Great employes Good Selection.

The store has great values, but most important for me is the staff. The staff will help me locate items or order one if it is not on shelf. WOW!

Some employees are not helpful and cashier named Ramon need more training how to respect and respond to customers need. You need to double check your receipt before leaving the counter to make sure your not over charge .

I like this store because they have a lot of things I use and it's down the street from where I work. They aren't very friendly, meaning they won't go out of their way to say "Hi". When the lines are long, they will call other cashier's to open. Long as I can get in and out, I'm happy.

I went there tonight and witnessed a man and a woman taking 100.00 worth of meat, that the woman intentionally left in a shopping cart by the door so the man could grab it and run. I told the clerk but she didn't seem to care. I was surprised to learn that there was no security in or outside the store. One of the workers said there wasn't security, but there was cameras....REALLY!!!....what's the point?

I shop here for my work place. The employees are always busy working, but never too busy to answer a question.

Manager needs to be more friendly and relaxed. Workers are informative and allert. Allways ready, to help.

The store is clean, their produce is fresh and the workers are very helpful. I needed an ingredient and a young man helping me took the ladder and found what I needed in the boxes above. Wow! Look out Trader Joe's!!

Clean good flow friendly employees

This store has an excellent meat section! Alcohol and paper goods section are competitively priced. Perfect store for prepping for a party. Better than Costco!

Smart & Final is the smaller faster warehouse store where businesses and households find great savings on quality food and supplies. They have everything you can possibly need.

California State University of Fresno was having a BiZ Games (Business Competition) and one of the topics are Marketing. I walked in the store and was able to speak to manager. He was able to help me on the marketing part and agreed to give me more advice if I needed any.

I enjoy shopping at this store as I find their staff very courteous and helpful. The produce is always fresh and affordable. Another plus, they're walking distance. I already recommend them to all I come in contact with.

I am a unhappy customer and have several issues. One is today I was on line and the person in front of me was returning on a gift card and the cashier didn't know how and asked the manager and she just told him something about hitting the return and he was unable to conmplete it and had to call for the manager again twice,and she finally came and resolved it after me waiting there with my groceries on the counter for quite a long wait. Secondly, there was a quick check that opened a while back which I was happy about but it turned out to be closed 98% of the time, sometimes used for training. I frequently shop there and have just a few items and could not use the quick check.l I was mad about that and stopped going to smart and final as much. Now I am real upset having to wait for the manager so long to help the cashier who was rather nice. I asked her why she did help the first time and she said she was with a cusdtomer. Thirdly, you seem to be short handed on cashiers whick makes the wait time longer and help out to the car harder to get.
