After you change the personal you had before all those women give the worst service ever I have been without a phone for a week thanks to them now I ha e to drive more so I don't go to that store where I use to buy my phone

Scammers, Stay away.. charging me for phone service and I never received any phones. Owner is useless. I called the owner several times and he never was not able to take care of the issue or return my phone calls.

Have been there 2 times and both times they did not have the phone I wanted iphone 4s and 5s I would always call and check before you waste a drive and a wait.

The employee I spoke with was not at all helpful. When I told what I wanted and asked for a printout of the plans and costs, she told me, "Our plans are online." When I asked about a phone, she suggested I come back later and talk to "someone who knows more".

In case you don't know, this is a franchisee, not a corporate store. I suggest you go to a corporate place. I think you will get better service

Went in with huge issue...broke my phone screen..was handled by the staff with in an hour and was given a brand new replacement. Willl definitly recommend people. Awesome customer service. Manager is great. Makes sure things happen for you.

I have used this store for both technical issues and to buy new products and it is one of the best I have ever been in and that covers my living in the Pittsburgh area, California, and Tennessee. The staff are courteous, knowledge, and extremely helpful. If you are thinking of changing to Sprint, upgrading your service, or just adding a new piece of equipment to toot plan this is the place to go.

they will not give you all the imfo. you need to know they just want you to sign and hook you so beware and will not work with you after the sale

The Sprint Store in Woddstock is AMAZING!!! They have great service and they help you with almost every problem that you have!! I definitely recommend this store if you have any questions, concerns, or you just want to get a new phone!!! Definitely and excellent store.

No greetings when you walk in the door. I have talked to talked to 3 people there and they are all idiots. No one has a clue as to what is going on. Don't go there as you'll just end up making a trip to maple grove or Hopkins so don't even bother wasting your time

Was sold a phone and given completely bogus information on billing and offered ABSOLUTELY NO resolution to the results of their "mistake" or was it an out right lie? And after 24 hours I still have not heard from the Store Manager!

This store has terrible customer service. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and waited 30 minutes until someone even looked in our direction. There were only 2 other customers and 2 employees. very irritating.

No one has a clue of what's going on in that store They aren't a corporate store so you can never get phones unless you order them and you still wait long periods of time I would not recommend them at all get service from somewhere else

I always preorder my phone from them and they are always the last store to receive shipment. They should be getting it at the same time as everyone else people that have preordered after me at different stores have already gotten their phones

After a recent visit to the Eagan Sprint store to preorder an iPhone for myself & one for my grandson and to discuss changing plans, my family was extremely impressed with the service we received. There is a new manager & he knows what it takes to manage a business. Employees were professional & quick to help everyone that came in.

This store has the rudest employees, they are out to grab your cash and run, no service after the sale, know the law for retail, they will try and tell you one thing and stick you, selling useless phone insurance that will get you a refurbished phone that will be worse than the one you turned in, staying away is your best bet.!!!!!!

I have never been around such great customer service. I will not go into all of the problems I was having, but they were all solved before I left the store. The manager stepped into the process when things slowed and made things happen. Thanks for everything!

Poor customer service. Technician looked over phone and said charger was unfixable and offered replacement. Manager called back and said never mind we found water damage and will not replace it. What? You don't tell someone we will replace your phone and then change your mind. Bad service.

I usually go to the Eden Prairie Sprint Store because I had a few ppor experiences at Chaska but they were able to fix my charging issue and did it free of charge.

This Sprint store is the BEST customer service Sprint store that I have been to. I now do all my servicing thru them. Top notch people that are very attentive to your needs.

I recently visited the sprint store on Saturday , me my daughter and my niece were wanting to switch to the sprint family plan it was confusing however Ben explained it throughly on more then one occasion even writing it down and going over costs and how it work and everything .... WHO DOSE THAT ?? I was extremely satisfied and will recommend this store to every anyone

I will never go to this location again, I show them my problem with my phone and the man that was assisting me, without even looking at it he told me that they can't help (very rudely!!). He didn't even explain why they couldn't help me. I stood there in line for a hour just to be treated hateful!!!

This store has no morals about customers. Phone less than 60 days old got so hot you could not hold in hand. Their comment oh it's the battery. Would not exchange phone so I gave it to them and walked out. Terrible store and Sprint run as fast as you can.

I have spent numerous occasions at my local sprint outlet on Harding highway, usually to gain support on addressing phone issues. But, every time I'm greeted in a timely fashion, an my problem is resolved within 5-15 minutes, I give this place a 5-star!

We went in to replace the wife's phone. The salesman was determined on making me upgrade my plain to the family plain. You would think when someone tells you that you don't want it 12 times you would get the hint. We left this store and went to the sprint store in the Polaris Mall and those guy where great.

Crooks! Selling insurance packages against Sprint policy. Lying and cheating their way to company incentives. Don't buy the insurance. Not required - ever - according the store Asst. Store Manager Tina. Told by reps there was no way to opt out until 30 days after when we purchased the Iphone 5S. LIES! 3/3/14.

This was the worst service i have ever gotten. Not only did i wait a good half hour before i got waited on next they didnt know what they were doing. Then someone called while i was being waited on and they lied to this man saying they checked in the back on his phone when they didnt.

I love this sprint store they are truly respectful and ms.Tina who helped me at the store was an amazing sprint worker lovelove her customer service and her skill she talks clear and looks at the customer and answered all my questions and her help was very excellent I thank you Tina and I will be coming to that store again.

If I can protect one person with this review, it's worth it. Former employee of theirs sold my wife a device under the guise that we would receive a credit on the next statement, also said we could cancel the data package after one month. Said this was a Black Friday promotion. All was not true, now the fellow doesn't even work there (30 days later.) Draw your own conclusions. Management would not rectify the situation and I had to repeatedly call them back for that news. I would visit another store if they won't honor what their employees claim.

They lie to your face and over the phone they never call you back when you try to buy something Danielle Kirby service stinks and her side kick also. They just try to sell crap you don't want and poor service period! Either go to Kroger or Lexington don't waste your time in that store

i've been to a million sprint stores before this one and let me tell you i will definately not be going anywhere else. the staff is amazing i've never ever had an issue when i went there beofre you can tell just by walking in they know everyone personally and it makes me feel good its not just a one person type of thing ... people come in there angry all the time trying to put people down but its not right these people do more than they need to for something as stupid as a cell phone ... if you visit this store as for cindy nick and rami only people i would go to
