NOT GOING BACK
Not only did they rip my skin while waxing me, they charged me twice when I paid with my debit card. It would not have been so bad, but I had paid for a full set, pedi and wax jobs for both my daughter and myself. When I went into their store to ask that they drop one of the charges so that I would not bounce any checks, Helen told me that it was my problem, not theirs. I showed her my online bank statement that clearly showed a double charge, but she did not care. I will NOT be going back!!!
