The car wash does not work, and they refuse to give a refund. (Only the manager can do this, and he is "out of town".) As far as I am concerned, they stole my money. Stay away!

I was told that this Shell Station would take up to the $1 off with a Kroger card and we are going to be traveling up that way the end of the week so looking forward to stopping... We have stopped at this station in the past and they are nice

Nice people and small in and out store, I often come here. The old guy is sometimes short tempered but those Indian guys who work there are lovely.

By far the worst employees in the am. Breakfast is never ready and the service is very slow. At least 10 min to get a biscuit.

I have purchase gasoline three times in the past two weeks and each time I have to go into the station and stand in line behind numerous people to get a receipt for my credit card purchase because the receipt will not print at the pump. That's not acceptable!

More than once this station has gone above the amount of gas I requested. They have refused to refund the difference, and the manager blamed me, the customer, and said I was obligated to pay the entire amount. I am not the one who pumped too much gas!

I was a customer that used this station in the past for gas purchases but when I stopped to use the rest rooms they denied me access unless I made a purchase. What a scam making you buy something to use a bathroom. They do not have to worry about me doing anything with this business any longer.

They have advertised one price and it is actually $.10 more per gallon. When asked why the difference in price they said cash to credit and they said that it was posted but really small when reviewing there was no place that said there was a different price for credit or debit

Rude customer service, multiple lazy employees standing around. I have been going here for years as I travel alot I work at a store as a manager and am a independent business owner so I stop alot for gas and drinks obviously. However all there new employees have ruined this establishment. Now its not only in the ghetto but it is ghetto.

great attitude from whomever the guy was manning the pumps at app. 3:10 pm tuesday, 10/21. it definitely helped make the next door Mobile station happy for the business. wonder if i was the only person that day who decided an employee's derision was to high a tax to add on to the "service".

Best help I've ever had. Called the local Les Schwab mgr at home on a Sunday to help get me home. Wonderful people!

this is the worse shell in town.I live right across the street and I Drive clear across town to alpine shell by my job.the pumps barely work sometimes the credit card readers hardly ever work the ATM machine inside the gas station robbed me of 40 I've got proof I've never been able to reclaim my 40 back.I only go there in emergencies when I'm really really low on gas otherwise I try to steer clear of the station at all costs

Pumps won't take credit cards and staff is awful. Asked for $50.00, previous customer interrupted and staff didn't finish helping me, so ran $15.00 instead of $50.00. Ran $35.00 but had to do it again, still haven't received credit for first $35.00. We have spent $4,600.00 so far on this RV trip, was conceding to get a Shell credit card but after the lousy service her, FORGET IT!

Horrible Service. Aug 10, 2014 The pump reset requiring me to go in and the attendant said I did not know how to use it. Asked me how much I was going to pay and I told him I needed to fill it up. I told him he did not need to be so sarcastic. He started to reset and then refused and said he would not until I told exactly how much I would fill and asked me to leave. Too many other options to be bothered with this gas station.

Tried to redeem fuel reward points but cashiers could not program gas pumps to reflect the lower discount price. Cashiers then voided transaction and charged me full price to fill up my car. After checking with my bank I learned the cashiers never voided the first transaction so they charged me twice for the same transaction.

Dirty. Disrespectful staff. Food must have been sitting out for weeks. If you go in late wanting alcohol be prepared to be turned away because they will assume you are already drunk and up to no good. Walmart sells 24/7. No need to go here anymore. Absolutely disgusted that staff...let alone people in general could be this disgraceful.

Poor customer service. The rep behind the counter did not know if the air pump was working when he supplied change to me. I put the money in and the hose had a leak. I informed him of this and suggested he place a sign on it until it could be repaired. Asked for additional change so I could stop and use another air pump but clerk refused stating that if I am using the air at another station I could get change there. Poor customer service. I did not ask him for a refund. I only wanted additional change. I will not be frequenting there again.

This store has the WORST customer service. The only good thing was the carwash which they closed down. The carwash people were the nicest people there. Will never go back, and the manager is soooo rude!

Asked for 20.00 cash worth of gas c, received less than 20.00 when I confronted the attendant he shows me a read out from a previous customer. 20.00 of gas only gave me 59 miles until empty!! No way I get close to a 100.00 miles for 20.00.

bought gas which ended truck in shop. Mechanic said 50% of the tank was water. Rude people working there and food area is disgusting.

Their coffee is good so I stop there for it and fuel. Today is the third time I've stopped there and they're out of coffee. Minimum wage is too much for that girl if she can't keep the coffee pots full. Guess I'll have to start stopping somewhere else

Do not use this Shell, there are thieves there. Someone at this Shell got my debit card information and stole as much money as they could from me while the store let them just keep running transactions on my card. I don't even live in Texas. Be aware, thieves work here.

I spend many hours there buying many things. the owners, especially the wife know me well. I called there tonight, an he claimed not to kmow me and just hung up. Bad customer service on his part.

This store sucks. Twice in a month I went there to get propane both times I couldn't get any. The first time the kid behind the counter didn't want to go outside and fill it because it was cold outside. This time I called then drove there and than they said they didn't know how to do it. While at the counter another costumer asked for power ball cards to pick her numbers and they didn't have any stating they forgot to get some.

The service in this place is terrible. English is obviously their 5th language. I asked for help because I was using their car wash and the guy responded to me like I was an idiot. I end up having to be refunded and then repay because the pass code to use their car wash was invalid. The cashier didnt even know what to do so he kept calling this grumpy old man whom I would assume was the owner. No apology nothing. Ill drive across the street to wawa for real service.

Simple issue, I pick car-wash with fueling to earn a discount. The screen is blank, I pick one of buttons, turns out it was the 6.00 carwash and I really wanted the 10.00 - so I ask the clerk girl if I can pay the difference and get the 10.00 carwash, well, she would have to void the sale and I would lose my gas discount. What a ridiculous answer. Their customer service is as fake as the huge silicone butt cheeks that clerk has implanted on her. I live near by and will never use their station again.

I pumped gas for $10.80 today at the Shell gas station in locust, nc - but when i checked my account transaction later on today I was charged $15.20 more then what i had pumped total my charged to $26.00... I'm calling the gas station... Be careful using you credit card at the pump at this gas station.

Did not listen when asking for specific pack of smokes, ended up raining up wrong pack, just to find out that what I wanted was not in stock, ended up exchanging for lesser cheaper pack of smokes of same brand, without refund.

Called to ask a question and no one would answer the phone there . Called a bunch of times (7 times) and still no one would answer the phone.. The people there must be lazy and don't do their jobs if they can't answer a none stop ringing phone. Also I've been there before and some lady made a rude comment to me. So I don't really like that shell station.

When traveling from Kansas to Austin for a wedding on 11/21/13, we stopped at this gas station so our children could use the restroom (which was very dirty) and filled up the tank. After 15 minutes of returning to the highway our car engine started acting up and eventually the check engine light came on. We stopped for the evening and could not start the car the next day and had to get it towed to a repair shop. They confirmed that we had received gas contaminated with a large amount of water. I would tell anyone not to use this gas station unless you want a new car-- because the amount of water in the gas caused thousands of dollars in repairs.

Stop in for bathroom break for grandbaby men's room had.crap all over toilet urine all over seat took her to ladies room and no better. The two ladies have time to stand outside and smoke they have time to. CLEAN

I've been in retail for 20 yrs, if the price is marked wrong, you honor it anyway, then fix the price. This store lost a regular customer to save 57 cent. The lady acknowledged that she knew it was wrong but didn't care, claiming that she didn't have any of the correct item, so she stocked the wrong item in its place, and wasn't going to change the tag that stated $1.99. "That's just how we do it". Well, I do my quick stopping across the street now, they don't mind the extra sales, I'm sure.

My son went into this store to purchase a candy bar on 11/06/13 at 2000 hrs. WHile attempting to make a purchase and use his PAYPAL Mastercard, the clerk would not accept it as he did not have a State ID. He is 13 years old and the card is in his name and legally belongs to him. He showed her his School ID with matching name and still would not complete the sale. BAD BAD BAD!!!!

Since the Speedway across the street is under construction - the extra business has gone to the owner's head. There is a current 'policy' that is now posted that you have to have a minimum $2 to run your card. This is in direct violation of Visa's policy (not sure about MC) - Visa is animate to find out the stores that are putting this so-called policy in place. The result - Visa strips their contract. To be hollered at in a foreign language telling me I cannot use my card for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. This is America - we have credit - and Visa has been notified of the breach in contract by this Shell station. Take the extra 2 minutes to drive someplace else.

I went to the pump no gas came out and I was charged $95!!!!! When I called to get help, employee was very rude and did not help!

I went to this station after work nearby to fill up my tank. I put in my phone # to retrieve my Giant discount reward. The pump turned off about five times as I was trying to put in the gas. At no time did the attendant come out to assist. After I put in over $30 worth of gas and the receipt printed out I saw no discount. I went in to see the attendant who confirmed that I received no discount. I told him I put in my phone # for the discount, as I have done numerous times successful at other Shell stations. I also told him about how the pump was turning off and asked if that could have been the cause. He hardly spoke English and provided absolutely no solution nor did he even apologize or try to resolve the matter.

My Step-Daughter and Granddaughter were almost out of gas and we tried over the phone to get a charge to go through, but it wouldn't accept the card. Computer system stink, but the service at this Shell gas station went over and beyond the call of service and helped them out. Thank you to the Manager, you know who you are, for your assistance.

I called to ask about a job application and was told i was wasting their time and was spoken to very rudely at 6 pm October 10th, 2013. I do not appriciate that kind of attitude after asking a simple question and whoever was working should be fired.

This is my neighborhood store. As much as I am for supporting "local" I will never patronize this location again! (Manchaca/ Inverness). After several visits of extremely rude customer service, I've decided my recent visit will be my last. Owner made rude comment when I waited for my change! I waited after a handful of trips were I realized that they did not give me all my change! The attendant rolled his eyes as he wished me a "good day" and practically threw my money at me! EVERYTIME my experience is bad. We all have bad days... But this is consistent lack of respect with at least 3 different employees. I'm done.

This worker cashier guy, i believe Mexican asked my (black)son If he put anything in his pocket jokingly vafter just seeing him trying to chose between 2 candy bars. Every time I need gas, a car wash, coffee, or pack of cigarettes shells is the place I go....... they greet you when you come in and they have the answer to any question you have for them. They're nice, clean, funny, and respectful. ..... I have lived up the street from them since I was born and the only thing thats ever changed was their gas prices

I just stopped by on the way home from Carowinds and the employee behind the register was so nice and personable. I had 4 little boys with me running around like hellions and she was so kind to them and me. I wish I lived closer and could go all the time.

They dillute their soap. I have had the car washed here 3-4 times in the last year and each time there was hardly any soap being used. I feel that they are taking advantage of the customers - not just an honest mistake.

This station's gas prices on the sign do not reflect the prices at the pump. They suck you in with $3.39 but then charge $3.79 per gallon, what a rip off!

Im been comming to this gas station for over 3 years every day on week days before work i go and gas up or buy i spend at least 40$ weekly,on weekend they have this guy name marvin with with the worst attitude, i got in arguments with him atleast 3 times ,i talk to the manager and nothing got done. Im not coming back .

This location has a self-serve car wash. The setup is weird, traffic seems to flow in one direction (vacuum first and wash afterwards), however, there are no signs to display which way cars SHOULD travel and this causes confusion. People are able to enter from both sides so you can end up being blocked in depending on what you're there for. I think it would be more efficient for vacs and car washes to be in separate areas, or at least a vac in front of and behind the car wash stalls, like other busy high volume self-serve car washes. The price I think is really what drives people to come here. It's only 1.25 for three minutes, not bad compared to other washes. It's best to go at times of the day when it's less busy to avoid the confusion (wouldn't recommend going during the day on weekends)

As far as gas, it's a convenient place to stop when the neighboring Kroger station has turned off there pumps.

Station has pay at the pump set to Credit Card automatically and is charging an undislosed fee of 4.875%. Does not show on the receipt, but only if you check your account.

I love all people...but today getting gas at this Shell was a nightmare...I filled up my car, when I man came inside to say your pump is spilling...the cost was 98.00. When I went inside to tell the attendent that his shut-off valve did not work, He told me "that is your problem, not mine"...ok, I was angry, so I asked for the store information, phone number, and the managers name...He would not tell me nothing....So I called Shell Corporate... He had to give them the information...But he was so rude, I could NOT believe that they are in business...

on 7/27/13 and 7/28/13, their advertised gas price was 3.399, the same as Buccees; however, at the pump the price was 3.499. No mention anywhere of cash price versus credit card price. If you're headed north bound on 59, it is still worth going to Buccees on the southbound side.

Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday afternoon to evenings this station is packed with tow trucks hogging the air & water areas. Not to mention all the street vendors right in front of their doors selling everything from rap music to bootlegged porn tapes. Go to the Mobil across the street. I live nearby & it's disgusting. Never let your wives or daughters go there.

I bought 2 b'fast sandwiches and a quart of milk, total, less tax should have been $4.69, clerk charged me $9.22. I would have probably caught it had there not been another man in there fussing at the same time over being overcharged and commotion with some local hoods standing around playing grabass and loitering.
