Go there all the time, lots of decorations the only flaw is the costumes are as expensive as 100 dollars normally 50 at the least...

I love this store. Everybody is so friendly and helpful! I love their charity; i asked every single person there about their charity and all of them knew what it was, what it was for, and why it was important to them. Plus you get a couple of good spooks from their animatronics. Their women's costumes? To die for. I even found one that's an Ursula costume, super sexy. Fantastic!!!!!

I went in expecting another haloween store. To my surprise it was like a Haunted house in there. Wow it was amazing! everyone was very helpful and ready to help out :). I also I met the Manager Eddie he was very helpful and his customer service was absolutely outstanding ! Way to go San Marcos. See you guys next year !

The phone number is incorrect and the guy who lives at that number is pretty angry that he's getting calls. I'm surprised that Spirit Halloween hasn't corrected the number this close to the holiday.

It was very clean, and rather organized! The workers were ver nice and really into the "Spirit" of things! Overall a ver nice experience. :-)

You need to change the online phone #. I called it twice and the lady said shes getting about 45 calls a day and some are as late as 11:30. Lost my purchase today because I couldn't contact the store.

My daughter and I were shopping at the last minute and thanks to the wide variety we found an awesome costume.

I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone there. I know people may be busy, but answering the phones has got to be somebody's job. Someone isn't doing their job!!!

I was asking the cashier for hair dye. She didnt understand me because im from another country(though i had never any problems like that for the last 4 years of being in the us). She was nasty. And then was trying to appologize but i just walked out

I love the Spirit store! This is my all time favorite place to be. They have the best costumes, props, and decorations. I love the set up of the store. It's clean and organized, with everything easy to find in the right place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it to find things you won't see anywhere else. They have the costumes my friends and I love in all the right colors and sizes. If I could, I'd spend all day in there just playing dress up and learning to use the props. I hope this store stays opens for years to come.

I always check to see if a store has a variety of employees working there. This store had no older employees but of course I wasn't there everyday. Since it was in my neighborhood and near the Kmart store I only went there nine times. So nine times out of 31 days in October and never saw one older employee. What is happening there Spirit Halloween.
