I really love your store and the products you sell. You have a lot of interesting clothes, trinkets, etc, but that young man who follows you like a hawk every time you move is ridiculous! I couldn't even look at an item in private. He invaded my space and my every move. I'm not a thief, but I sure felt like I was pin pointed as one. It makes me not want to visit your store again. Thanks and get rid of him!
Your Toys Are Amazing! I Will Always Use Them
The most unprofessional place to shop in the mall. First, the workers such as "DD" ignore you while they gossip and it takes everything to get their assistance to get jewelry out of the locked spinner. They are unfriendly and treat you as if you are stupid and wasting your time in their store, time they need for gossiping and flirting with the guys in there. They need to get rid of these workers and hire ones that actually want to work there to sell things, in a friendly manner, to more than just the males they hang all over.
Everytime i go to this store i have the most amazing time with my folks. It's so Thrilling to see the shocks and wonder on their facesat all the gags and anticks that are within those walls. Top quality clothes and merchandise. Never had a better time buying things and lurking around a store.
The mall around is usually dead, but Spencer's is still booming. They might not have many customers either, but their staff is always pleasant. They don't seem to constantly force product down your throat, like their rival stores. I've shopped at this mall as a regular for many years and I prefer it over other nearby malls. It's not as crowded. I feel like I actually have time to shop. Spencer's always has something fun and exciting and my kids seem to enjoy it. On top of that the place seems to always be clean. Sometimes there's weird smells, but you'd only expect that with such an old rundown building. Hopefully they stay for the longrun.
Still sitting here 36 minutes after it was supposed to open..... never has anything in stock.
Since the store has come under new management it is AWESOME. There is always someone to tell me hello and ask me if I need help. Before when I would go in it seemed like I was bothering the workers if I asked a question. The staff is now very friendly and helpful and the store itself looks much better. It is tremendously easier to find things now. Great job Longview!

Spencers us an .awesome store with soooo many gift ideas. From comedian figurines, to adult fun toys, to nick Jr things, teen.cartoon network stuff. Endless cool stuff
I got kicked out because I was just looking at the stuff. On November 12, 2011. It made feel unwelcome and mad. I was NOT causing trouble. Nobody needs to go because if you just touch the stuff and just looking at it, they'll kick you out. Trust me
I was walking into there to spend my extra Christmas money I had left over (50$) and I was just looking at the bracelets and the store managers kept following me around and then I HEARD them criticizing me right behind my back and then an hour later the security guards said that they have banned me from the store when I did noting wrong in the first place. I had a really bad experience at this store and the customer service was TERRIBLE. BAD STORE. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Do not go here unless if you want trouble.
Super friendly workers! Helped me with a problem very quickly and went above and beyond with kindness! Definitely will go back to this spencers.
