This is my favorite SW store-hands down. They will even call the manufacturers' support people if you have a complicated situation or problem.

Every time I call for something, they are very helpful and always have the items in stock. Billy & Ryan are both great. The won't let you buy the wrong colors.

Big corporation that hires mostly part time employees. Who unfortunately know nothing about what they are selling. This business is not a friend of local communities.

I walked into the store to get help about a product to use. The young lady there i think her name was raquel she put on fake smile and seemed uninterested. Plus there paint is sky high for a gallon. Went to home depot and.left satisfied. Plus there staff is short at shrewin williams

Went to this store to buy some exterior flat white house paint. They were out of it. How does a paint store run out of paint? Lol

Staff is always very helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you have the best!

I went in there Friday morning to get a gallon of paint matched, Marvin finally tells me cannot do it till probably this afternoon if all customers are gone, thought I was a customer? Guess they have too many customers already, went to Lowes in and out 15 minutes with exact match, thanks Sherwin Williams for nothing!

The location is great, you don't have to go all the way into town. The only problem is some of the staff they hire. Like they don't really want to be there and therefore customer service takes a toll. I personally have a bad experience with one of the girls who works there. Jazz

I am a professional painting contractor in Greensburg PA and have been using Sherwin Williams Paints & Coatings since 1981 and have seen it go from the best value for the money to the worst in the area. If you must use Sherwin Williams on your painting project go to the Latrobe or Irwin Store you will get a better price. Don't pay list price, ask what kind of price you can get and both stores will give you a better price the Greensburg and Mt Pleasant stores will not. You can do better at Westmoreland Supply and PPG, Home Depot with Behr or Lowes Valspar.

Store was very nice and the color section was well stocked. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions!

Every time I pick up paint at the Thompson Road SW Store, I am impressed with the prompt, accurate filling of my painting contractor needs. Andy or Sean are helpful, congenial, and act as if my time is important. They are forever alerting me about sales, specials, and upcoming specials. This store is my primary paint supply depot.
