Terrible service. Wrong mattress was delivered, refused to deal with it in a timely manner. Rude every step of the way.

I was mislead during the process of communication with my delivery and had to reshedule, this was very unprofessional and unacceptable

Horrible customer service. Give you the run around and can't get straight answers from anyone. I would never buy a mattress from this company ever again. The last thing I'm getting is a good nights sleep.

I'm in the military and the sales guy gave me an military discount and really educated me on beds. I love my new Simmons queen set and soon I'll see cosmo the sales guy for my memory foam I comfort.

These people at this location don't know much and tried charging me more than the sale price. I recommend going to the sleeps on rt. 38 in Mt holly. They are the best and honest.

A boycott has begun for your location until the ice is shoveled . And maybe your rude manager could use a customer service refresher course. When asked about shoveling she just told me to leave because it is a place of business. Really?? I hadn t noticed. I for one don t appreciate having to walk into a busy intersection because the entire property is covered in ice.

The salesmen at Sleepy's on RT 4 east was exceptional! Highly recommend buying a bed from his store. Gets you the best deal.

No high pressure here. Knowledgeable sales person and great selection. Ask for cosmo he is the manager. I shopped 5 other places but nibody was as knowledgeable than cosmo. He really did help me get the right bed for my price. Thank you cosmo!!! I will be recommending everyone to you. If you live in the area no reason to go anywhere else but to this sleepys when he is working.

wanted to recommend Brian London in the Mt. Kisco store. He was terrific..... very knowledgable, patient, LISTENED and answered all my questions.Did not feel being hustled. Sincerely seemed interested in suggesting the correct mattress for our needs and for us to be happy with the purchase . I highly recommend him.

I was shopping for a new bed and walked in there. The sales lady made me do some survey which I did not want to do and the survey would not load. The lady followed me around as I tried some beds but I was not interested. She kept nagging at me to put a down payment on a mattress as I tried leaving. She even lowered a price to "bare minimum" as she claimed even though the mattress was supposedly at already the lowest price. I refused to put a down payment and she got pissy and I left. I understand sleepys works on commission but that is no way to do it.

My mom and I purchased a mattress from sleepy's about a week and a half ago and we were helped by Tim; he was best sales associate I have ever encountered. Off hand, He was very knowledgeable about the product,very patient, respectable, and made sure we paid the best price for we wanted. Sleepy's is def cheaper than other places in that area. I'm going to go back to him to get a mattress for myself while this Black Friday sale is still on!! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mattress at an affordable price.

I was in back in July 2012 , I put a 50$ cash deposit on a mattress set , I was told that if I changed my mind I would receive my money back , I have gone into the store to try to get my $ back they said I would receive a check in 2 weeks , I waited and got nothing , I called and spoke with several people from the Sleepys 800 # on the website , they said the same thing I would receive my 50$ back in 2 weeks , it's now been over 2 months almost 3 and still have gotten nothing . I do not recommend this business to anyone , I will never purchase anything there again !! I hope that I will hear back from someone soon . Thank you Howard Eckhart and Joanne Ryno
