Me and my wife frequently visit the store and find them quite helpful with most items we are looking for. Not quite as good as before loblaws took over shoppers and made then change some items , namely food items.
Worst customer service ever experienced. Management is rude and suspicious of all patrons.
Please post holiday hours, so we don't have to waste a trip to a closed store...

I called about six times, each time someone picks up puts it on hold, then starts ringing again, then puts it on hold. I tried to speak with someone about a product to see if they carry it instead of going out into the night to see if they sell it at all. Get your crap together and learn how to be professionals!!!!

So the system crashed. Is addition and subtraction beyond the scope of the cashiers? Offered cash and the answer was that the cashier could not log in so sales were off limits! Left the items on the check out counter!! Never to return to your fine store!!
I just waited in line for over 35 minutes while the cashier could not process the lottery ticket request of the woman in front of me. Another cashier finally opened a till, served the last person in line and then closed. When I approached her till asking if she could ring my purchases through, she said "Are you deaf? I told the other "girl" I was closing." This store is TERRIBLE! Please avoid it!!! I tried to give NO STARS but the system wouldn't allow it.
Twice this store short changed me on pills to the tune of 30 + pills worth about $30.00. Second, they take forever to fill orders which are very simple.Third, yesterday I was there to pick up order and believe it or not they had only 4 heart pills (Maxilitine) when it has been a standing order for the past 6 months. They salt the wound even more when they have the gull to tell me I have to wait 20 min so they can gather those 4 pills and put them in a bottle, unbelivable!!! Save the frustration and go somehere else.
They are very helpful, professional and so kind, it has been my favorite pharmacy for several years now.

This store is terrible. The owner in the pharmacy is the worst pharmacist I've ever seen. They fired me for being useless.

Not really a big fan of the store. The pharmacists are patronising and rude. I guess that's what happens when you have fresh ubc grads. I would reccomend walking up the street to 370 east Broadway or even to the shoppers at commercial station, instead the pharmacists and staff there are always willing to go the extra mile for you.
If the treat customers that way, I would hate to see how employees are treated
I was recently assisted by one of the pharmacists in obtaining relief for nerve pain in my hands. He was extremely helpful and explained the product that he thought would help me the most. As usual, I left the store happy.

This is not a 24 hrs pharmacy, it closes at 12 midnight.

This store has horrible customer service. Their cosmetics department has no idea what they are talking about and they are very rude. I wanted to return a cosmetic product and they didn't return it even though there policy says they will return any cosmetic product even if it's open. The supervisor was extremely rude and I will never shop there again and I will make sure all the people I know never shop there either.
Personally I think this location is the second best store in Winnipeg! I absolutely love the store, and the employees! Keep up the great work guys!
Not very good customer services at this location. Drugs are never in stock, also switches prescribed drugs for generic brands. Rude staff. I have had to return several times to pick up prescriptions that weren`t ready. Will not be dealing with this store in the future.
This store is totally awesome. Ahop for all my cosmetics -everyone so helpful Pharmacists are the best in the city-know me and can actually answer all my questions on diabetes-they all are diabetic educators too
AVOID THIS SHOPPERS!! Make sure you open up you products before purchasing. I have bought many empty boxes from this shoppers numerous times its ridiculous!
Be very Careful... had 2 prescriptions wrong- do not go here. If you do, google the med so you know what it should look like. If you do not it could be a very costly mistake. Unfortunately, they have no viable plan to ensure your prescription is correct. To make matters worse. It seems to be a common practice among pharamacys in general. Do not go here and check everything for your own safety. Saying Sorry will not cover the hospital visit-
I visited this location while on vacation after having my suitcase (and other items) stolen from my car. I was treated like garbage and made to feel so uncomfortable I left without purchasing anything. The sales woman followed me around and would not leave me alone. I was picking up some necessity items to replace what had been stolen and obviously did not need help picking out items I knew I wanted. Every time I turned around there she was. I was also replacing products my daughter uses and when she saw me put a particular cover up into my basket she instantly told me my skin was far too mature for this product and I shouldn't be using it. It was for my teenage daughter! A young woman shopper who overheard snickered and I wanted to disappear. I told her it was for my daughter and put my basket down and promptly left. I didn't know what to say or do, I just felt so horrible and embarrassed. I am not from the area so I wouldn't have returned any time soon however if I did live in Orillia I would not be shopping there again!

I am so grateful that Shoppers offers their free delivery service for prescriptions and hope that it will continue. Having some physical and financial barriers has left me stranded on many occasions and knowing that I can count on this service is extremely important to me. The delivery guys are so nice too and always have a smile! Thanks Shoppers Drugmart for giving me some peace of mind it's hard to come by these days:)
I've been through most of the Shopper Drug Marts in the area, and maybe half of the Canada post locations, and this was by far my worst experience with a post office.
When I arrived at the desk, the person was facing frozen. They completely ignored me, until I rang the bell, in which they took their sweet time to finish what they were doing and make their way over.
Once they got behind the desk, not only were they impatient (and might I add curt/rude) with me when cashing me out, but they also lacked the ability to follow through with simple protocol. They never informed me of the shipping arrival date, nor circled the tracking number. They took the parcel from me without asking, and requested I tell them what was inside the box, to which they reworded and decided to write their own interpretation of. I was unable to double check my shipping address for errors (I had written it another language), and when I informed them the parcel contained glass bottles they tossed it to the side without care, and didn't even bother to attach the 'FRAGILE' stickers other post offices would have attached immediately. The second person who attended to me was much nicer, however still fresh (new). I have been shipping items frequently from many locations over the past year, and I know what to expect from Canada Post. I SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS LOCATION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE SHIPPING VALUABLES, AND/OR SHIPPING ABROAD. My best experiences come from the Linwell location, just incase someone is shipping for the first time. They're very thorough and polite :).
