lack of service
On Jan 7,2013, I went to your cambridge store to return Christmas gifts that didn't fit. I was there at about 10.00-10.30 am. When I walked in, I was not greeted with a "hello", how are you or any other phrase. I told her what I wanted to do, and still no response. She looked absolutely bored and unpleasant. I work in a service industry myself, and if I treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have a job! I thought you should be made aware of this!
