Not to bad on a good day
I was told over the phone by a supervisor that I could exchange my cabin case for an alternative one if they didn't have my one in stock because of my inside zipper that had broken.... when i got there they then said.. No I have too pay £20 extra to get an alternative case.... SO WHY LIE & NOT TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Not very helpful there applied for a Christmas job in November got told I got it mid November couldn't start until mid December because they were so laid back and lazy, also couldn't pay when they were meant to!
Pathetic customer service on tills, no queuing system, customers jumping queues... Sort it out sports direct if you want to attract a decent crowd.
Disgraceful customer service regarding refunds - Non given - only a credit note ! Touchwood should be ashamed of themselves having this company in the centre my advice dont shop there - once bitten twice shy!!
After much hassle from the kids i decide to take them to sports direct, the solihull branch. The customer service is superb very lively team they have. Management is very organised and some staff are just amazing i recall one staff member tall stocky asian guy with a funny goatee, he's service was great well spoken and caring made my experience a delight! well done i will defiatley be shopping there again!
The store is good for low cost clothing etc. but I felt compelled to write this review after my last experience there. At the checkout, the sales girl put my shopping in a bag and charged me for it. I was in a rush, and only noticed after I left the shop. I would have returned straight away, but they were closing as I was leaving. The girl didn't ask me if I wanted to buy a bag, nor did I say I wanted to buy a bag. I returned the following morning with the bag, and complained to the manager. I also confronted the girl who obviously denied it. But like all people who lie, she became red when I challenged her version of the 'truth'. As I said to the manager, its not the money, I was really angry at how she thought she could con me, just so she could get a bonus for selling those bags. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund which they don't usually do. It was only 79p, but it was well worth it to see the look on the girls face, thinking she got away with it.
Very disappointing with the service received from the lady who seemed to be in charged of the store when at the check out I claimed that the price on display of the trainers I was about to buy did not match with the price I was being charged, after I'd checked and confirmed with another member of the staff. Felt treated very disrespectfully, Definitely not going back to this store...
