I came in to buy a new mattress set. my salesman was very knowledgeable. I bought a tempurpedic with an adjustable base. I have never slept so well. very happy with slumberland.

I was in this store on a Sunday afternoon looking to buy a new bed for my son. I was the only customer in the store. It looked like 3 sales associates were working that day. NONE of them greated me, asked me if I needed help or offered assistance in any manner. I walked aroung the store and looked a various beds but could not decide without getting some questions answered. I left the store and purchased a new complete bed at a different store.

A warning. They don't live up to their promises and if you are a long term customer, plan to be un-appreciated and treated horribly. They promised us delivery to the Hickman store and when they did not honor the promise-not only no desire to fix it, but also chastised for relying upon the person at the store who said it was possible. No responsibility taken for the error. Be warned. I was a 26-year customer. Not anymore.
