the price Sprint was offering. I have been to this location three times to have my present phone fixed. No one seems to know what they are doing. Fed up with Hendersonville store!!!

The worst lack of customer service I have experienced! They will greet you when you walk in the door, beyond that don't expect ANYTHING!! They put people on hold for long lengths of time, they close the door so they can chat in the back room, if a salesperson doesn't want to deal with someone they simply go in the back room and avoid you. HORRIBLE!!

I renewed my contract and purchased a new phone at this Sprint location (today). Omar Grant was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He represents your business well. (And no, I didn't know him until today :)

I went to see why my phone was not charging and he said the port in the phone was broken and I needed a complete new phone. I went to another sprint store and they just sold me a new charger, and everything has been fine. I lost faith in this sprint outlet and would not go back.

Service has gone way downhill in last few years. Old staff that new what to do is no longer around and replaced by incompetent sales people who can't listen or offer and true assistance. Affiliate markets suck.

Worst customer service ever. I am having problems with my phone so I wanted to know if they could fix it or if I should upgrade and sign un for 2 more years. The store manager was busy (I don't know why I was the only customer) but there was a girl helping him into doing nothing. He didn't even let me finish the question, he just told me "we don't do repairs, what do you want me to tell you?" Like I say I was going to sign up for two more years but I wont, I'll change service now. Don't go there 11/5/13

I love coming to this location when I need an honest and best opinion when it comes to my phone and service plan. Each staff member is very informed. Overall it's the best sprint store in the area.

This place is horrible. They added money on my bill for a activation fee that I wasn't supposed to pay. Then the store manager called up my wife and I and said we stole merchandise, then the sales rep Tracy who helped us originally said everybody in the store was talking about us as thieves, then they called and apologized, then after apologizing said that we were being investigated by police. They don't know how to handle customers at all

There is one person that works in this store that understands the meaning of good customer service. The others are rude and very unhelpful,

This particular store is a piece of shit with employees who either don't give a shit or don't know shit. I have had my phone replaced 5 times already. That's right 5 freakin times and I am still having the same damn issues. If u have any issues with your phone or are looking for a new phone provider stay away from this store. You might as well buy a prepaid phone and save yourself the headache of having to deal with Sprint.

I have been going to this particular store for several years. I want to give the staff at this store a round of applause, their customer service skills are outstanding. I was having major phone issues and once it was my turn to be waited on the staff member immediately knew what was wrong with my phone and provided me with several options. Of course not all the options were feasible for me but at least I knew I had options. The follow up they provided was appreciated and the manager Oscar has done an amazing job turning that store around with great people working there. It's nice to visit a store with a staff that has good attitudes. Thanks to you all who work at the Gulf Freeway Sprint Store. Good job!

I have some of the wrist experiences at this store! I have had to come there twice and honestly the associates are rude and one is very disrespectful I don't know his name but he's a heavy set white male with a beard! He over talks the other associates and needs to review customer service! I usually don't do reviews but I honestly feel something needs to be done! The last time I went in I had to spend an additional hour on the phone with sprint bottle fixing the mistakes they carelessly over looked! Which is understandable I work in customer service as well I know people make mistakes but the arrogance I feel is why they made the huge time consuming mistakes they did! Not pleased at all with this branch something needs to be done immediately

Wish I would've read the reviews before I went here. I don't even know why this store is open. They should start giving out phones for people to use until the other one get in since it don't come in on time..I've been without a phone for over a week. Suppose to be 3-5 days though? Oh. Then when you call the employees seem so unconcerned and hesitant to answer questions. I'm just a very concerned customer who would like to have their phone anytime now.

There are three guys in Cary Sprint store. They are the best team. I am Sprint customer for 10 years, finally I got the dream team to help me on my three new iPhones.

This place is a joke, I am a supporter of shop local-buy local but i will never step foot in this place again, I go in for a upgrade and they tell me they are reserving the phone i want for new customers only.....what a joke when i am an existing customer already....my recommendation is go to the Ahwatukee store, much better service and I got the phone I wanted .

I've been to this Sprint store twice and both times, I have come out feeling embarrassed and unsettled. The employees come off as uncaring and unsympathetic and make it difficult to ask questions. When I do muster up the courage to ask something, they roll their eyes and speak to me as if I was mentally challenged. And at the end of the day, they just can't help me. They say it's not possible and send me off - funny, then I go to a different Sprint store and the problem is solved in 10 seconds. Either shut down this store or get new employees PLEASE.

Beware of this location if needing repair. They've refused to fix my phone several times, claiming "water damaged". They got me the first time, convincing me that replace the phone was the only option. Shortly there after the new phone failed, and I was told the same. After hearing them give another 3 people in line the same excuse, I took it to another location where they informed me that was not the case, and fixed it with no issues. This location is close to my house, so I've kept going out of convenience, thinking one location to be as good as the next, but have learned they are not affiliated with each other. This location has done this to me 5 out of 6 times, each with the same conclusion. My phone was not water damaged. This last time took the cake though. The Tech not only gave me the same line, but also broke the housing and put the speaker back in upside down. I had my doubts before, but it is official now. This location hates Sprint customers. Don't be next!

These people are crocks. I bought a Internet card from them that was broken. They sent it back to corporate to be fixed it stilll came back defective. I was told after that by the store to bring it in so they could send it backfor a refund.Needless to say 2 months later I still dont have my money for the card. I also went to the store personally only to be lied to saying they sent it off but I found out that never happen. To this day im still receiving messages for the manufacturer saying they dont have it yet. My advice to you is to run if your considering dealing with this store..

I called this sprint office about a phone upgrade.The representative was rude and obnoxious and when I tried to explain my problem he hung up on me.In fifty years of dealing with numerous sales persons this was undoubtedly the most horrible sales representative i have met

This store is a third party store and because of that they do not want to help you. If you need to go to a sprint store go to the one on Battleground. Much better customer service there.

Ok so I have never ever wrote a review but I feel the need to express the excellent customer support I received when I needed it with my phone. The guy who helped me was honestly just doing his job but I have to say he made a normally frustrating experience a relaxed one. I was given the remote to turn on the TV being that it was when they first opened, I brought in my laptop just to pass time and he went out of his way ( all while helping I believe it was 3 other customers) to show me how to back up and restore my phone while I was there something he really did not have to do. I am not saying his name due to the fact he seems like he is not one to relish the rewards of simply doing a good days work but I am certain he knows I am referencing him. Thanks for all your help over the past couple of weeks with my HTC One I truly appreciate it bro.

Went to the sales person, he lied to me said my area was covered. Said network is the best, no worries. Purchased 5 lines, did not work in my area not even 1 bar. Sprint Corp agreed, return the phones no charge. The store will not accept resp. wants to charge me 175.00 restocking for phones I could not use and returned within 12 hours (the very next morning.) 2 were not even opened! This store will not follow corp direction or policies, just want to screw you out of money. AVOID!

The "customer service" rep on duty today really made my day! I hate wasting time, money, energy, etc. I called this store to inquire about a charging/synching cable for an iPhone 4, guy on phone said yes and quoted me a price. I drove 10 miles to get there and found that the cable was in stock and was indeed the price he quoted, however when he rang it up it was a few dollars more. I kindly requested he walk over to where the price was listed, he didn't bother, abruptly stating he "couldn't change the price", and said it very nastily! Not once did he apologize. I know I should've received the advertised price, I had to file a complaint because that is just not how you treat your customers! That guy needs a career change!

My phone would not take a charge and ended up finding out the port was corroded. They fixed the part free of charge. They were so nice and friendly about everything. A++ experience :)

Will never step inside this store again. Was there today 8/7/13. Manager is extremely arrogant. Cannot believe someone with that attitude gets a job as a manager. He must be related to the owners. No wonder no customers are ever there when I go in there.

I have 8 lines or more with them. They basically have taken care of everything I needed over the past 3 years. They had the same level of service when I had only one. If the guys in the store can do it, they will. Good experience overall. I would reccomend them.

Was on a business trip yesterday and my Samsung phone quit working. I had to take a taxi since I was in Oklahoma City on business and did not have a rental car. The man or should I say boy that helped me would not do anything and told me to come back tomorrow. Another associate came over and I told him the other person would not help me and that it cost me $30 for a taxi. They both started laughing about it. Very unprofessional. I called sprint customer service and made a formal complaint. They said they would investigate.

sprint keeps telling customer that they are taking over us cellular. US Cellular sold a cpl territories to sprint up North but no where around Kansas. Are they just ill informed or are they just liars? US Cellular is here to stay or why else would they have spent nearly 1.5 billion dollars to bring in the i phone if they were selling out to a company that aleady carries it

The Sprint store at 11461 W. Oakland Park Blvd. in Sunrise is the only Sprint store that I will go to. I have been going there for the past 5 years and it has been an enjoyable experience every time. I have never received better service anywhere else.

I went there to get my HTC Evo serviced, they told me they don't have parts for that phone anymore because they stopped making them and then asked if I was eligible for an upgrade. He told me they don't service phones there and told me where to go to get phone serviced,but that they would probably just replace it.

Needless to say Imgot the phone fixed and they even replaced my screen. Some of these sales people really think we are stupid. I've had other similar experiences at this location. I won't bother going there again.

Switched from ATT to Sprint and came to this store to make it happen. Staff was awesome and friendly. I was greeted promptly in a friendly way, not cold and unprofessional like other places which made me feel comfortable. I was attended to promptly and everything was explained to my satisfaction.

I left with 2 new phones (Samsung Galaxy S4 and iPhone 5) and feel confident about using them. The functions of the phones were explained to me and I was asked to contact them if I was dissatisfied with anything at all. If you're up for an upgrade or want to check Sprint out, go to this store. They'll treat you right.

don't say anything negative about Sprint service or phones otherwise management will re nig on they're claim to help fix the phone. they will come right out and say they did not even offer the service at their soecial price. Even when an employee who sides with you and is willing to help and agrees an offer was made they are told to shut up go into the back and not to wait on the customer because no offer was made

Don't say anything in a negative way to management they will refuse to help you as the claimed. They will deny anything they said. Management will even tell employees who side with you and want to help they must shut up and go into the back because they said no such thing.

I was in on Wednesday July 3rd in the morning. I went in for 2 reasons first buy a new phone and pay my bill. The sales lady was very unknowledgeable. She wasn't able to answer any questions I had about the phones. When it came to paying my bill she told me it was over 250.00 and I know my bill shouldn't be that amount. When I asked why it was so high all she could do was say she didn't know and wasn't willing to help me find out even though I was the only one in the store she kept using her phone and texting or web surfing while trying to help me supposedly figure out my bill and activate the new phone

I came to this store by the advise of the Sprint customer rep because I was having difficulty with a phone that I purchased 3 months ago. The phone would just die out of the blue so I went in with the intentions that the technician would help solve the issue. The staff was so unprofessional and very confrontational with me, I could not believe their behavior. I know personal information that I should not know. When I asked who is the manager I was very dissappointed that the rep who called herself "manager." Was the most rude and extremely unprofessional. Of course they were not helpful at all! That is sad this is a new store-they need new people professional and knowledgeable reps already!

my phone clearly needed a new battery. it was so warped it was spinning. the guy eric was so rude and dismissive! the store was full of people needing help with their crappy sprint phones. i just needed them to order a battery. there were eighteen people waiting! and this one lady was chatting and wasting time!

I have been dealing with this location since around 1997. In fact, I signed up with Sprint at this location. Today, I went in to shop for a Smartphone. Theree was only 1 employee in the store with 4 people waiting for service. I consider this non-existent customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
